I'm off the September Bus before it even leaves the station and thanks to my longer cycle I thought I'd start the October page.

Urgh whyyyyy? After my bfn this morning, I got to work and googled the odds of getting pregnant at 37 and found loads of articles with graphs showing chances dropping like a stone at around 37. And chances of miscarriage climbing really high. So I've now convinced myself that it's never going to happen, I'm totally bummed out about it - I hate my job but don't want to risk leaving and had a migraine yesterday and still have the headache today that painkillers aren't touching.
I'm so fed up.

AF is due tomorrow however I have had really light spotting.

I will test again on Sunday before I get my hopes up.

@steaksauce sorry to hear your having a bad time at the moment.
Have faith in you body there is lots of women more and more nowadays having babies at 40+.... so I'm sure you will be just fine.

@steaksauce try not to get too down about it. I'm 36 so in a similar position to you. I figure some people get pregnant into there 40's others can't in the 20's you just don't know

Yes FRER - AF due Wednesday so quite early to test. Paranoid line will disappear.
Planning on poas Saturday and Wednesday morning

Trying not to feel too happy and confident until I get a proper dark line on a less sensitive test

Oh god MegEmski, I'm due on Wednesday and I thought Sunday was pushing it for an early test. You're breaking my resolve!

Tonight I had Wagamama (with prawn) a beer and the cinema. I figure if I'm going to be off alcohol for the best part of two years I'll enjoy it while I still can! Although if stress isn't good for a developing blastocyst/embryo I probably messed up by seeing Dunkirk. That is one stressful film!

I’m trying not to get too excited! Wiped this evening, and had around 4 SPECKS of pink blood on the tissue. Nothing more than that and only was noticed as I’ve began to closely inspect every wipe I’ve only ever had this twice before - both during tww the months I fell pregnant!
Before AF is due I always get a lot of brown spotting, but never pink. It’s probably my body being evil and playing tricks, but I can’t lie, I have a teeny bit of hope now! I’ve also had a crampy tummy feeling this evening

Made myself have a couple of glasses of wine this evening to relax and take my mind off my wait. My first possible AF date has now passed with no bleeding or positive test so it's now a wait to see what next week brings

Hi everyone. Congrats to all the BFPs!
I unfortunately am joining the down in the dumps gang! Almost 6 weeks now off the pill. Did a couple more HPTs after the one I posted last week with the line on but all BFN. And still no sign of AF at all. So I literally have nothing to go on right now.
What I do have is tender boobs (but only when pressed) and spots popping up all over my chin. Oh yay!! Oh and CM everywhere!!! So much!!
Sigh. I dyed my blonde hair purple just to have something else to think about!

@holyschmoly I was trying to resist until Monday! But I had a counselling session yesterday and wanted to know before.... although it could be wrong despite the faint bfp as so early so it may have been pointless anyway!

I've been drinking and eating everything too, I've just been on a 2 week holiday to Africa.

Had my BBT shift this morning so officially in the TWW. Really hope this is our month!!

Think I'll test tomorrow, was sick this morning which was an early indicator with pregnancy with my DS, otherwise I've picked up a bug from the kids at school!

Have the spotiest chin area in the world too so this better be a symptom or AF is being a right bitch this month

Spotty chin over here too!! I’ve also woken up with a sore throat, my left eye is puffy, itchy and extremely bloodshot, suffering with bad gas and I have my interview this morning!! Did a frer this morning and can’t tell if it’s an indent line or the start of a line. Really don’t feel like I’m winning today!!

I've got all the af symptoms sore boobs mood swings etc so holding out a week till af due before testing because I've been late before and waisted loads on tests! Me and dp away this weekend so looking forward to chill out time hope everyone has a good weekend xxx
