Looks like it to me☺️ congrats mrsj how exciting for you!! Xxx

MistyBxx · 01/03/2017 08:13

I don't think it's that faint!! It's more than a squinter!!!! I can see it fine without enlarging the pic lol. Bloody lush news for a chilly weds morning!! X x

actino · 01/03/2017 08:13

Congratulations, jkerry!

I've been lurking but here is my info:
Age 33
Cycle 2
8DPO and CD23.
Due to test 7 march but may test on sunday morning.

I am on day 4 of brown/pink spotting and have sore boobs. It's not normal for me to have periods symptoms this soon, so I'm hopeful that they're from pregnancy!

mrsjkerry · 01/03/2017 08:16

Thanks misty!!! I am very excited, but also a bit wary because I have a false positive before due to chemical pregnancy. So when I told my husband this morning he said he won't believe it until my period is actually late Hmm charming

It's always best to be cautious but hopeful 😂🙈 when are you due af?? Fx not for 10 months haha.
Welcome actino! Sounds good already!x

Marie90 · 01/03/2017 09:25

Amazing!! Congratulations Mrsjkerry !!! Grin

mrsjkerry · 01/03/2017 10:41

My period is due on Friday. I had a positive a few years ago when my period was 4 days late, but then arrived 2 days after I took the test, hence the chemical pregnancy 😔 so I really am holding off for a week until I feel a bit more certain about it...

Congratulations Mrsjkerry keeping my Fx for you

Pibbee · 01/03/2017 11:15

Oh wow mrsjkerry that does look promising! Fingers crossed....

Morning all!

MistyBxx · 01/03/2017 11:49

Ah that's fair enough chick, it's understandable to be more than a little worried but just try to relax for now, get into some yummy healthy food and just look after YOU for a little while :) take it as easy as you can and fingers crossed this is a lovely sticky one!!xx

MistyBxx · 01/03/2017 11:50

I on the other hand am sat at my desk in work rushing to the loo every half hour convinced af has arrived, just getting ewcm at the mo though but it's defo on its way, not actually due til tomoz so it may be this afternoon or evening that I start with the spotting and then boom, massacre central tomoz morning 😂😂😂😂

Kitcaty · 01/03/2017 12:00

Hey all.
I'm on holiday but thought I'd catch up with the messages.
Mrsjkerry omg!!! Keeping my fingers crossed for you 😍 I really really hope you get another line next time you test!!

ttcnovice · 01/03/2017 12:12

Wow mrsj congrats!! I know it's early days but that looks like a strong line, doesn't look faint to me at all. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 for a sticky bean for you! All your hard work DTD looks to have paid off xxx

mrsjkerry · 01/03/2017 13:21

Thanks all! I will buy some digital ones and test again on Friday. Hopefully it flashes up "pregnant" 😬

Twistedsister7 · 02/03/2017 08:15

MrsJ so so pleased for you!!!

AF is 1 day late here but it was last month so no testing until the weekend!!

MistyBxx · 02/03/2017 08:24

Morning all, hope you're feeling good today mrsjkerry :)
My af is due today, nothing yet but it's usually late afternoon/night it makes an appearance after I've been sat at my desk all day, cramps normally start about 3pm 😩

Pibbee · 02/03/2017 10:17

Morning all

Wow Misty you can predict your AF to the hour!? Now that is precisely!

FX for MrsJ!

I had a weird thing this morning. I decided to buy some of those clearblue opk stick things last week, hadn't done any tests as DP was ill so we weren't even DTD anyway so I thought there's no point. According to fertility friend app (which tbh I haven't really been inputting data to properly) my FW was last week (so even more annoying that DP was ill!)

Anyway I peed on one of those sticks this morning more for a larf than anything else, fully expecting to get the not-fertile indicator. But when it finally popped up, it was a smily face! Not a flashing one but definitely a smily! So wtf does THAT mean?! Clearly my cycle is not what I thought.... also this could theoretically mean that when we DTD on Tuesday morning there's a chance!?!? God knows. One thing I do know is I am not gonna obsessively start peeing on these sticks, I can tell from just doing one how addictive it could be!!!

tuxie11 · 02/03/2017 11:12

I've come sneaking back as I need some advice - congrats MrsJ hope it stays positive and gets stronger

I'm now almost a week late and I've only had some spotting which started after some awful cramps. Sad

Has anyone had this post pill cycle? TMI - it started quite pink, watery and I would have assumed as normal it would have gone into normal period which is what I regularly do as I've never spotted before. Id usually get cramps and get heavier as it goes. But I've got barely anything!
Not quite sure what to do/make of it. Eptopic did cross my mine but 3 tests have been negative so seems unlikely. So confused!

MistyBxx · 02/03/2017 11:14

I know Pibbee, my af is like clockwork! I know exactly when it's gonna arrive lol which is good most the time but not when I'm ttc coz it seems like it's in such a regular cycle that no sperm can defeat it lol and it's like "do what you want, but mwahaha you know I'll be there!"
And it is. To the dot, every time 😩

mrsjkerry · 02/03/2017 11:33

Pibbee - I used OPKs throughout my FW and was able to exactly pin down when I ovulated so I think that really helps.

Tuxie I went on the pill for a month when I went on honeymoon. When I came off my cycle was something like 40 days and AF arrived a few days after I'd already been spotting and cramping. So that's what could be happening to you too?

I have been doing more tests 😄 these are the 3 of them together. AF due tomorrow. I keep going to the toilet to check for blood because it really feels like my period is coming. Very cramped up and sore lower back...

Looking great mrsj - hope af doesn't arrive but that last clearblue is very strong.

thanks - puts me at ease a little. Last month I came on fine, no spotting. I had some awful pains yesterday but nothing seems to really be coming out. Perhaps I should hold tight for a few days and hope it arrives full force.

mrsjkerry · 02/03/2017 12:14

I am still going to the gym tonight. I feel in a bind because I know exercise is still healthy and necessary but don't want to do anything wrong...

OP posts:
ttcnovice · 02/03/2017 15:59

Pibbee the non flashing smiley means "peak" fertility (i.e. your LH surge), whereas the flashing smiley is only "high" fertility (i.e. Leading up to the LH surge).

mrsj they are looking good! Cramps and lower back pain are early pg symptoms too so I wouldn't necessarily worry! I know that's easier said than done though!

Nothing to report here, AF due on Monday - haven't noticed any symptoms either way. Not feeling hopeful this month but at least that will mean I won't be as disappointed when AF arrives! In theory anyway!

Marie90 · 02/03/2017 17:42

I wouldn't hold your breath for AF mrsjkerry... Those look like pretty definitely positives to me (especially the clear blue one)! Gym is good.. light exercise and just don't over strain yourself! Really excited for you 😊

MY AF is due tomorrow and tbh I'm feeling all the usual symptoms so pretty sure I'm out for this month. Before joining MN I was so in the dark about how much went into ttc! I assumed you DTD unprotected and BAM! I wish it was that simple 🙈🙈

Hope your all having a good week and Fx for more BFP!

Pibbee · 02/03/2017 19:40

Omg ttcnovice you're right! Totally misread the instructions earlier and also in my head the flashing one made more sense to be highest fertility ie woohoo, flashing lights, get cracking!!! Ha. Better get another DTD in sharpish then!!

MrsJ exercise is a good thing! I don't think it can cause problems. I haven't been to the gym today as massively couldn't be arsed but will go tomorrow

Marie and TTC novice you're not out as yet....Think positive! :)
