1st cycle! (Agh!)

Anyway I'm still clinging onto the bus but feeling extremely negative about this cycle as I've had what has almost! been the flu
Couldn't get my sorry head off the pillow yesterday and feel like I've been 8 rounds with Tyson aiming right for the lungs!

Going to test on Thursday 19th as had my last two Bfps at 10 DP0

And just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the old thread that kindly gave me advise and a much needed pick me up with regards to being so --pathetically - Ill lol I took all advise on board and today I feel like it's finally letting up a little (woo!)

Mini, I'm the same! AF due on the 28th, so just over a week until I'll test...sore boobs, change in cm, and I've had some light bleeding. Trying not to drive myself insane symptom spotting, mostly failing.
Terrified of BFN

Aw it's so hard not to look for signs! And I know what you mean about bfns. Sadly I've come to expect them now-have poas so often and had so many negatives I'm almost resigned to getting one each month. It'll make eventually (and hopefully) getting a bfp all the more exciting!

Oh mini I can definitely make you feel less crazy...... I decided the cat was being super clingey so googled "can cats detect early pregnancy symptoms"......I mean really?!?!?!?!?!? Haaaaa oh I do wind myself up something rotten!!!!!!

Hi everyone 👋🏼 Been sitting patiently at the back of the bus hoping that AF doesn't make an appearance.

7dpo today and desperately trying not to symptom spot but my god it's hard! TBH, after a 9/10 day lp last cycle I've been convinced AF is going to appear since about 3dpo! Every twinge or feeling has made me go to the toilet just to make sure, I'm driving myself mad and getting very little work done!
Have had the odd crampy feeling but no idea if this means AF or not.

Had a bout of EWCM today which is a bit weird. But google has told me that this could mean any number of things!

Away for the weekend so hopefully I can get my mind off everything (doubtful, as I'm away with newly pregnant SIL so I'll be reminded of it constantly 🙄!)

AF is due for me on 28th/29th so I will be testing around the same time as you guys, Kirsty and Flowers.

3DPO for me right now and no symptoms except bloating but that is most definitely due to a rather large Nandos an hour ago!

I've not got any symptoms at the moment but I only got a positive opk on 17th so am only 1 or 2 dpo. It's nice to have people testing at the same time so we can compare symptoms

tinkerbell sorry to hear af has got you I'm not far behind you as I'm due af around Monday/Tuesday. Dont know why I've done it to myself but tested again this am and got bfn (sob!) on 11dpo. Still early but I did get faint positives at 9/10dpo with my other two babies so I really do feel like I'm out this month!

Back to full health now after that awful Virus which I'm sure can't have helped right after ovulation and into tww!

Also, I'm feeling maybe next month I will purposely not buy any tests and wait to miss a period as I hate seeing the Bfns and its only month 1 of ttc lol I need to chill the hell down a bit!

Will head over to Feb bus but will keep looking through the window here for more Bfps! Good luck everyone still in!! Xx

Sorry for all the afs...addtothechaos Im not testing till Sunday I think but don't feel hopeful as don't really feel any different to all the other month. My boobs have grown so big I broke a strap on a bra yesterday! Not a good start to a day! All af symptoms and as I've come off the pill for 3 months now guessing I've got a lot more hormones flowing through. Much love and fx x

I'm currently in a quandary: according to my usual cycle length, AF should arrive in 4 days. but because for once I spotted my ovulation pains month, my clue app has decided this cycle will be an extra 3 days long. is she right? is she wrong? how am I supposed to know when to POAS now?!!!

I'm due same time as you Kirstie Flowers and Mini. TBH I'm not at all hopeful this month - can't even symptom spot as I've had absolutely nothing!

I am feeling similar to you MrsG - not really signs of anything!

I am 9dpo now because I ovulated a good few days earlier than usual. It means I am expected to have a 28 day cycle instead of the 32 or 33 day which is my average.

I really wish I could remember what symptoms or not I had with DS - I didn't test until cd 40 then cos my cycles were more irregular.

How many dpo are you MrsG30?

kirsty I'm 7 dpo according to FF, I'm not using ovulation kits or anything right now as it's cycle 1. I'm not sure I've ovulated this month (as mad as that seems!) as I normally get sharp pains but haven't felt a thing this month. I've been off bc since Oct but only trying this cycle.

Even though I've got no signs I caught myself thinking before 'maybe no sign is THE sign!' Honestly!

Are you temping/using opks?

Kirsty, Mrsg and mini are you all going to hold out for 29th? I'm an absolute muppet and decided 4dpo was a great time to poas because I convinced myself that 'maybe' I ovulated a week earlier than I thought.. despite positive opk... ha it's funny what our minds do to us!!!!!

I'm using opk's MrsG30. I used the clearblue ones and got a smiley face on cd15 on Tuesday 17th so I'm assuming I ovulated either that day or the next which only makes me 2dpo. I have a 27 day cycle. It drives you mad looking for signs. I honestly thought I was in with a good chance last cycle so was really disappointed when af showed.

Kirsty if nothing happens a over the next few months I'll get some I think!

Flowers I don't know if I can hold out! I have got some frers, so it's going to be difficult to resist, but I'll try and wait til the 29th

Mines wishful thinking cycle this month as only been ttc for 2 cycles post BC so I'm pretty chilled and only go ogling symptoms etc out of excitement really!!!

AF won't be end of the world as il have an even better idea of cycle next month!

Still can't get my head around symptoms....Internet says no symptoms show before 6dpo (tomorrow for me) but I've been having this pulling feeling all day in my left O which I never remember having before....!!

Hopefully we can keep each other sane until 29th!

I don't think I'll be able to hold out either. I've got some first response so might test on Friday.

I got pregnant in October which ended in miscarriage but I remember the signs being tender boobs, cramps and being tired

Evening all Flowers I doubt I'll wait til af day. As hard as I'm trying not too, I'm symptom spotting like crazy. I'm 6/7 dpo. I've felt v queasy today, been a major bxxxx to the DH and just cried at the sight of Donal Trump on the news...I've also had the pulling and tugging feeling too

10 dpo for me today and still BFN

I think that's it for me this month as I've always had BFPs by now with my other children and I'm pretty certain of when I ovulated.

I don't usually symptom spot but I've been feeling really exhausted the last few days, sore boobs and having twinges so had almost got my hopes up.

Hopefully cycle 9 will be more successful!

minime I'm six dpo here too. hoping to hold out Sunday. the earliest AF could arrive should be Tuesday, but who knows! My body seems to like to keep me guessing.
