Fab DTD efforts @MistyBxx!! I need to catch up with you, send some inspiration over this way please!

DH has just rung me from work to say he's on his way home, so I'm going to try to stay awake so I can pounce on him when he gets in - wish me luck everyone .

Go for it ttc!! Hubster has been very accommodating with me this month 😂 he works 12 hour days on his feet and is often really tired, plus we go to bed different times. But I've been waking up when he's come to bed recently. Only tip I can say is the nudgy-bum 😂 literally just wiggle your bum on him in bed, any time, morning or night... worked every time this month for me! 🙈 good luck!
Finally in bed. I'm on my own in the office tomorrow thank god so I can just keep my head down quietly and ignore the shambles of Saturday night 😩 not drinking again for a while now (I'd love to say 9 months!) back to full time hours in work this week so also gonna go back to the gym and start eating healthy again. Focus on looking after myself and my body to make a healthy baby and stay away from drinking dramas 🙈

OMG I think I would die if someone I know sees my comments on here! I've actually just emailed mumsnet asking to please remove my comments with the wedding pics 🙈🙈 I told my sister in law I like this forum for pregnancy stories and TTC so I would actually die if she saw my picture and knew how many times I DTD with her brother 😂😂 plus only a few ppl know we were TTC and that I'm pregnant, I don't want to be exposed because of what I posted 🙈🙈

I'm currently on holiday with in laws & feeling suffocated. DH says I'm ungrateful!! After everything that has happened though I just need a break & im not getting it!!

@flatwhite how long have you been TTC for? Very frustrsting if AF is coming again - but remember that it can take a while even if nothing is wrong.

I am 7-9 dpo I think. Not too sure exactly. Feel a bit like AF is on the way (sort of slight dull cramps going on) but I'm only on CD22 so dunno. We didn't DTD on the best days this cycle so not expecting much tbh.

Sorry about the BFN @Flatwhite31  when is AF due? Hopefully it's just too early yet!

@Pibbee could the dull cramps be implantation I wonder? You'd be around the right time 🤞🏼

It would be great if it was implantation going on, but I doubt it! Dunno, I just have a feeling this whole thing is gonna take forever..... It's starting to get boring in fact

Well girlies I am either 9dpo according to Clue or 5dpo according to Ovia and I feel absolutely nothing. For the last say 6 months, my boobs have been hurting and I've been having tummy cramps literally a whole week to ten days BEFORE af is due to arrive. I had a little bad back yesterday but today, nothing. No cramps, no bad boobs, no lethargy, no aches or pains, absolutely nothing. And af is due on Sunday, that's only 5 days away. But it could arrive a week Thursday which is 9 days away but still, I have absolutely not a single symptom. Feeling really down about it tbh coz I feel like we tried loads this month. I know it's not over til the red lady arrives, but I literally don't even feel remotely periody. When I was pg last time, about 10 days before I was due to come on, my boobs were literally untouchable. Just breathing hurt them 😂 I literally couldn't bear it, and I'm only small up top so how they were so bad, I will never know, it was agony! And also I had a near-constant sharp almost stitch-like twingy pain in my very low tum, above my foof but below belly button. That started definitely a week before af was due. And I also had normal af cramps for about 10 days before I was due on which was all normal. This month I am literally not feeling a thing, af or otherwise!! 👎🏼 I'm worried that my cycles have suddenly gone super long (it was 55 days between the start of my miscarriage bleed and my next "normal" period) but I've always been like clockwork 28 days, I could even predict what day of th week it would arrive and approx what time of day! so what if I've been going for it dtd the last fortnight based on my old regular cycle and haven't even ovulated yet?! That would be a nightmare!

@Misty it could be that the lack of symptoms is a symptom itself. I think it's too early to tell at 5 or 9 dpo (especially 5). The waiting game is enough to drive anyone mad, but please try not to make it worse for yourself by second-guessing everything :)

According to other cycles I have added data to FF for, random spotting should start for me in a couple of days, in the lead-up to AF. I think I am starting to feel a bit periody, but tbh I am not sure!

@SophSoph92 I've just scrolled back to your post chick - did you mean your OPK showed up positive when you were expecting it to be negative, or the other way around? Sorry if I've read it wrong x

@SophSoph92 so sorry! I completely missed your message, we so ramble on a bit and some things do get missed. I think flo only gives an estimate date for ovulation so it could be that it's gone but it could also be that you haven't ovulated yet. Try again today. I used to check every night around the time I thought I'd ovulate and the line used to get darker x

As the others have said sorry we missed it, things go so fast on here sometimes it can get a mit muddled!
If you scroll back through I had some OPK's on from this month, mine were faint up until the day before (ish!) and then got darker. I didn't get a full positive but the line has started to trail off again so I'm having to guess I've ovulated. It can be so confusing and I only use the app Ovia as inputting into different ones and getting potentially different results would send me mental 😂
I came off the pill in December and have since been diagnosed with endo and pcos so my periods are MENTAL. I'm currently taking a concoction of vitamins to try and help my body, so much so I actually think I rattle at the moment 😂 But as for your body settling down I honestly think it depends on your body itself and what it wants to do!

Ahh sophsoph so sorry chicky, I did completely miss your post!
Opks are a bone of contention on here lol I don't know if anyone has actually had much proper luck with them!
I'm not sure about the negative 24 hours before ovulation... everything I've read says the opks go positive when they pick up the LH surge and the LH surge happens 24-48 hours before you release a lil egg!
But we have LH in our systems constantly, so a test is only positive if the 2 lines are identical in colour.
However, sometimes the lines never quite match but get darker and darker, then fade off again so if that happens, you can only assume you had the LH surge when the line was at its darkest. Meaning you'd have released the egg 24-48 hours after that. And then the egg itself last 24-48 hours too.
And I've heard that opposite to a pg test, opks should be done in the afternoon/evening when you've drunk fluids all day so your pee is diluted coz if you use morning pee, the LH you have in your system anyway may be too concentrated from not drinking much overnight and give a false positive.
