2 days late BFN- What is the latest anyone has had a BFP...

Hi I started the thread CD21 Pink EWCM.. Now I am two/three days late as my cycle fluctuates from 29/30 each month.. i.e one month 29, next 30, next 29... so think it is normal..
No signs of period.. very sore boobs and also have a strong garlic taste in mouth, also a bit like smoking 25 fags on a night out like I used to.. not metallic tho...
Sent dh for test but just poeed couldn't hold it so am going to have wait another 4 hrs.. for those of you who go through this with my near on EVERY month, sorry for being a nightmare pain!

I just wanted reassurance that not everyone gets a BFP before or on the day your AF is late.. and a late BFP can be normal.. xxxx????

Just to add - always use first urine of the day as it really makes a difference in the early days x

Love that this old thread has been woken up again! I’m 2 days late and had a BFN today, almost launched the test out of the window!
My cycle is usually between 27 and 29 days, and I really really really want to be pregnant! I’ll probably test in the morning (again) but arghhhhhhghghghghhhh if it’s negative I’ll be raging! 😫

I tested last Wednesday (which was one day before period was due) and got a BFN, I think I'm going to test again tomorrow because I'm starting to feel nausea and I haven't got my period yet, but I don't know if I'm just overthinking it which may be causing it!

Haha @katieeeeee I admire your willpower! I’ve been testing daily, it’s driving me mad. Currently sat in bed crossing my legs because I’m in two minds whether to test or not! 😂
Can’t be arsed with a BFN but equally if I am preggers, I really want to know!

@emiliet123 I don't know how I managed to wait that long, normally I'm wanting to test every day but this month I haven't been like that! I just tested and got another BFN so I think I'm out for this month but there's still no sign of AF yet! Good luck testing if you decide to

Of course I tested again! It’s a BFN, again - although when I took a pic, I thought I might be seeing the faintest or faint lines? I dunno - probably just seeing what I want to see 🤷🏼‍♀️

But when you look at the actual test it doesn’t look like anything. ARGHHHHH I feel like giving up but also I don’t want to give up 😫

I'm in exactly the same boat today. Period is 2 days late which it never is! I've been having on and off cramping since Monday but today that has all stopped, did a test and got a bfn. I've had some very slight brown when I wipe so not sure if that's af on the way though but it's unusual for me to have anything like that before af starts. Do you know any more now emilie and Katie?

I'm still no further, I'm 8 days late now I haven't tested since Wednesday and there's no signs yet that AF is coming!

I think I will test again Sunday if af is still a no show. My cycles are always 28 days so I would be so surprised if I'm any later than tomorrow which would be 31 days. Its just so confusing when the test says bfn though!!

I'll probably test again next Wednesday, I'm normally 28 days too, the only reason I'm not testing more lately is because I had a weird month like this dec/jan time and I ended up being a whole 2 weeks late, so don't want to waste money on keep testing, I need to get some more cheap ones from amazon! It seems to be taking ages since we've first started trying!

Just tested again and still a bfn. Think I must just be having a weird month!

Hi all..im in the same boat ...tested when Af was due and was -. Today im 2 days late tested still negative. I have nausea and teeth sensitivity. I will test again in 2 days and keep updated. Baby dust to all of us😍

Af is here. Had so many preg symptoms but she showed up.

I am currently ttc as-well for my first (proven difficult & stressful) it’s been way over a year now (my partner had the vasectomy reversal in jan 2019) got the good news that his sprem count is above average and returned to normal! However we have not had much luck getting me pregnant.. this month I am 5 days late I took a test this morning and it was negative it was heartbreaking :( as I my periods are pretty much dead on each month never ever 5days late! I have had period pains which is Now slowing going, along with shooting pain around my lower belly. But no sign of Mother Nature! Has anyone had this before? Could I be testing to early? Any advise would be great xxx

Hello, I’m in a similar position.. first time TTC and my periods are usually bang on. AF is due today but no sign yet, and so far HPT’s are BFN, although took one at 11dpo and thought I saw a very very faint line! During the TWW I’ve had lots of sharp pains, cramps, nausea and fatigue.. I guess it’s now a waiting game, but it’s driving me crazy!

Completely new to this! Always read mumsnet when I was pregnant with my first in 2013.
For the past year and half me and my SO have been trying to conceive after me having only 2 shots of depo which I had my last shot nov 2018.

I’m literally dying of frustration. My periods are 26/27 day cycles and rarely every goes over... usually a day early or over if ever!
I was due my period on Monday 27th , two tests have both been BFN including one this morning. I feel like my body is failing me and I’m just giving up now.
I’ve been bloated, being nauseated for over week , including sickness. I’m tired beyond belief and am just so stressed wanting a positive , but with no period , being over and just thinking my body is being completely out of whack and not myself especially with feeling the bloated ness and never mind being at the toilet 24/7!

I just want to know 😩

I so relate to all of you here.. This is the first month we are trying to conceive (and my first post here!) I am never late and this time I am already 8 days late. Early pregnancy tests were negative :( (2 days before expected date, 3 days after expected date) I have no other symptoms (nausea, sore breasts). Means I am def not pregnant, right? Also, can anyone get pregnant in their first month of trying? I am 32

I can relate tooo. Currently almost 3 days late.
Yesterday morning, i tested and got a faint line. I got excited and decide to test again this morning. But i gOt BFN! there's not even a faintest line. Sooo weird. I dont know what to think. Is it possible to get a false positive? but i got most of the preggo symptons such as full and sensitive breast, dizziness, head ache, hot feeling and extreme tiredness. Im on bed rest the whole day. Dont know what's going in with mu body. Anyone experienced this? Faint line and then BFN? Is it possible to get BFP later? Please help

I'm two days late and got a bfn this morning. Really gutted as I had a missed miscarriage two months ago so I'm keeping my fingers crossed but not looking likely this month!
