TWW - anyone else testing in early March?

I'm just starting the dreaded TWW and could use some company. All the other threads on this seem to have reached the testing stage already.

I am 2-3 dpo and planning to test on 4 March. We have been TTC for about 18 months and are getting fertility treatment. I am pretty sure I ovulated this month though, so I have have high hopes for this cycle.

Satsooma I'm with you on testing. The week day mornings are crazy in my house and I'd hate to get a positive and be all excited then have to act normally once my 10 year old got up.

dangle, I mix 3/4 glass of grapefruit juice with 1/4 of orange juice. I think it has made a difference. I didn't take EPO

I was convinved I had pre-AF cramps at the weekend, but today I have gone back to having these weird, really localised, kind of acidic pains. So I am feeling much more positive today. I also feel a bit run down, tired and sniffly. Could be that I visited a hospital at the weekend, but I like to think it is a pregnancy symptom .

I think your my people I'm due to test early to mid March!
6 DPO today and have sore boobs, odd cramps and fatigue. Had chem pg last month with almost identical symptoms but also known to have these symptoms with af too so doesn't mean much for me!

Wanted to hold off testing until I am 'late' but I know I'm going to crack around 10 DPO (this Friday!) worried about chem pgs now though Have two dc already so I know my body can work properly when it wants!

I've got weird pinching feelings in abdomen but I think I had them last month... also very tired but then I always am! Temps still high but first month temping so don't know if that's normal either! Lol
I'm trying to remain positive anyway.

Wow I've only been gone since this morning and the thread has really blown up.

Congrats to the other bfp (not sure who it was). 7dpo today and I resisted the temptation to test....yay go me😂😂. Had some mild cramping today and sore boobs which is new for me oh and I failed my driving test 😭😭. Really gutted only one small mistake I could have easily have rectified but my brain turned mush haha (possible symptom lol) 😂

In other news I'm itching to test so gonna hold off until the morning. 8dpo seems like early enough to get a BFP

Sensible me says test when af is a few days to a week late as that will be the most reliable result. As I tested around 11 DPO with chem pg last month and had 3 days of being 'pregnant' until af came If I hadn't had tested then I would have avoided that kick in the teeth!

BUT weak and silly old me will probably test early again!! one thing for sure though I am only using IC and won't tell dh until his bday 15th March if all well (and if even successful, might not be anything to tell at all!)

Oh no Andy. I failed my driver's test once with just one major fault too. The most annoying thing was - I didn't have a single minor fault. Was soooo annoyed.

Sounds like it was just bad luck and you will easily apss next time. They say that people who fail once are beter drivers in the end!

Better look next time Andy's! So frustrating isn't it, I failed 3 times with mine! Cried every time! Just used to get so nervous!!

Addtothechaos I think I'm going to follow your lead and wait until till AF is due (if i can) that's what I did last month and like you say it can't be nice thinking you're pg for a few days for it to not stick.

Andys so sorry to hear about that! But I'm sure you'll pass next time! Can you book another test right away? At least your symptoms sound hopeful!

Ethel. I re booked as soon as I got home so only 4 more weeks to wait 😆

8 dpo this morning and yep I tested but not sure what to make of it. There is sort of something there irl, took a photo and can just make it out when turned to a negative so I can't say BFN or BFP right now. I used these same IC'S when pregnant with DS and there was a barely there line at 10dpo but the frer was really positive so I'm hoping they just take time to pick hcg up.

Horrible being stuck in limbo 😣

Andys - HCG doubles every 48hrs so maybe a good chance of getting something in two days? Fx!

I'm going to buck the trend and keep testing early as I almost want to know if I have a chemical pregnancy as then I can be 100% that I am ovulating. But I completely understand waiting (just don't have the self control!)

Very sleepless at night the last few days. Which I guess is throwing my BBT right out?

I've woken up stressing this morning! BBT 36.82 which is still technically high but for some reason I'm convinced AF is on her way even though she isn't due until Monday! What on earth is wrong with me?! Lol

Morning Ethel! I've been up since 5:30 stressing. I woke up really concerned about being pregnant and overweight. I was a healthy BMI when I first started going to the fertility clinic, but what with all the hormone pills they've given me and the emotional stress of TTC, I am a stone overweight. I couldn't get back to sleep for worrying about it. Never happened before. Just nervous about this cycle I guess.

Sorry to hear you're having a stressy morning too. Ithe is so weird how we can be OK one minute and then almost irrationally worried the next. The BFP gods need to smile upon all of us and put us out of our misery!

Oh and how weird am I- was mega bloated yesterday and I actually pushed my stomach out because it looked like a little pregnant belly and looked at it in the mirror

First month ttc and For all accounts it turned in to a disaster 😔 If I have done my reading right we completely missed our chance cause we fell out! Using the clear blue opk with duel hormone something or other! So for my peak on the Friday morning but we didn't bd until sat! So I don't even know why I am hoping for this month! But there is always next month! Af due on 2nd march! Xx
