Is it a line? First proper cycle since mmc at Christmas. Could it be? I feel like af imminent, incredibly bloated, and thinking about it that's how I usually feel. Af not even due until Friday. Don't want to tell dp yet as it's his dad's funeral on Thursday and he's got enough on his plate.

I swore I'd never do this, but faaaaark!

I feel sick with fear. I'm almost 43 and so the odds are pretty awful really, but desperate to have a sibling for my DD.

Yep. That's a line. I had the same ... ghostly feint on the first day I tested, but I did another test each morning for 3 days after and the line for much darker each day. Congratulations

Im confused though because every time i've taken pregnancy tests they've had the strong line and a faint second line ... but I've never been pregnant, i thought they always showed up faintly?

Yes monkeyface, I tested negative ages ago, had an MVA on 21/12 and have had a proper period since.

Thanks hulaballoo and littlemiss, I remember you both from the mc threads. Horrible times, and I'm definitely not counting my chickens just yet. I hope you are both doing ok. X

I'm cd 27 today. Cycles are usually 28-32 days; had a negative last night with a clearblue so hoping it was just a little early. I had some clear mucous today and stomach cramps; can't remember if I had that last time or not xx

I've never had an evap on these sticks before, either a line or snowy white, they are Boots own rather than ics, but all the same really. I have a pink dye test that I bought on a whim earlier, but I may wait until Friday to do that. Need to get through the funeral first really, and I don't want dp worrying.

I will keep fx for you LittleMiss, all I can remember from each time I've conceived is actually being pretty oblivious to any symptoms whatsoever, but being very bloated. Oh god, I really hope this one sticks. I don't think I can bear another mc in such quick succession. EPU will see me in three weeks, so hopefully I'll get that far.

Thanks monkeyface! I am holding off telling him until af date has been and gone in case it's just a chemical. I don't want him distracted from his father's funeral on Thursday either. I need to get my head round it all first as well!
