I'm ttc #3 and it isn't easy this time.......
I'm planning on giving Feb all I've got - who's with me??!

Hi all!

Can I have a seat at the back? Taking my last mini pill on Thursday then cracking on ttc. Not expecting much for the first month or so but will start pissing on the odd opk in a couple of weeks to see if anything is happening and it'll be nice to be here amongst fellow baby crazy ladies when I can't talk about it irl.

I'm 36 and have a ridiculously adorable 13 month old DD. Conceived cycle 5 post pill last time but now I'm older, fatter and can't really be arsed to DTD having not slept in 13 months. I'll be giving it my best shot but expect to be here for the long haul.

Ok so I said I'd wait until tomorrow but.... look at this!!!!!! Aaaaah! So I'd say don't write it off just cos you are having cramps and feeling period like! Gonna test again tomorrow morning just to make sure... I don't think I'll believe it until I visit the docs but omg!!! Good luck everyone! Now to tell the DH

MrsGB2225 I'm not sure, if I had patience I would buy him a valentines gift but I know I'll blurt it out before then! I might draw him a cute picture/card and put the test with it 😊 Is EDD estimated due date? (Sorry I'm clueless with all the letters!) if so it should be mid October

MistyBxx I'm guessing stats mean cycle info and stuff (sorry again for my hopelessness! ). This was actually the first cycle of trying. I'm 26, CD 33, Dpo 18 ttc#1. but this was my first full cycle post pill so put off testing for ages haha.
Of course I don't mind telling you my symptoms here:
Feeling constantly queasy but no vomiting since a day or so after ovulation
Some headaches
Period like cramps over the past 4 days
A few days of extreme tiredness right after ovulation
NO aversion to smells or foods
NO tender nipples (only today do I have very slightly sore boobs)
Maybe peeing more but I'm drinking more too
Very hungry every couple of hours
Slightly dizzy sometimes
Back ache but I have a bad back anyway...
NO metallic taste
NO irregular cravings but I've always had weird specific food cravings so it wouldn't help

The only thing slightly different about my cramps, incase it helps anyone, is that one day it felt more like a fluttering muscle twitch... today it is a deep ache right in my hips. So don't write it off cos you aren't getting the big symptoms or think AF is coming

Fingers crossed this is a sticky bean! I'm so scared AF will still appear with all this aching...

Wow that's amazing Ember!! lush news :) I'm CD 27 and already had a bfn when I stupidly test early on Sunday 🙈 so I had totally lost hope but have been having (or should I say spotting lol) a few symptoms, bad boobs, peeing more (not drinking more) and today I'm feeling a stitch/sharp pain down low left side of abdomen only, with the odd little flutter. But af is due in a couple of days an I'm sure despite being early my bfn probably wasn't wrong, just lovely to hear a fab story, and a very quick one lol. Massive congrats chicky xx

Not been on in a while so congrats to all the bfp's!!!

I'm so confused atm. Last cycle I got a load of brand new symptoms but af showed up. This cycle I've got completely different symptoms! Last cycle I had: very sore, tender boobs, thick/sticky cm, insomnia and pulling sensations. I'm 6dpo today and I'm having these symptoms instead: boobs slightly tender but not as bad as last cycle, had shooting pains in left nipple a few times, cm is still thin but milky rather than clear, getting af type cramps, had a pain in my left ovary a couple of times, almost like a pulling/stretching pain, sore back, slight morning nausea, HUGE appetite (I had 3 burgers about 1pm and I'm already starving again) and tiredness.

I've been pregnant twice before and the only symptoms I had were very sore boobs and a missed period so I feel like I'm reading way too much into things! Does anyone else's af symptoms change dramatically every month?

Hi bubblegum! Have you been on birth control? Coz I came off the pill end of Aug, and my periods, although quite regular, have come with a new set of symptoms every month so far lol. Last month was painful boobs for over a week before af was due! So I defo convinced myself I was pg lol. This month the same, af due Thursday and boobs been agony since last thurs. Last month I had incredibly dry lips, no amount of balm would soothe them, this month I'm getting up in the night to pee which is ususual. So far, no 2 cycles or af have been the same and I wish they'd sort themselves out coz I'm thinking I'm pg every month haha x

I have to say that I think the wait between AF and fertile week is defo worse than TWW. It's SO boring!! But it has made me realise how easy it is to feel 'symptoms'...I've just finished my period so no way I am preggo, yet I'm still feeling lots of the things I was feeling during TWW that I had hoped were PG symptoms. So I'm not going to trust anything I feel this cycle!

Hi mistyb I came off birth control on 2/12 last year. I've come off birth control 3 times before (twice I got pregnant, the third time I was single so didn't bother taking any lol) and my symptoms never ever changed. It's so frustrating that now, the one time I'm actually TRYING to have a baby, I'm getting a million symptoms that I've never had before in the whole 12+ years I've been having periods whether in or off birth control. Why can't our bodies stop being so cruel?! x

af due thurs but not testing til sat coz 2 apps say different 🙈 got weird pains in lower tummy like stitch, it's quite uncomfy, hurts when i cough, maybe it's wind lol very low down on left side, and was a little towards middle earlier too. Haven't had it before when af on way BUT like i said earlier, I have a new pregnancy-suggesting af symptom every month since being off the pill lol x

Congratulations ember! That's fantastic news! I'm currently on cd 8 and both dh and I have a flu like bug! Am due to start fw on Sat so fx we are fighting fit and ready to bd by the end of the week as I am so determined this month! Much love to all x
