See photo - am I pregnant? Please help

I've never ever seen a positive pregnancy test in person. My period is 7 days late and have been trying to conceive for 7 years. Can some please give me their thoughts? The strong line came up first as I'm used to seeing and then within minutes I saw the faint line

Awwww thanks so much everyone. Honestly this is so surreal for us. I'm 32, I've spent virtually all of my 20s thinking I'll never be able to have children, don't ask me why as I honestly don't know but I just had this feeling. Never saw a positive test, I did get positive results with the CB Ovulation tests which gave me hope but that was it. I've had no medical intervention at all which perhaps I should have. In recent months I'd gotten to the point where as I changed my attitude to "well yes I'm out of the running this month but that means I'll be closer next month..." and finally... I have a positive test xx
