Also one of the women instructors (42) announced she was pg last week... and she was lugging tractor tyres and weights and flat out boxercising... she's very fit but I did think to myself oooof maybe you shouldn't be doing THAT much but everyone knows their own limits :)

I'm sat here at the end of day 28 (AF day) with no af 😡😡😡 I'm annoyed coz I'm usually like clockwork, I've had sore boobs since about 5dpo (normal for me) and I have had slight cramps but nothing actually there. My cycles have always been 28 days but since I've come off the pill, they have varied slightly, I've had a couple of 29s, 30's and 31's so I'm NOT thinking I'm pg lol I know I didn't catch the right days and barely dtd in my fw, I haven't been symptom spotting and have no symptoms of pg at all, just the usual bad boobs but I just want it to hurry up and get out of the way!😡😡
