Anyone else starting the TWW

Hello I'm just starting the TWW - test date 12th Feb anyone else want to join me to get through the two weeks together?

Feeling ok today but I'm the most impatient person ever ( i cried when my surge came two days late) so would be great to share the pain of waiting with others/ not look for signs of pregnancy and encourage each other to wait peeing on stick for as long as possible

I tested today and got a BFN. Course I did! I'm only 7/8 dpo. I'm such a bellend.

My excuses;
I feel ill
I have a cough
I'd just toppled off my bike
There were no sweets on the house

I'm 8dpo today and every day I'm googling chance of positive showing up in test ( been doing this since 6dpo) no symptoms yet at all but wondering whether might get some this week ?

I tested this evening lol, why?? Found a random test when taking my makeup bag out this morning for work, but only did the test this evening, bfn of course!! Only about 7dpo. But I had a wave of nausea earlier randomly so thought feck it, but no obviously!

Can I join? I'm 30, in month 5 of ttc. I am 7/8 days dpo and have quite a few symptoms. Altho I've been through other symptoms before and always got a bfn! It's crazy that your body plays tricks on you and I'm so impatient! AF due 14th..... I've suddenly got the cold, my back aches as does my stomach (cramping), my boobs are tingly and I feel sick on and off....could this be it?

Also it's so positive having people going through the same thing☺

I swear it's the weekends that are the worst: it seems to be a popular time for what I call "pointless testing".

Either way, im away to arrange several pub/booze nights for the next 8 weeks as im just trying to "proceed as normal"

Never mind foggy it's still early days yet.

I really really wanted to test this morning but got up slightly later so didn't have time phew otherwise I so would have. Temptation is so difficult! X

I have been fairly sensible so far and not wanted to POAS as not due to test until 12th, but now that has all changed. Knowing that I can test this weekend has sent me in to a spiral of researching how early I could test and what are the most sensitive tests to use
This is going to be a long week!

Well I tested today. Period due in5days. FRER say u can use 6days before missed period.
So I'm in a shit mood now. It was negative .if it was going to be positive surely it should have picked up when it said it would?
Sore boobs must be down to pms then..

Anyone cervix check? Mine is high and closed.apparently correct position for if I had conceived. That's why I tested... I'm not really well clued up on the cervical position stuff though. Only second time I've tried..maybe someone on here knows better than me?

I check Tatty. Mines still high. I took a FRER this morning and got a faint positive again. Lots of CM also, TMI but I keep running to the toilet thinking I'm bleeding . I've no idea what's going on with me. Stay positive . You're going to get your BFP soon! X

Thanks breaking . I'm so deflated I always say, its cheaper to wait and see if my period arrives before testing..but I couldn't help myself. Pulled the test after after desp to see a line but no. Is a high cervix a good sign ? How soon before period does It drop?
It sounds like you are def pregnant! You wouldn't get more than one faint line if you weren't! Xx

And lots of CM I a sure sign too...x

Thanks foggy. I hope so. I still feel uncertain as I haven't had a dark BFP. Tatty, they say that it isn't to be used as an indicator. But if you check often enough you'll notice changes through your cycle and they become quite regular (mine do anyway). Try check at the same time of day too for consistency. X

This is going to sound like a dumb question lol but RE cervical positioning... What's considered low and what is high? Say I use my longest finger, if I have to go in right up to the knuckle and can reach it with he tip of me finger fairly easily, is that considered high? The other day I had a feel and I didn't need to put my finger in quite as far maybe a few centimetres less, so would it have been low then? I'm so confused because there's nothing I can find that gives any kind of measurement lol

Thanks breakingbad :) I'm 12dpo, due af on Wednesday and trying my very best to remember that "cervical position is not a reliable indicator for pregnancy" and to stop reading stories on google by women who had this CP and got a bfp...

Feel bad for DH. Fertile week was concluding just as he had to go away for work. Now he's back and I'm not in FW and I have a cold and it's a bit like
