Anyone else starting the TWW

Hello I'm just starting the TWW - test date 12th Feb anyone else want to join me to get through the two weeks together?

Feeling ok today but I'm the most impatient person ever ( i cried when my surge came two days late) so would be great to share the pain of waiting with others/ not look for signs of pregnancy and encourage each other to wait peeing on stick for as long as possible

Okay so ive just looked back at the month I had the chemical. I was dpo 12 and tested negative then it was dpo 13 I got my bfp! Granted it ended in chemical but it just goes to show how quickly it can change. So keep your chin up!

Edit it was actually dpo 14 I got the bfp technically 2 days after af was due. X

I'm not able to test til tenth but going to tttrrryyyy hold out for AF first... Dont want the heartbreak again.
Keep trying. 1daybcan make all the difference sparks.

Anyone check cervix position? I never have but did today. I'm having slight creamy discharge which is unusual. My cervix was very high up could hardly reach but was dry.
It says this can be pregnancy sign. Ovulation def left.. Bit I could only be 6dpo max 7dpo.. Possible sign or me being mad again;? X

Sparksalot I'm on 11dpo and AF due Saturday. So still testing super early! I've purchased 3 more so will test Fri & Sat

Excellent and good luck! I have a drawer full of tests about 20 cheapies and 4 frer's lol! I should probably get dh to hide them from me so I'm not tempted to test again! X

As for testing cervix position. I can never feel mine. I think I'm a bit weirded out about sticking my finger up there tbh. I have been told (by a nurse at a smear years ago) I have a tilted cervix/uterus though so maybe thats why I cant feel it?

Apparently your cervix can change all the time and also it doesn't always go straight up to high and closed if you get pregnant. So don't worry too much about cp as a pregnancy indicator :) I keep getting this thing where the middle of my boobs feel full and sore but mostly when I bend over... god knows what that's all about!

I keep getting stabbing pain in my left breast but i'm sure that's not a symptom! Plus i am only max 6dpo

Sparksalot, I agree! I do check mine but it's mostly too high to feel. I've also got a tilted uterus. Smear tests are a nightmare for me mines is so bad!

I don't think you're supposed to check your own cervix because of risk of infection no? I couldn't see myself ever trying it anyway!

I always make sure I'm clean . Usually do it after a shower to minimise the risk!

Well im getting uncomfortable cramping today I'm pretty sure this is what I had same time last month the week before af reared her ugly head. I keep checking for cm but I only ever get any when wiping after having a wee and there's not much. I do have a weird prickling sensation in my nipples though?
Maybe I'm going mad, yep thats it the madness has set it!!!

I'm only using Ovia fertility app to track stuff, but it keeps moving my data and fertile days and adding more days until I test! It's pushed it further twice now based on my data that I've entered in the last few days, makes me doubt it all a lot!

Thanks Tatty, that looks a lot more informative than Ovia! It is more in line with what Ovia originally said, fertile period ended two days ago, whereas now Ovia says I'm only entering it. I'm doing my best be patient and the last thing I need is days added on!

foggy theres is a knowledge bit on that website and it taught me a bunch of stuff I never knew! (and I thought I was obsessed lol) u can update with info each day to keep it accurate.. I've only used it this month with this month and last months data so don't know how accurate but find it handy as a way of jotting down DTD dates etc. Altho i go on it too often... Duno what I'm expecting it to tell me lol x

tatty yes I said I wouldn't symptom spot but last night goggles of there are any signs you could possibly get in first week. Read stories of women who just knew they were pregnant hours/ days after conceived so I fell asleep thinking do I know or is this hope?

Day 5dpo yawn! Days are going quick in work but when I get home I can't resist stories and advice on intranet. I think I've read all the other threads on MN re conception ( and strayed into pregnancy/ names/ births/ announcement threads)

I use Ovia and find it really accurate for me it always bang in with ovulation date and period? Have you got regular cycles foggy? I've used mine since Jan last year so maybe the more data you enter the better it gets at predicting. You can also change the lenghy of your cycle in the settings.

Thanks for the support guys. I had a mini breakdown earlier this evening I think it's af hormones combined with exam stress ( tomorrow!!!!) and the tww all just piling on top of me. My sis thinks the trauma of my mmc is still affecting me. So I'm going to make an appointment to see my gp xx

Oh and af due a week tomorrow x
