Start of the two week wait - anyone else?

I'm 3dpo. Done all I can this month so just the waiting game now to see if it's worked! Anyone else testing around 25th January?

Mind if I join? Not actively trying (already have a 9mo DD) but also not exactly being careful IYSWIM.

DTD earlier and checked dates, yesterday was ovulation day so who knows what might happen!

I'm in too. 4/5 dpo! Driving myself bonkers! fx ladies

Snap! 😩 4 dpo and have been very hungry today. Having pulling and twingy sensations in lower ab this evening. Much too early but I love a good old symptom spotting session 😁

I'm 8 DPO & going crazy symptom spotting! I have also cancelled 2 gym classes this week just so I'm not doing anything to strenuous lol any excuse! I have had lots of twinges and crampy feelings but this is the first month I've been fully switched on to monitoring stuff, although I did come off the pill in September. So AF not due until 25.. I'm probably going to end up POAS at the weekend

Woke up this morning to lots of CM - almost like EWCM which has totally confused me!

Juliet I am due to test on the 25th too...but can't imagine I'll last past the weekend!

I've been at the gym every day though....wish I'd thought of that excuse ;)

8dpo here too. I've got period pains sometimes I only have a 10 day luteal phase so period could arrive at the weekend. I'll end up testing period or no period because I had what I thought was a period with DC2 right at the beginning.

Could be but I doubt it. I did have implantation bleeding with DC2 but that was more to the extent that I thought I'd come on my period

Cramping too. Ok this is the point where I lose my cool and start obsessively symptom spotting

I was fine the first week but the 2nd week of the 2ww is the worst!! everyday is so slow!! I always think I can hold out testing early but always ever hopeful for that little faint line!! aaargh! and I'm desperate for payday too! cant even spend money to take my mind off it all lol

Assuming AF doesn't show her ugly head it's exactly two weeks today that I plan on testing. The countdown has started.

Does anyone use fertility friend? I used it for DC but that was 11 years ago. I was wondering if the upgrade was worth it?

It's so hard, I'm 10dpo now. AF due on Monday, planning on testing Saturday morning but the tests upstairs are calling to me...I can hear them 😂

Stuck I'm using FF to chart my BBT, I just got the free version. I know with the premium version you get chart overlays so you can see several of your charts in one so you can get a clearer picture of your temperature pattern. I'm not sure what other benefits you get though!

I have loads of cramping at the moment...had it for 2-3 days. Sure AF is on the way :(

If AF comes this month it gives me a bit more time to lose weight as I am FAT at the moment! Have always been quite slim and after having my second DC 2 years ago lost quite a bit of weight just through breastfeeding but in the second year of his life I continued having the extra calories needed to BF without actually BFing and I have packed it on! I'm the same weight as the day I had my second (albeit after giving birth but still..) Slightly concerned with being older now that it'll mean that I end up even heavier after having another and never shift it.

Also to add to that, I feel really unhealthy at the moment so feel like I'm not likely to get pregnancy for that reason...

I've tried and can't seem to change it...I hate it too!!
I think I'm somewhere between 6-9dpo but I don't chart my ovulation. Always had 30 day cycles then last month was 25/26 days and this month will be more like 23/24. Hence the ovulation confusion.
I just feel so upset.
I spent so many years married to the wrong man who didn't want kids and now I'm just over 3mths away from 39, finally with the love of my life and I know it's now going to be too late.

User don't give up hope. We're almost the same age (I think just a month between us) and I too worry about not being able to get pregnant. I had a little scare last year and whilst at the docs asked him his thoughts. He seemed to think it would be possible. I'm trying not to think about it too much as stress causes the likelihood to decrease significantly. It is hard though.
Saying all that, DP and I had the what if it can't happen conversation this morning. Not something I'm ready to think about yet.

Ah user, it's not over yet. Also 39 is still young these days - I know plenty of people older that had their first older than that. It is all so disheartening though xx

Hi ladies, I've come to join you as I'm due to test on Sunday. But had some spotting today so I think AF is on her way early, the mean old cow. Other people getting BFPs cheers me up though so I'm here to cheer you all on.

I'm currently 7dpo and not really sure when AF will be due. Cycles are still a bit messed up since coming off bc.

Upforathird - could I ask u a question? I have seen that you said you sometimes have a 10 day lp. Does yours vary much? I had a 9/10 day lp last cycle and this worries me that I'll continue to have a shorter-than-ideal lp. Last month was the first time I had properly tracked ovulation etc so no idea if this is normal for me or not. Any advice you (or anyone else) can offer would be lovely!
