Welcome all anti-fertile fuckers! This is our clique for those trying longer than 6 cycles and are pretty fed up.

Here are our Fucked Off TTC Commandments

• Thou shall not arrive one day and post BFP next day
• Thou shall not give advice to other when TTC for one month only
• Thou shall not participate in one-up-manship and realise TTC is shit for everyone in different ways
• Thou shall allow posters to be fucked off with the world and everything in it at regular points in the month
• Thou shall not be offended by strong language
• Thou shall not tell everyone to eat yams
• Thou shall accept being called a muppet for testing at 7dpo at 9pm at night

Love I went to the GP when we rolled into cycle 13, literally the day AF started and had them done the next day which was a lot quicker than I thought it would be.

We’ve started back on the OPKs this month and I’m very confused by them already as I’m getting near positives at CD6. Thought yesterday might have been a dud one but today’s is darker so I don’t know what to think..

Regarding your OPK's I guess just trust them - you could be ovulating really early this month, so trust them & keep DTD!

@lovepinacolada docs won’t refer you until you’ve been trying for a year. I only got my US earlier because my periods dropped off to 1/2 days! This was deemed to be my body sorting itself after coming off the pill 18months earlier- but at least it got me into the scan. How long have you been TTC? Depending on your age you could exaggerate- the US did put my mind at ease. Though that has yet to make any difference...

@justwaiting my cycle varies between 24 and 31 days so it’s a nightmare figuring it all out! Fingers crossed for you the rest of the tests all come back fine too- but then you’re back to relax and lots of DTD!

I have been trying for six months, I know I need to be more patient. I have utterly horrendous periods so I worry that everything is messed up! But - I need to stay sane! Thank you, I am 28. X

I had a MMC in 2015, we stopped trying for quite a while. Then in March i had an ectopic, treated medically (due date coming up on 31st oct - I've just realised there is no sad smilie), and a chemical in June. This month DH was supposed to be away right over my fertile week but came home a few days early so I think we may have just got one try in but who knows really. My problem is very much with staying pregnant and frankly I'm fed up with it. I have a DD who is 4 but it's still horrible, not least because she really wants a brother or sister.

Love I’m younger than you which worried me going to GP as I thought she’d tell me to come back in 10 years time but she was so very lovely and said that it’s crap how people both ends of the age scale TTC wise don’t get the help they need. Fx it doesn’t get to a year for you but if it does, even more Fx for a compassionate GP.

Well as predicted, AF has arrived this evening. At least she'll be gone by the time we go away next week. Still sucks though and whilst cooking dinner I put on loud power ballads and had a good cry in the kitchen. I'm not sure why it's hit me so badly because I knew she was coming but until she arrived I still had a little bit of hope that it might have been my turn.

BFP now due on 26th Nov

Urgh all the AF symptoms are here apart from sore boobs. I’m on CD26. Bloody Ovia has AF due on CD33, Last cycle was 29 days and the one before 30, where the fudge has 33 come from? Now obsessing that luteal phase is too short.

My cycle is somewhere between 24 and 43 days long and I'm trying to be relaxed about TTC for now so I'm not temping, so we just try to have sex every other day.

Those of us TTC #2, how old is your DC1? My DC1 is still quite young I feel yet people with a lot younger DC are the ones around me TTC in real life and conceiving before I am

Unicorn DD is 3, I had a very small age gap planned and with her birthday just around the corner, it’s getting bigger and bigger.

Good luck Juney! Sorry af has arrived Doasdreamersdo. I've got the weird metallic taste going on today but I've had it before. Like a penny stuck onto the very back of my tongue-unpleasant. No other extraordinary signs or symptoms...af around the corner here too. On the plus side I can have a booze fuelled Halloween.

My DC is 2. My period didn't come back for ages as I BF but I was NTNP then actively TTC since my period has been back.

@Unicornberry my DS is 3 next week, I planned to have a smaller age gap too but that hasn’t worked!

My DD is nearly 8. So a huge gap if it ever happens, but I’m not bothered by that. She’ll be marvellous, and it’ll be lovely to have plenty of time to spare a new baby. If, again, it ever happens.

Maybe @RhiBee29 - I thought implantation bleeding was pink, but just googled & apparently it's more likely to be brown. You never know! 🤞
