Hi everyone,

Hope you don't mind me staring a new thread as the last is full to the brim now!

Just to recap myself:

Age 31
Ttc no.3
6dpo
1st cycle! (Agh!)

Anyone else?

Anyway I'm still clinging onto the bus but feeling extremely negative about this cycle as I've had what has almost! been the flu Sad
Couldn't get my sorry head off the pillow yesterday and feel like I've been 8 rounds with Tyson aiming right for the lungs!

Going to test on Thursday 19th as had my last two Bfps at 10 DP0

And just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the old thread that kindly gave me advise and a much needed pick me up with regards to being so --pathetically - Ill lol I took all advise on board and today I feel like it's finally letting up a little (woo!)

Hope are well and good news is coming for us all!! X

Ahh I've just been to Boots, they've got 3for2 on all tests so got 2x twin pack FR and 1x twin pack CB for £20. Don't have an Asda nearby, but only works out £2 more from Boots anyway so not too bad.

Now to resist temptation to poas before Saturday Confused

BertieBotts · 17/01/2017 13:39

Me too justaphase. Hugs.

I think AF is annoyed at me because she doesn't seem very pleased to be here either Hmm

See you on the february bus?

Does anyone have a 26 day cycle.... If so what day do u ov on? I'm CD 12,haven't checked today yet but negative yesterday, only using IC, app says tomorrow so I'm hoping for positive today but just said I'd ask and see if anyone was like me with 26 days...

Motherhippy16 · 17/01/2017 15:43

Congratulations piraterach and emz! Lovely to see bfps. Addtothechaos I have no symptoms now at 8dpo just really tired with some twinges but it's probably down to pms. I'm not going to test till sat but am really not feeling hopefull. I got to hold my bfs new born baby today...had a little cry on the way home but was so wonderful. It will happen! X

sarahboro1 · 17/01/2017 16:37

Yeah congrats emz and piraterach!!! You give me hope that on cycle 10 (as I am now) it is still possible!!! 😁

I'm on cd24 so due af on Saturday but no idea when/if I ovulated so who knows when she's gonna appear!! Wish she'd come now so we can get on with cycle 11!!! Xx

Kirsty8333 · 17/01/2017 17:06

I've got a 27 day cycle MrsC2017 and just got a positive opk today on cd15. I expect to ovulate either today or tomorrow

Emz01 · 17/01/2017 18:27

Thanks Ladies! So excited but nervous at the same time.

MrsC I have 25 day cycles and DTD on CD12 & CD13 and got a BFP.

RoseValleyRambles · 17/01/2017 19:33

congrats to the bfps!
I've got another week until I can hope to test. thankfully work is keeping me busy and distracted, so I can only symptom spot for a couple of hours a day...

MrsC2017 · 17/01/2017 22:03

Thanks emz (congrats to you also!!!) and Kirsty, good to know that it could happen in the next few days still so appreciate your responding , have dtd anyway the last few days so will keep it up for another few and hopefully my positive OPK is yet to come!

Usernamegone · 17/01/2017 23:18

Woke up feeling crampy so didn't POAS as thought AF was imminent. No sign on AF today not even spotting. Last cycle was 25 days do AF due today if this is a 25 day cycle. My cycle before pill was 28 days.
Cycles in the last 6 months have been 27, 26, 24, 27, 26, 27, 25 days.
Too early to feel positive as AF could come any day.

sarahboro1 · 17/01/2017 23:24

Fx that she stays away for you username!! Xx

Usernamegone · 18/01/2017 07:51

Was going to POAS this morning again but woke up feeling crampy again. Still no AF. Am trying to hold off POAS due to variable cycle length until Sat.

Roseandbee · 18/01/2017 08:22

Congrats Emz & pirate!

Emz that's so interesting that your opk actually picked it up first.

Oh and hi Kirsty, I'm giving you a hi five for being the same age as me

Thanks for the tip **addtothechaos I'm contemplating going to Asda for the first response tests, my husband already think I'm crazy for buying too many pg tests

Roseandbee · 18/01/2017 08:25

Usernamegone - I've been feeling like AF is about to come since just after ovulationHmm I don't know if it's a new thing for me to just be crampy for at least half the month Sad I get what I think are ovulation cramps too

passmethewine123 · 18/01/2017 08:59

Rose that's exactly how I've been feeling, never felt like this before a period before!

I stupidly did a test this morning, it was very wishful thinking at 9dpo and it was of course BFN. Hoping now that I've got the urge to POAS out of my system I'll be able to resist until Saturday Hmm

SayenRose · 18/01/2017 09:15

Got ahead of myself and tested at 8 dpo this morning. BFN of course. Still cried a little Sad
Off to work now!

passmethewine123 · 18/01/2017 09:19

Sayen stay positive, we have both fallen in to the trap of testing too early but there is time yet Smile

Roseandbee · 18/01/2017 09:22

Passmethewine123 - if your anything like me (and judging by your username you might be) good luck with that :P if it's not a sign of a bfp I'm going to my doctors on 31st so will hopefully update if she says anything.
I'm 13dpo and still bfn but almost positive on my OPK test but it is a bit lighter than my control line

January bus continued...? Anybody still clinging on...!?!
Emz01 · 18/01/2017 09:30

Just to let you know Ladies the FR tests are on offer for £6 at asda but I accidentally picked up a rapid response one instead of the early detection. The fast response ones are no where near as sensitive and I only got the faintest of lines. Just double check which one you pick up!

Motherhippy16 · 18/01/2017 09:58

Good morning all. I have also been having constant cramps over the whole 2ww. Started having really oily skin, outbreaks and heartburn even though I haven't eaten anything yet today. Very strange. Am going to resist poas till sat at the earliest so am going to be in my little bubble of hope or dismay till then. Love and good luck to all x
