See photo - am I pregnant? Please help

I've never ever seen a positive pregnancy test in person. My period is 7 days late and have been trying to conceive for 7 years. Can some please give me their thoughts? The strong line came up first as I'm used to seeing and then within minutes I saw the faint line

I can see something. Go and buy a first response if you can.. those cheapies are crap imo. Hopefully you will see a more definite line on that. Good luck and congrats. Xxxx

Yes you are pregnant. Mine looked exactly like that at 9dpo. I used a FRER the next day and that gave a more definite line. Congratulations!

A few days ago my squinters were a lot fainter than those, I did a FR and I am definately pregnant, confirmed again with a CB digi yesterday, AF due tomorrow. I would definately get a FR, I wish I'd done one sooner rather than peeing on cheapies for days and not being certain. Congratulations!!

My only concern is at 7 days late I would expect a strong second line. Can you get yourself a quality branded test and see what it says, perhaps a digital?

Thanks for the responses, I know I'm a stranger but it means so much to me as my other half is out right now and I don't want to get his hopes up.

So okay my cycle is 34/35 days. Last month I was very stressed and it went up to 44 days so I said 7 days late going by my pretty regular cycle but in terms of last month then I'm on day 42 xx

Also... I could absolutely kick myself. I actually have a CB in the cupboard but having saw that big thick line I tipped my wee away - STUPID I know but I always assumed that you would see the positive line as it starts to appear at the beginning, if you get me?! x

It's not as strong as you'd expect for AF 7 days late but various factors can disrupt your cycle and cause you to ovulate later than expected so I would assume that's what's happened here and you're 3-4 weeks.

@ACFW2016 if your 7 days late u don't need to use fmu for your clear blue digital just hold your wee in for a couple of hours then when u go for a wee use the test. Keep us posted xx

I actually have a long journey ahead and then as soon as I get there I'm working straight away so I think I'll possibly not have an option but to do it tomorrow but... I'll keep you all posted.

I feel so weird right now, we all symptom spot so I try not to take them as anything because I've had them and my AF has turned up but... I've never ever ever had anything like this on a test. Ever.

Okay so I waited nearly five hours until 3.20am to come and test again. First I did my cheapie tests. It killed me waiting the five hours and in the time I did I decided to look up reviews of the cheap tests which was NOT a good idea... but here is the results x

So... as another three showed that line again I went in with my Clearblue and filmed watching it. That was the longest three minutes of my life and it took a second for my brain to click...

IM PREGNANT!!!

This is now completely unchartered territory for me. We are delighted but all I can do is keep calm and see what happens. Thanks so much for all of your lovely messages xx

ACFW2016 I've just shed a tear reading this thread, massive congratulations
We've been TTC for 4 years and after an operation in June will hopefully be going on the list for IVF threads like this give me hope and are a joy to read. Good luck and best wishes for your pregnancy and future family xx
