January bus anyone?

Thought I'd start the January bus, anyone else hoping for their BFP to welcome in the new year?
My stats are -
Age 23
TTC #2
CD 10
Cycle -- hard to put a number on, been trying a year but have had two losses, 5w and 12w so not sure where to count from.

Yes WingingIt definitely frustrating! I have pcos too and normally I take my bbt but we took a few months off of charting and I hated it because I just never knew where I was in my cycle! Have now happily brought the thermometer back out now though 😊 it's never going away again lol

Ok so I'm jumping off the bus as AF finally arrived over a week late, putting next AF date into Feb. Good luck to everyone still on and keep those BFP coming! I hope to only see you all again on the grad section! Xxx

Welcome addtothechaos x midway through fw and feeling quite positive about everything. One of my best friends is having her baby this week....deep breathes in but so happy for her. Lots of time for myself and dh to be alone his week after the chaos of Christmas. Earliest I can test is 25th! Feels ages away. Good luck to all and congrats on the bfps x x x

chaos my kids are similar ages - 4 and 6, just adds to the exhaustion of ttc!
I'm possibly 5dpo. I'm going stir crazy as it's been a very long cycle so may test this weekend..... is the first response brand the earliest you can get?? My amazon search history is hilarious at the moment!!

In 2 week wait now! Determined not to test until I've missed period (due 17/1) but we shall see...

Have had bad Pelvic pain on my left side that last 2 days and need a wee constantly, hoping I haven't fallen victim to cystitis for the second month in a row 😡

Sorry to hear af arrived lovechild. So depressing, but here's to a successful Feb for you. I'm gearing up for FW and hoping things go well, though I'd need to get a bit more enthusiastic cos I'm twingy tired and wrung out after NYs events. Some rest over the weekend will help.

AF due 15th but I refuse to test before that this month so I'm going to hold out until then. Or do my very best to at least..!

Argggggh! Cycle 4 now and DH has just announced he's got to work away over my 3 most fertile days - the day of and 2 days leading up to Ovulation. I'm so upset, I really hoped after being ill in December that this would be a good month for us as we don't have too many plans. Grrrrr.

power I feel your pain my DH works away so much he's just announced he might have to go to Australia again (he went for three months and then another one last year) so meant we couldn't TTC until h was back in oct. he said it shouldn't be as long this time but then also mentioned India in the same breath. I know he doesn't really want to go he has to but it doesn't help with all this TTC stuff xx

Thanks for the welcome! And unicorns I can totally relate to the the exhaustion, ha! I tested early with my son at around 9dpo with a first response and got a positive Would def use that brand again this time.

Hope the ladies that have been struggling or trying for a while are in for some luck very soon.

I've been so busy over Xmas and new year that I'm not even completely sure if I've ov or not yet! Seeing what January brings and if I end up with a new cycle I may try temping etc again then

Ok so I've never had this happen before but got a positive OPK for the second day in a row today... should ov still be today or could it be tomorrow?

Well what a start to 2017!! Just going into my fw and I've been diagnosed with shingles and cystitis!!! Nice one Mother Nature thanks a lot!!

Tinkerbell I usually get a couple of days of positive opks as I believe it means you'll ovulate during the next 36hrs or so? Xx

Temperature doesn't necessarily dip before ovulation, it spikes immediately after ovulation and stays risen.

Getting some slight cramping this evening. AF not due until Wednesday but just got a feeling she's on her way early :( my boobs are tender as hell too

Jumping aboard. In the tww. AF due Tuesday (10th). Will be holding out to test on Wednesday. Trying not to get my hopes up as only managed to DTD once in fw due to bloody Christmas getting in the way (nights out/family visits etc). I have noticed my sense of smell is heightened though but must not symptom spot!

2ww is killing me. I've been feeling sickly in my throat, like a gaggy feeling several times a day. More so when hungry but Did have it when changing ds2 nappy yesterday. I may (pcos) be due Monday, I'm trying to hold off testing again until work on Sunday but I know that they are all cheap ones which aren't as sensitive. I'm tempted to get a frer but I know I'll be good and feel out it's negative :(

So FW starts today with projected OV on Tuesday... and I'm down with what can only be stomach flu, fever, chills, 3 pairs of pjs and 2 lots of bed clothes now soaked with sweat and I've not left the lav for more than an hour since 5pm Wednesday... very bad times

Ah ok thanks I've just never had a positive 2 days in a row before and am a bit new to temping, looks like temp is on the increase though since the first positive OPK on Wednesday so hope we managed to catch it in time!

Morning all. I am still here on cd21 waiting out the 2ww. I have been really good this week. Cut right down on caffeine - no coffee at all, just tea and most of that is peppermint. Been sleeping really well which is unusual for me. Had twinges and cramping with sore nipples at the weekend but nothing really since then. Feel so calm this week, and really really good but very unusual for me. hope i get some good news next week to top it off.

Really sorry your poorly mrsC theres alot of bugs going around. OH has had nasty sinus thing for a while now 😕
