Hoping for a BFP in May

I had light brown spotting last night and thought it may have been ovulation as i was 11dpo but nope. AF arrived early this morning! Hopefully May will be my the lucky month!

I think I might be coming down with something, feeling quite yuck (but also think AF is going to arrive too).

This cycle was always a long shot anyway!

So I've got slightly sore boobs, mild cramps and then today I had a small amount of blood this morning, and this evening a small amount of more brown stuff sorry tmi.
I'm thinking this is either AF on its way or implantation? Anyone else had this?!

pink I had this last week and was convinced it was Implantation but instead AF turned up. Hopefully it is implantation for you though! Fx keep us updated lovely! X

Pink I normally get a little bit of brown stuff just before AF arrives properly. I didn't have implantation bleeding with DD but I know lots of people do so keeping everything crossed for you!

Pretty sure AF is here. Which is very strange as it's 5 days early and if anything I usually have very long cycles (normally 34 ish days). I'm wondering what we did wrong, as have got pregnant 3 times straight away without putting much thought into it.
I can only think I usually run loads and I've been injured so maybe I need to get back running! I thought resting a bit would help me get pregnant! So I'm in the fresh cycle crew for the next month, onwards and upwards ladies

Hi pocket welcome aboard! Sometimes it can take a while for your hcg levels to reach a point where they are measurable. As long as AF isn't there yet, I'd say you're definitely still in for this month

Hi ladies, can I join too? First month of trying (so exciting! Can't believe husband finally agreed!) AF due 8 May. 7dpo and only symptoms so far are boobs that feel like rocks around my chest. That doesn't usually happen but I'm sceptical that it worked first time!

Hey scruff yeah i heard about that. I feel silly at times because people assume because i already have a DS i know all about it. But i was 4 months in with him and found out from routine urine test when i went into hospital. Wasnt having cycles then so was just forever waiting for AF

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring.

Currently ttc #2, got pg in December but had a stupid mmc around 5 weeks that I didn't know about until week 11 and took 6 weeks to resolve, so had a horrible start to the year.
I swore I wouldn't do the whole opk/timing my cycle day etc and just leave it to luck/"have fun trying" but I happened to work out that last week we dtd on day 14dpo and now I'm obsessed with the idea I might be pg again.
AF due around 11th May so just waiting. Got a few early test poas from last time so sort of counting down the days til I can satiate my thirst for poas.
I am literally a waking cycle stalker. Any twinge down there I'm obsessing over and convincing myself it's all happening again.
Fully ready to accept it won't happen this month but while the possibility is there I am a bloody nightmare.

Please someone slap me.

I guess having been pg before what symptoms did you have last time? I ran a half marathon yesterday and I swear straight afterwards my womb hurt! I hope you get your bfp

Im due to test on Sunday, 6dpo today. This is my first natural cycle since stopping the pill in January as I had to wait four months for my period to start. Its been a weird cycle had stabbing pains the day I was due to overulate for a week. Then that stopped and ive got discharge the same type you normally get when you overlate. No idea if thats a good sign. Im hoping its a bfp this weekend or at least my period starts and I dont have another month of nothing. Im worried about the stabbing pains I had for a week as it was so painful. As its my first natuaral cycle in four years as I was on the pill for four years Ive forgotten what normal natural cycle feels like.

Opps I meant today is 6 days until my period starts not dpo!

I've just noticed that I said we dtd 14dpo which is ridiculous I meant 14 cd which is ovulation roughly isn't it... makes more sense hopefully.

Well robin when I was pg with DD I didn't know so actually can't compare/remember. Last pregnancy I first realised when my boobs started getting bigger and sore, so I haven't noticed that yet.
Hope your wombache has gone away! I am a casual runner and keep swerving between not wanting to shake 'it' out and wanting to keep my routine up. I am literally going mad. Ridiculous.

Starting to think the faint positive was an evap as I feel like af is coming. I guess we shall see!

I did have a bleed almost a week ago that started bright red and went brown and completely dissappeared the next day. So I've been thinking/hoping implantation but now I'm not so sure. Friday needs to hurry up so I can know for sure!

AF due on Thurs for me! I'm not sure either way - I was initially quite hopeful but I'm now not sure...my boobs are feeling a bit firmer and I don't really feel like AF is coming but I will have to wait and see. 2 days to go!!

TTC again this month, first time after MCs in recent months. Just ran out of Clearblue OPKs after 6 days of flashing smileys! Am out of town so could only get cheap ones as a backup :| But in my experience the cheap ones don't work. I have tested this by using them alongside the Clearblues when the Clearblues were positive; sure enough the cheap ones picked up nothing!

Hi everyone i thought i would post here even though i got a BFP on Sunday and yesterday! 13dpo and 14 dpo but CD 24 and 24.

I ovulated on CD 10/11, guessing from cervical mucus! First time trying to conceive.
Because i tested so early AF is due on Thursday! I;m still worried that AF will show and it could be chemical, most women probably don't know at this stage!

Anyway here's what i felt in case it helps -

1-5dpo - Not much to report, anything i felt was probably me being a crazy woman and noticing every single twinge.
6-8dpo - Had one day where my bladder hurt every 15-20 minutes i would need to go to the loo. Felt like i was developing cystitis! Lower stomach cramps very mild but constant. Boobs began to swell and get super sore!
9-12dpo - Took a test on 9dpo(very early) and it was negative. Stomach cramps continued they feel exactly like my period cramps. Still sore boobs.
13-15dpo - Positive CB Digi in morning, stomach cramps continued 13 and 14dpo. They have stopped today 15dpo. Boobs still slightly sore, mainly nipples.

I have had the odd moment of feeling lightheaded, as well as lots of feeling sick moments. My stomach has been growling and had an empty feeling for past few days.

Fingers crossed that my AF doesn't arrive!! & Good luck to you all xx

Hi everyone! How's everyone doing today? I tested this morning and got bfn but I am only 9dpo so I knew it was too early really.

samjay your post gives me hope and I've had all the same feelings as you at about the same times so hopefully I'm not out just yet! Glad to hear you got your bfp and hope all goes well for you

I'm glad that AF has finished imo. I don't know when I'm due to ovulate and I'm going to buy the clear blue tests on Friday when I get paid.

Hans 9dpo is still early, there's still hope!

Thanks young! I caved and got the clearblue dual Ines this month. They are a lot easier to read which is so good. I was getting in such a pickle with the others.
Let me know how you find them!

They're the ones that I'm getting Imo and we are going to dtd every other day so our month will be fun and hopefully we will increase our chances!!xx
