So we've maxed out our first thread, the positivity is building up nicely and we're joyfully moving on to a brand new thread...

This thread is for anyone TTC and is bursting with positivity, love and support as we cruise towards our BFP's.

New rules instead of saying AF due we say BFP due ...
Also you do not have to add your age or what cycle number you're on if you don't want to ...

The ultimate aim is to get everyone to destination BFP ASAP...
however the bus ride may take a little longer for some of us ...
it doesn't matter if you take the scenic route ...
as long you get there.

morning ladies - POAS on a digital CB this morn, was all i had left due to my POAS addiction.

looks like AF could be here any min now.

I think our energies may be syncing via this thread as I've also been feeling possible ovulation pains this week, I say possible as I've never felt them before so I'm just not sure but they sound similar to what some of you ladies are describing :))
Quick update - so has cheered up and we dtd last night with preseed, yaaaaaay 😍
Cd14 today and just poas opk and am still getting the blank circle, the line is getting stronger so I think (hope & pray) that I get a smiley tomorrow morning and dtd again tomorrow night.
I am tempted to poas opk later but dp is working tonight and so we won't dtd anyway so I'm thinking don't waste another stick!

Excellent news Hippy!!!! If you've Timed DTD with ov pain then you are ok with a chance!! I have heard so many good things about preseed, so FX it has worked it's magic for you.

Last day of SMEP here. I think we are both so "exhausted" (!!!) so we are giving the extra try for luck a miss. We have had sex so much I would be shocked if this doesn't get us a BFP although I would miss this lovely TTC chat

Thank you salem - I'm on tender hooks already and I'm not even out of fw yet. My opk was blank circle this morning and it needs to be a smiley for positive so I need to test again tomorrow morning and dtd again tomorrow night ... fx dp is up for round two. Thank you for the reassurance about preseed - hopefully it will help keep the little swimmers alive until my egg is released ... I've been using opks for 3 months now and had positive twice on cd14 and once on cd15 so I'm expecting the positive tomorrow starting to stress about this

Hippy maybe your surge will happen this evening? Have you got any ICs you can use for later? Either way, you've DTD near ovulation so you're in for a chance!!! I can understand you feeling stressed, I was exactly the same even though I knew I would ov soon. It's natural to worry because it's something that we want so much.

I am due BFP around 6 March which is a Monday. I don't want to have to test when I'm at work so I'll do it on the 4th or 5th which is at the weekend and 10DPO. I am concerned my LP is short but we will wait and see!!! I haven't bought any POAS but I will order some online next Friday in anticipation!

I casually wandered down the POAS aisle in Superdrug yesterday and the POAS are so expensive!

Thank you for the reassurance and kind words salem ... you're so right... I didnt realise how much I wanted to be pg when I started this journey, but now with every month that passes i want it more and more ... and with that desire comes overthinking it, impatience and a range of emotions within each section of the cycle ... wk1 feeling like crap and pissed off that af rocked up again univited, wk2 poas action covert in my case which is tricky and then the boredom / symptom spotting of the 2ww.

I don't have any ic's - I need a yes or no, I'm not good with the line interpretation.

So, what happens when your opk begins to get lighter? Does this mean you have ovulated? Does it mean you are not pg?

Salem they can pick up pregnancy but I think they do after a regnant test would as they aren't as sensitive. Woman have LH in their systems all the time, so it is perfectly normal for people to have a light line on them any time in the month. I would only think possibly pregnant if it was a blazing line after AF was due.... but I'd already have POA million S by then 😂

Regnant obviously means pregnancy 😂 stupid bloody phone!

Sorry for TMI here ladies, but I went on top last night (not the optimum baby making position i know, but one of my favourites) and I'm wondering how long I should have waited before 'getting off his penis' ... (thus why I'm researching sperm)....
In case you were all wondering you probably aren't , I got off his penis quite quickly, lead back down and quickly (and slyly i hasten to add) chucked a pillow under my arse (and proceeded to sleep like that all night), and throughout the night refused to accept the fact that i needed the toilet .... I'm please to report, I didn't wet the bed :) xxx

I start with the pillow to evlevate hips and also laying still for 15 minutes but I don't really bother now. I read that the speed of ejaculation wooshes (!!!!) the Doreen up your foof so you don't need to necessarily lie down afterwards, although can't see why it would hinder TTC.
