TWW - anyone else testing in early March?

I'm just starting the dreaded TWW and could use some company. All the other threads on this seem to have reached the testing stage already.

I am 2-3 dpo and planning to test on 4 March. We have been TTC for about 18 months and are getting fertility treatment. I am pretty sure I ovulated this month though, so I have have high hopes for this cycle.

I've watched a couple of vids on youtube about conception and the journey and effort the sperm goes through just to fertilise an egg it's amazing any woman gets pregnant haha

satsooma I'm the same re: testing. I'm on CD19 and for the last few days I've been doing an IC in the morning 😳

I have two frers sitting in a cupboard but I'm holding out longer!

I was sat there like "OMG my possible baby is now dividing into 4 cells on the inside of the egg" haha. I'm really losing the plot

And I've watched those videos too and shown them to DH. They know so much more now than when they taught us this stuff at school! Lol
My temp was pretty high this morning so I'm pretty certain I've o'd but not sure when! Between Monday and Wednesday is my guess. Doesn't help that DH is symptom spotting on my behalf. I wasn't feeling great yesterday (IBS flair up) and he's like 'oooh is that a sign'?? I'm like 'no hun, I ovulated about 2 days ago... LOL
I also have a stock of three different types of tests. Included in my arsenal is one precious FRER... I won't be cracking that bad boy open unless I'm certain! Ha

Hi ladies, so I've got Tonsillitis and this is my FW....don't think March will be positive for me as only managed to dtd twice earlier this week.

I'm starting to worry. Had what I thought were ovulation pains on Sunday / Monday and thought nothing of. I still have them. Like a dull pain not sharp or sudden just there. And it's localised to the left. Should I be right to worry?

I wouldn't worry? I've had pains like that this month too since Saturday!

Had my mirena coil removed 30th Jan after 4 years... Didn't have a period for the whole 4 years but bled for 3 days lightly after removal as expected. Had positive ovulation test on 17th and 18th Feb. I'm guessing I should test early March but as I've not had a period for so long I just don't really know! Any advice? I'm getting sore boobs and dome cramping.... Could that be early pregnancy signs or just my body getting back to normal? So confused! X

Hi becky! I would try and wait until 2 weeks after you think you ovulated to take a test.

Just been reading through everyone's comments.. Quite a few made me laugh.... All eager to take a pregnancy test when we know it's simply far too early! I'm in the same boat.... It is so tempting! But why?!

I just want to try and get through this weekend without POAS. After that, I am not too fussed. I might actually have to get up early to go pee, just so as to remove the temptation first thing

It is hard Becky god knows why!! I'm due Af next sat so let's see how long I can hold out for!

I'm almost half way through. Planning on not being home much at the weekend so I'm not tempted.

I have a question about FRERs. I discovered yesterday that first response have a range of tests. Does anyone know if they are all the same sensitivity? I have the rapid response ones (I was on the phone and distracted when buying them) and am wondering if I used them a couple of days before AF might be due (cycles have been 25-34 days) would I get an accurate result

I only went away for 1 day and look how far this thread has moved on... Ive got the pains in my left hand side too sweet, no idea what it means though. stomach was crampy before but now its just by my left him.

Due on next tuesday but Will not test until next friday just to be sure hahahahaha who am i kidding, i've got them ready upstairs just waiting for me to give in

I don't know how to make someone's name bold but buddha mine has turned to dull ache all over a bit like period pain and I'm also getting a cold

Oooh good signs sweet don't they say a sign of a cold is implantation happening - I ov'd around the 11th so now nearly 2 weeks on, so far had the dull ache, which has got worse today, and a cold that lasted just a morning.

I will not test, I will not test!

p.s. to make something bold you hold the arrow /alt key and the little star on your keyboard at the start and end of the world you want to bold- On my laptop its the arrow key to the left and star is on number 8 - not sure of that's the same on all though.

I feel the exact same sweet AND I'm getting a coldsore... now don't judge bit I was googleing something called 'early pregnancy factor' it's a chemical given off by the egg as soon as fertilised and it's function is to lower your immune system so your body doesn't see the egg as a foreign invader and attack....
But I promise I'm not symptom spotting

Thanks Ethel, maybe I'll take my chances and test next weekend before DS comes back from his dad's. It's a double pack so I can always use the second one a few days later.
