Ttc #2? (October bfp)

Here we are again! Some of us been here a while & finding it hard ttc our second, but we've been supporting each other and chatting since June, so let's carry on!

Can I make suggestion? To recap now, & to help us all keep up as thread gets long and new people join, how about we all put quick recap at end of each new message (or once a day if posting lots back and fwd as we do sometimes?!) (bit like email signature!) with the vital stats and anything else you want to add (like if IVF for example) so mine is:

AF/BFP due Monday ovia says to test friday? Not really any symptoms had sore boobs since 2dpo and creamy lotiony type cm today x

@Stee1 Ovia is telling me to test before AF too...must know I'm a POAS addict

Welcome to all the new people, I haven't posted in a while but have been watching. Sorry for the bfns but hopefully it's just too early. Think I'm ovulating today so should be starting the 2ww tomorrow.

@Elles85 I had acupuncture while ttc first time round and this time. First time I went 2-3 times a month to improve my energy levels. This time she only suggested once a month at ovulation time. I think that's the most important time when ttc. First time round I got pregnant after a month of acupuncture. I was convinced it had helped as we'd been trying for a year by then. This time it hasn't worked it's magic yet! Fingers crossed for everybody this month x

@ RhiBee29 yes me too! I have internet cheapies but they didn't work for me in June (ended in ectopic) only our first month trying again but should take a delivery of first response tomorrow unless I poo into town today.. 😀

Hi everyone

Hope you're all doing okay. Sorry for those who have had bfn but remember it's not over til af appears so don't lose heart yet.
I track my periods using an app and according to that I should have ovulated tues, but have been using ovulation sticks ( just cheap ones from Amazon) and they are telling me I've not ovulated yet ( been testing since Sunday) so looks like maybe I ovulate later in my cycle than I thought which could help to explain why we've been unsuccessful for so long. Fingers crossed this month might be different!

For those of you in the tww - it's just so hard isn't it?! Hope you have things to look forward to and can distract yourselves at least to some extent X

Ovulation sticks are so important and don’t think you should assume when you will ovulate based on apps like Ovia.

4dpo and already I’m itching to do a test

@Stee1 also my first month TTC again after mc in June. AF due sun/mon I think. AF cramps yesterday afternoon but no sign of it yet. 

@bunnieboo91 I've never had a positive opk and had two bfp's. Ovia seems to be most accurate for me and I tend to get ovulation pains too.

Well did a frer said negative I'm due on Monday so maybe a bit early but not feeling hopeful this month x

Oops, my resolve not to test early this month has completely failed and at 9dpo I've picked up another squinter. Why do I do this to myself?! The next few days until af is due are going to be hell, as there's always the fear it will disappear again .....

I've got some very light spotting today so I think I'm probably out for this month. My period is due on Tuesday but it's been irregular because of breastfeeding so could be starting a little early.

It does mean that I probably have another chance for an October bfp though so I'll stick around anyway

Well, thanks to good old Amazon Prime I got a couple more frers and got this! Definitely a lot more visible - too visible for 9dpo?! I've no idea what's going on with my body, between this and the super squinters at 12dpo last month. Although last month and May's CP mean I'm going to try and keep schtum to DH until af is actually due (Tuesday, if the opks were accurate) as I no longer believe that a line = baby! The fact that it seems quite so strong may be a good sign, but Tuesday is a long way away....if I make it until then with no af, I may treat myself to a CB digi!

One little thing I have woken up to black thickish discharge (sorry tmi) do you think I should be alarmed?

Have been a while posting. Congrats to those who got their bfp and baby dust to those still waiting. I am on CD60 today...yes still no af or bfp. I did however get a strong g positive opk again...Is that even possible?? I felt ovulation pain from my left like I normally do. Can I really be ovulating this late...again?? I'm so confused. I will make another appt with GP on Tuesday. But if any of you ladies experience a wacky cycle like this please give me some words of wisdom...
