January bus continued...? Anybody still clinging on...!?!

Hi everyone,

Hope you don't mind me staring a new thread as the last is full to the brim now!

Just to recap myself:

Age 31
Ttc no.3
6dpo
1st cycle! (Agh!)

Anyone else?

Anyway I'm still clinging onto the bus but feeling extremely negative about this cycle as I've had what has almost! been the flu Sad
Couldn't get my sorry head off the pillow yesterday and feel like I've been 8 rounds with Tyson aiming right for the lungs!

Going to test on Thursday 19th as had my last two Bfps at 10 DP0

And just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the old thread that kindly gave me advise and a much needed pick me up with regards to being so --pathetically - Ill lol I took all advise on board and today I feel like it's finally letting up a little (woo!)

Hope are well and good news is coming for us all!! X

Quick question: am I right in saying that luteal phase doesn't vary month to month?

If it doesn't then I'm mega confused as my BBT hasn't dropped yet and due AF today but no sign so far no cramps or anything either

Had an IC BFN this am so guessing not PG :/

Yeah LP is supposed to remain pretty consistent month to month. You may well be pregnant but not giving off enough HCG for IC to pick up on? Either try again in a few days or use a more sensitive test like FRER. Fingers tightly crossed for you!!

Just to point out that emz is right and the asda first response offer isn't for the '6 days earlier' test! The pack I bought just says 'results within 45 seconds' or something of that nature! Just checked the box now!

I'm on 9dpo but not feeling hopeful Sad X

In the dreaded 2ww but I'm not hopeful this month. I don't know why exactly, I just don't feel it. God, and there are newly pregnant women literally everywhere I turn at the moment. Envy

Annoying I ordered a FRER on amazon & it prob arrive after AF. I am stating to feel like AF is imminent as I start to get all clingy & nice with my husband. Maybe this is why I'm still baby free if I'm only ever nice to my husband before my period Hmm

Hello! Still just about clinging on. AF was due yesterday and still hasn't turned up. Normally I have a very average, on time body but I'm thinking I maybe late because I had a bout of flu at Christmas. Negative FRER this morning so I'm blatantly just late but clearly symptom spotting like mad. All in my head I'm sure but I have sore boobs, cramps, weird pelvic pain, backache, nausea, bloating and a constantly gurgling tummy. It would feel a bit like pre AF (but more backache, sore boobs, gurgling and nausea than normal) but it's been going on for what feels like ages (probably actually about 3 days). I feel like it's about to start, then it subsides and nothing happens, then I feel like it's about to start again. Then repeat ad infinitum. It's not a bad thing if it's a couple of days late, as I was going to be away during FW next month, but I hate the constant 'I'm not....maybe I could be....don't be stupid it's impossible.....you never know' internal monologue. Aargh!!!

Thanks Passmethewine I know it's silly to be upset when I'm not out yet - I think because it's cycle 8 that I'm starting to feel a bit tired of all the BFNs

This would be #3 for me, as I have 2 DC with my ex partner - but these were conceived within 1-2 months so had always thought we would conceive quickly for this one.

My husband is getting sperm analysis done next month just to check, if his is all clear then I'm going to get checked out to see if something has changed with my fertility.

Dpo10 for me and spotting the last 2 days. I wish I thought implantation but I have spotted a few days before af arrives with each cycle the last few months. Sore boobs and feeling sick but again all af looming signs too! I'm due on Sunday if lp is 14 days but who knows whether it is or not! Tested today and bfn. I'm pretty sure I'm out! So wanted to start the year positively after the crap year last year! Meh!

This is by far my weirdest cycle yet!! Any advice / experience would be gratefully received!! I'm currently on cd25, usually have 28 day cycles. However this month I didn't get positive opks until the weekend just gone. Had 3 in a row but oh was apparently so ill he couldn't possibly dtd so I gave up and stopped testing I expected my cycle would be longer due to this but I've had mild cramps since Sunday which has become usual for me the week before af!! Can anyone make any sense of this??!! Xx

Morning everyone!

Sorry to hear about some of you spotting and imminent af. Fx this will be the final af for a while and it's a lucky month ahead!

10 DPO for me and still got the sore boobs but cramping has gone completely. Just done a test and came back bfn Sad I know it's still fairly early for testing but I did get Bfps at 10 DPO with my two other children so I'm guessing I'm out this month and will be joining those on the Feb bus! Will hang around her until af arrives though and look out for more Bfps! Good luck ladies!!

Hi everyone. I'm still on the bus at 8dpo. I don't think I have any symptoms of anything yet though have had two big bloating episodes this week which I used to get but haven't had for years.

It could be an emotional reaction though as my grandmother died on Monday and work has been stupidly busy for me and my DH so juggling a 2yo and fitting in life has been difficult. I am worn out.

I also have a hen weekend this weekend which is a bit of a dilemma. I can't not drink as we are def going to do cocktail making but I am going to have to do some fake drinking as I don't want to drink too much in case I am pregnant.

Oh my lord the symptom spotting is driving me mad?!?!?
I swear my bbs are on fire, and I have the weirdest pulling sensation in left o area. I'm literally 4dpo so can't be preg symptoms but I'm already going crazy!!!
Any one else got AF due around 29th? Xx

Hi flowers88 I'm also due af on the 29th so looks like we will be testing at the same time. I've just ordered some first response in preparation. We've tried our best this month even doing the dtd twice on some days. Fx we are both lucky this month.

Wow kirsty!!! I'm so wanting to get a bfp but there's no way I'd have the energy for dtd twice a day - good on you haha!
We dtd as much as we could as we both been super sick with colds and flu.
Exciting to know someone else is at same point as me!
Are you getting any symptoms? Imaginary or otherwise! My left o is cramping/pinching lots ......ahhhhhhhh!!

14dpo and no AF, no cramps no nothing but negative IC HPTs

Only notable symptoms is bbs feel bigger (they did before AF last month too though) and might be coincidental but I can NOT stop peeing 😂😂😂

Time to break out the non cheapie HPT? 🤔

I poking my head back in because AF is still hiding and not really coming properly so I think I'm going to POAS again tomorrow. I'd be surprised because I don't feel pregnant at all and my temps have dropped but it's weird.

Oh missmagpie so sorry for your loss. 💐 I don't think a few drinks will hurt surely? I know plenty of people who have fallen pregnant without knowing so have continued on with their normal lives and everything has been ok? Xx

Kirstie and flowers I'm due af on 29th too, so about 5 dpo. Having a few 'symptoms' Hmm pinchy boobs and some changes in cm. trying not to read too much into it, but it's similar to this time last month and it ended in a chemical. I also felt a bit queasy on the drive home from work (may have been to do with eating the Christmas chocs Confused) keep symptom spotting ladies-makes me feel less crazy when I know others are too Smile
