Hi girls Brew just catching up. Have missed you!

Been good to have a break. Have thought less about it and forgot what cd I am. Was pretty sad over the weekend and had a BIG cry on DH Saturday evening, but feeling brighter now. BFNs are SO much harder around Christmas.

Welcome newbies.
Glad to hear grads doing well. Any more signs of baby's arrival parney?

Great news your cycle is getting back in tee hope your DH is feeling more in the mood now.

Sorry you are still no clearer footy. Clomid seems to be a bit of a head fuck.

I can understand testing beagles don't beat yourself up.

We've got our GP follow up tomorrow together. I get third blood test results, go through my pelvis scan and she will talk through next steps. DH has another SA in January, not sure if there willl be further tests for me. Not sure how I feel about it all really. Sad that it's necessary, but hopefully it means we are getting closer.

Otherwise we have our lovely tree candles fairy lights up and getting festive. It's my birthday next week too so I've got time off work and nice things planned.

Fertile wishes to you all xxx

Footy this is all sounding very positive! FX Xmas GrinXmas GrinXmas Grin
I'd hold of Beagles until Saturday too. I'd always rather see AF than a BFN, because as Kate said, you're at least starting a new cycle and closer to next ovulation. All depends on your preference though! Last few days of LP are a killer aren't they?!

Tee4me · 14/12/2016 19:28

Hey Jam, so glad you're feeling brighter. A big cry will always help, don't bottle it up. Glad things are progressing with the Docs, it's reassuring if nothing else! Hopefully it's just been a case of bad luck. I did all my initial tests as you know, next stage was for DH to get tested, but there's no chance I'll be able to persuade him to do that unless we're years down the line! I feel like it's unlikely him anyway as he has upduffed me twice, I just haven't managed to sustain it. I won't go back to Docs unless I have a third MC (please God no!) and ask if they can just investigate me (the unit wouldn't take me without DHs SA tho, but I guess the circumstances for referral will be different).
Anyway, opks as useful as a chocolate teapot this cycle, so looking out for ewcm and temp changes. CD12 which is usually peak fertility for me!

MotherOfBeagles · 14/12/2016 19:46

sorry your sick kate i hate that everyone gets sick this time of year, meant to be all sparkly and festive but actually really not lol. Are you tracking or just seeing what happens? Sorry ive lost track!

ahh hey jam glad you are feeling more positive today, sometimes a good cry and let it all out helps doesnt it. I hope all goes well with the testing, crap that its got to this point but better to see what happens in the end? enjoy your christmas decs! id quite happily sit with no tv on and just look at mine but dh is a screen addict.

hows dh been today tee?

ugh i dunno, i know its all i will be able to think about tomorrow as it was like some annoying person stood poking me in the head today just saying "test test test test. You can test now. Don't forget to test" so god knows what ill be like tomorrow. See what my temp does in the morning i suppose! dont know why im letting it get in my head so much as ive pretty much convinced myself that even if get a bfp, due to short lp it wont stick.

ugh!

But on the bright side ive just blown my christmas bonus on clothes and a new bird feeder... odd combination i know lol

OP posts:
Tee4me · 14/12/2016 20:43

Beagles I don't think you would get a bfp before implantation anyway would you? From memory of what I've read, I thought it would take about 3 days after implantation for hcg to be detectable? Could have dreamt it though. God I don't think I've ever read up on one topic so much in my entire life. A years worth of research under my belt, don't really think I'm any wiser though!!
DH is out, again. So far he hasn't been interested since Sunday. Was at least expecting some action at the start of the week before he got too knackered!! So God knows if he'll deliver or not. Really wouldn't be surprised if this whole week was written off. Just have to hope ov is delayed, otherwise I have no hope.

MotherOfBeagles · 14/12/2016 21:00

Try not to put too much pressure on yourself tee i know its hard and just getting on with it helps you move in sometimes but be careful not to build it up too much this month.

I have no idea about when to test lol just going off my app fertility friend it says test tomorrow but that will be 11dpo so i dunno! google seems to say 5-12 days for implantation. Thing is i know if its not done already it aint going to survive (assuming the egg met the sperm lol) because of my short LP.

Also footy ive just remembered you said you have rhesus negative, have you spoken to your doctor? My mum and aunt had to have like blockers or something to carry successfully to term, but this was the 80s so god only knows if that still happens.

Hi Kate, glad all well with u. Sounds like all that stress u have had had taken its toll on your immune system. Hope u feel better soon. You'll be ovulating just before Christmas Day then! A great time.

Beagles , personally I'd wait. Yes agree with others think few days after implantation to get a BFP. I'm sick of wasting test after test. I've read others who had short lp still get BFP so don't worry. Yes go by your temps, although like tee said its not nice if u start seeing a decline, but at least you saved £10 on a posh test! Get 2 bottles of wine with thatXmas Wink.
I remember when I had my boys I had to have an injection to prevent cross contamination of bloods but think it was about 20 weeks or so into preg. I'll look on google for the next hour..Xmas WinkI'm terrible! Nothing better to do! Lol. It's so addictive as you find out so much, but I do get cross when you read a thread and u think "oh yep that's me just like my symptoms" you start getting excited and then nobody updates the outcome. Like a rollercoaster of hope! Then boom crash.. What a waste of half an hr. Like reading a good juicy book & having the last chapter torn out!

Jam hey there glad you're back with us, hope it goes well tomorrow for you both. Is good sometimes to distract yourself with other stuff as ttc definitely starts taking over your life and mind. Your decs sound lovely. I really am a big kid and Christmas. I love it!! DH on the other hand is Scrooge and detests it. Yes wouldn't recommend clomid to anyone ( unless it brings a BFP)!

Tee I'm trying to stay calm.. I just will be really devasted if AF shows up. My boobs are def mega sensitive more than when I took the progesterone pills at end of last cycle. DH said my skin was hot last night (but don't know if that was just a come on, excuse to touch my thigh as I've been off limits?!) Xmas Hmm but I still I'll be grateful to have ovulated. Worried I'd slipped into early menopause!! Lol
Think we should be fertility experts by the end of this.

Footy1 · 14/12/2016 21:39

Love the combination of clothes and a bird feeder beagles.

I went Christmas shopping today for 3 hours and bought myself a sparkly jumper, skirt and handbag. Oh and a packet of gift tags! Was supposed to be buying for everyone else. Blush

In bed for an early night! Alone!! So night ladies.

A new day tomorrow. Fingers crossed for another high temp beagles and a negative hcg for u tee.
Think would take a couple more days for hormones to switch anyway so u should still b in for a chance. Hope u dtd Mimi! Prepare for that egg.

Footy1 · 14/12/2016 21:41

Just had a thought of beagles putting out a little mince pie for the lil robin. Ahh bless.. Seen it on an advert. Xmas Grin

MotherOfBeagles · 14/12/2016 21:53

Haha footy use the tags on the things for you! "For my, all my love my at Christmas. Me x" lol I would. Your symptoms are sounding good I'm really hoping this cycle works out for you. You've more than earnt it! Also I know what you mean about finding a thread that matches you and then like wtaf?

The bird feeder I've wanted for ages but got fed up of waiting for my step dad to make me one (he insists) so just bought a metal one from Amazon. He'll flip but oh well it's winter! They need feeding!

Yes I desperately want to go to sleep to get my tomorrow temp but dh is insensitively watching the footy loudly. Grr. Hope everyone has a good nights sleep and those pesky temps behave

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 14/12/2016 21:57

Hi all.
footy I bled on 11 dpo. I'm now getting my usual symptoms of AF. She will be here in the next 24 hours I reckon.
So no idea what that random bleeding was.

MotherOfBeagles · 14/12/2016 21:58

Oh god sorry one last before I go to bed - just looked at my testing for the cycle I did get a bfp. I didn't get a positive test until 17dpo... Sad don't think I can wait another whole week!

OP posts:
MotherOfBeagles · 15/12/2016 07:34

Massive temp drop from 36.5-35.98. Sad

OP posts:
MotherOfBeagles · 15/12/2016 07:35

Argh posted too soon! How's everyone getting on this morning?

OP posts:
Footy1 · 15/12/2016 07:57

Oh no beagles, might be a temporary dip? Are u feeling like AF is coming? Do your boobs still hurt?

My temp still up at 36.70. Although was 36.78 yesterday so I guess still a slight drop. My pre ovulation temps are usually 36.40 and below.

Tee4me · 15/12/2016 08:06

Arh sorry Beagles, it's never a nice start to the day. I guess you can't read too much into one single reading, which means either yesterday was an anomaly or today could be. Don't be too disheartened, see what tomorrow holds.
Soul did AF show overnight?
Footy how was your temp, praying still high?!
Mine was identical to yesterday, so egg still standing by I think. Will poas x2 in a min. DH was in a great mood when he got in, so yay!!
I think whether he delivers depends on how good his day was! Apparently played a crap round of golf Sunday, and that puts him into a right depressive state, which means no action for tee for a few days. Phew he's over it now! Beagles my DH is also a screen addict, TV & phone! He's terrible!

Tee4me · 15/12/2016 08:17

Woooah that's still high Footy! Eeeekkkkk! Xmas GrinXmas GrinXmas GrinXmas GrinXmas Grin
Test lines same as yesterday for me, opk peak and hcg faint! Hmm

MotherOfBeagles · 15/12/2016 08:25

footy that's sounding good. How many potential dpo are you now?

Ah tee that sounds very familiar if you swap golf for football or rugby. And playing for watching lol. Glad he was in a better mood though! Have to let us know how poas goes!

I know my boobs are still hurting, worse at the end of the day. Weird twinges, heavy feeling but no cramps. But I didn't have cramps the last two months no indicators of AF at all except temp drop. But not got much cm so I think it's more likely the witch will turn up than not.

OP posts:
MotherOfBeagles · 15/12/2016 08:27

Cross posted tee! Ugh that's annoying hopefully things will get clearer in a few days before

OP posts:
Footy1 · 15/12/2016 09:15

I'm thinking I'm about 8dpo if I take it from the first rise.. Brown cm spotting was 5&6 dpo, unless that was ovulation spotting which would make me 4dpo? I really haven't a clue tbh? Just glad to be getting some good signs so far?

I'll attach my chart but I questioned the temps from start of cycle as they went sky high on the clomid this time then they fell into the normal range. Most of my opks were positive so can't go by that- I got bored entering them onto chart. Do u think I ovulated from that first rise? Or second?

SQUARE ONE TO GRADUATES! Over here! Let's go find those BFPS!
Footy1 · 15/12/2016 09:16

The little dots are suppose to be spotting.

physicskate · 15/12/2016 09:19

Sinusitis. Fml. So I might not be going back to work in jan and might just start at my new job at the end of Feb... haven't decided yet!

Beagles I was tracking for the first six or so cycles but trying to be more relaxed as my maternity package would be crap if I fell now... that said, I'm still tempingHmm. I guess trying to gather as much info as poss!! Think last cycle was anovulatory.

Cd12 here.

Forty I have everything crossed, even though you aren't quite sure what's going on!!

Tee I could not put up with your dh. You must have the patience of a saint!!

Footy1 · 15/12/2016 09:20

Glad DH was in better mood. Men are so odd at times. My DH also weather dependant! Lol
Tee could they not give u any AF pills to make you shed again to clear everything out? I know naturally probably best but just a thought if it continues.
Really hoping you will ovulate soon. Does hcg still effect ovulation??

Hope you are still in with a chance beagles.BrewCake** hoping it's a one off X

MotherOfBeagles · 15/12/2016 09:37

footy your cycle really is hard to read. It's irritating but suppose have to see how you get on? The google that I've been reading says can have implantation spotting from 5 days so maybe? Who bloody knows though lol. Never mind women the female body is a mystery.

Ugh kate that's awful! I've just come off antibiotics for that so i feel your pain. Get some sinutabs over the counter at a pharmacy they really work. So much better than anything else I tried. Carrying on with temps isn't a bad idea at least then when you decide to go for it (if not fallen already) you have plenty of information to work with.

Me too footy but I'm quickly losing hope! Have to admit I am scouring fertility friends "charts like mine" to see similar patterns.

OP posts:
Footy1 · 15/12/2016 09:55

My chart is all over the place with rocket temps all over the show. See what happens by the weekend. As a rule my temps usually start dropping by now so time will tell.

Only other odd symptom to add is that today first day of thick creamy cm since the spotting and my nipples itch!?
Probably start imaging it now..
