Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

TBF, I think Juney said hers went up when she ovulated, so she might be the same.
My boobs seem completely unaffected by my cycle so I'm no help there!

I checked my fitbit thing this morning to see what my new resting heart rate was, it's not dropped yet! but then it didn't last month for a few days.

I was following this thread for awhile but my rhr never followed the same pattern as anyone elses so I lost interest somewhat but I thought I'd post my last month in case it helps anyone.

So first day of LMP is in red, ovulation in green, and BFP (at 9dpo) in pink.

This was July, for comparison!

Hello yes I check every day but I don't really see much of a pattern :/

But it generally rises following ovulation.

This month it had already started rising...

I was feeling really excited about this theory but I've just checked mine and it's dropped today by quite a lot so now I'm feeling miserable.
I hope it doesn't mean AF is coming

Which fitbit models monitor heart rate? I was thinking of getting flex2 as its thinner and cheaper but don't think it does heart rate?

If you go on the Fitbit website there's a table somewhere showing the capabilities of each model

Mines up a beat today but sometimes it drops in the afternoon....

@Juneybean Back up to where it was before, so there was a peak for ovulation, then a straight line with a small dip for yesterday but back to the straight line today.
Looking at last month, I was already on a clear stepped drop, so fingers crossed it was yesterday that was the anomaly and not today!!

Just checked and mines now changed to 2 beats up! so 59 up to 61!

ooh @Juneybean that's so exciting! When is AF due and when did you ovulate? I'm eagerly awaiting tomorrow's now haha.
It sort of gives me something to look at each day when I know its too early to poas

I'm 6dpo now and period is due a week tomorrow. It's fascinating until it starts dropping before AF haha

@juneybean fitbit tracker has had a little update and my hr graph now looks exactly the same as last month's it's all stepped down and down in a neat little pattern

The second spike on this month's is ovulation and the left hand spike on last month's is ovulation.

Hmm that's weird then. Not really sure what it means, doesn't appear to be an exact science does it? :(

Not really @juneybean it was nice to have it as something giving me hope. I do feel really rotten though and my boobs are still agony, much more so than usual so you never know...
