Some of you may recognize my username from the pregnancy and miscarriage boards. DH and I have been TTC since September 2016 and I had a MMC in January followed by an early MC in May. We took a break but got back on the wagon last month and this is our second month of TTC again.

I think I ovulated yesterday and we have DTD three times in the last four days, so I'm hopeful this might be the month for us! AF is due on 3rd September and I know it's going to be a long wait. Anyone want to join for some 2ww support? Smile

I tested at 8dpo and am disappointed lol.

We need some good news on this thread!
Not sure when I ovulated as I haven't been tracking my cycles. This is only our first month of not taking precautions, but AF due today so don't think I've tested too early. I think we only DTD once during my fertile window, so I feel a bit ridiculous for being disappointed!

Don't feel ridiculous @RandomUsernameHere, I was exactly the same first cycle. You spend your whole life being told you have to be careful or else you'll get pregnant, so when you actually want to fall you assume it won't be hard! It's such a frustrating process.

@esme you've hit the nail on the head there. My mum had 'accidents' both times with me and my sis and she's spent my whole life putting the fear of God into me about getting pg. Now that I'm actually ready I just assumed it would be come off the pill and bingo, but apparently she was just an extraordinary babymaking powerhouse! Gah.

@bubbles, I'm the same as you...five days til af. Going to test on Wednesday and need to sit on my hands until then. Bought a pack of FRERs yesterday ready. They're calling out to me!

I had a conversation with my mum the other day where she told me how with both me and my brother she fell a month after coming off birth control. Maybe it was something in the water back then?

It is early, so hoping it's not af. Not due till 5th. I never usually spot, and I did have bleeds with DC1&2, but trying not to get my hopes up

I'm 10dpo today due af 5th September and a bfn. But seeing everyone else is getting bfn at 10dpo is making me feel better as we're probably just testing too early. That's what I'm telling myself anyway lol Really debating weather I should buy some frer for the weekend. There expensive compared to the pound shop ones I've been using and I don't want to waste the money to be disappointed but the wait is killing me.

I think with the normal tests you can test up to 4 days before AF due as long as you're using fmu.

So I was in my local boots buying make-up and I just happened to notice they're selling 3 frer tests for the price of 2. Well I couldn't pass up on those kinda savings Grin That's a test for Sat, Sun & Monday. Considering af is due Tuesday, if I don't get a bfp on one of these I think I'm definitely out. Fx for everyone testing in the next few days

Oh dear! We all seem to be having the same day! How is it we know it's too early, yet we are still disappointed. I'm having horrible stomach cramps today. Not sure if that's AF on her way. Seems a little unusual for me but my cycles have changed massively recently so who knows. 10 dpo. I guess I'll know more soon.

Got a bfn today. I was asked to test again to confirm that the hormones had dropped. I still have a niggling worry that it was a chemical but the time frame doesn't seem right so it's more likely what the doctor suggested and the last pregnancy hormones from my miscarriage being picked up, and the bleed was irregular because of that.

Weirdly I got an almost positive OPK last night at 11, on...CD6/7. What is happening

Sorry to hear about all the bfns guys. I'm still clinging on here. I was on the August bus but now seem to have carried over to September with you guys.

I am now 18dpo. Spotting has gone but I now have EWCM! I have never had EWCM the next day after AF! Sorry TMI but I'm normally dry as a bone following AF.

Asked the Dr this morning who said 18dpo still early days and I should test again next week! I can't wait that long so will test again in the morning. Last tested 17dpo and massive bfn. Sigh.

Biscay it feels like ages doesn't it?! I'm trying to "forget" about ttc and just be surprised but it's so hard.

I've been following my resting heart rate and it has not dropped since ovulation and instead has started to move up by 1bpm for the last 3 days!! I usually sit at around 66bpm now at 70 bpm. Still have creamy CM in the mornings especially and convinced I am feeling a bit nauseaus the last 2 days!! Worried o am getting my hopes up!! Only on 7dpo so can't test until at least Tuesday!! Has anybody else had this before? Xxx

@DragonsandDungeons it's horrible isn't it. I would be gutted if it's a definite bfn this month but if so can I have my normal cycle back please so I can start again!

Anyway, I'm breaking out the big guns tomorrow and got a Clear Blue. Fingers crossed and fingers crossed for all you testing tomorrow for your bfps.
