Not a great start for me I'm afraid passed a little brown clot this morning about the size of a 5p piece. Little worried that maybe we didn't see a heartbeat at the 7 week scan not because we were early but because it didn't develop and I've just miscarried 😢 guess all will be revealed at the scan in the morning.

Hang in there Kiki. If miscarried/miscarrying, you would expect to see a lot more blood. I hope it doesn't go that way for you today. Are you staying off work?

God ladies this really is a cursed month for the group. I'm so sorry earth it's horrible after so much effort and worry and hope for it to be like this. kiki it might not be the worst like the others side there would usually be more blood. I really hope everything stays sticky for you!

I really am thinking of you all and hoping things get sorted and back to where we all want to be soon x

I'm ok this morning, no nausea yet just sore and swollen boobs. Panicking a bit as now at 4 weeks and know in a weeks time it'll be where I lost the last one. But trying to be calm and take lots of deep breaths! I'm telling my HR today hopefully, cover all eventualities.

MoB it's annoying that you think like that isn't it but you know there's no reason for 5 weeks to mean anything bad for you. I can't talk as I was a bit worried about getting to 6 weeks as in my day by day book that was the page with info with miscarriage on it! Although I did have a bleed that day. My husband was a bit worried that I seemed to think the two were connected. Please take it easy. You're in prime baby carrying years and 1 miscarriage makes it no more likely to happen again and even after 3 in a row the chances of the next preg being successful is over 70%. Keep stepping!

Still bleeding red today. Staying off work as I seem to burst into tears roughly every 10 mins. Got nurse in 15 mins for BP check as my optician on sat saw something associated with premature birth (I wasn't) or high BP. Then to call preg support centre.

Really horrible to read about these difficult times ladies. Especially Nim, Earth and Kiki. it can be such an uncertain, cruel process. Hopefully March will bring better times. Thinking of you all!

Thank you earth I totally understand what you're saying. It's like being on a knife edge. Need to be calm and happy but also have this fear that is not easy to ignore. Doing ok today - that was until my colleague had leek and potato soup. Oh god I feel ill the office stinks. I hope everything went ok with the nurse! Glad you stayed off work, look after yourself

kiki early pregnancy nurse said today that clotting is not necessarily a bad sign - if you're sitting or lying down to sleep for example, blood will pool and clot.

Sorry to hear you are still bleeding Earth, and small clot Kiki. Hang in there, and really hoping your scans will tell you good news.

I'm good thanks ladies, managed to dtd a few times this cycle so far. I'm cd12 . I have a terrible cold at the mo so I didn't bother with the temping. It's nice to not have to think about it. I did have EWCM a few days ago but not anymore so who knows. Going with the flow as Dh is a bit unpredictable at the mo. Finding happiness in other things rather than relying on Dh to make me happy (as that might never happen) lol!! Concentrating on my kids, friends church, hobbies etc.. and I feel much better.

Earth - thank you for such kindness when you are going through such a tough time yourself. What advice were you given regarding your bleeding? In hindsight I spent most of yesterday Sat or with my feet up and it was early this morning after sleeping all night. FX for your scan Fri.

Thanks all for positive thoughts not long until the scan, still feeling very pregnant boobs killing and feeling very sick and usual twinges am mentally prepared that tomorrow could go either way and dh and I discussed trying again straight away if we have miscarried. Have been working from home today have such a good boss. Its the not knowing that drives me mad.

Beagles know it is easier said than done but try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy you are at no higher risk of miscarriage than anyone else and the odds are in your favour, I'm sure all will be well with your bean xx

They just said i was to wait and watch and come in for scan on Friday (unless I felt confident preg was ok - hollow guffaw from me at that) unless bleeding increased or I was in a lot of pain in which case I should call back. They also said the same as last time that if I was going to miscarry there's nothing that would stop it so bedrest etc has not been recommended for years. Strangely it must have come up on my notes I was a lawyer (don't rem that but must be on a form I filled out) as I spoke to a nurse for first time and she said well look you're a lawyer and you'll not really be able to properly give advice, just go home and watch a film? Bless her but bit weird.

Ah colds suck footy hope you feel better soon. But glad that you are finding ways to help you cope and feel better!

MoB I find it strangely soothing to hear that it will happen or not and nothing can be done. I don't need to be alert for anything as there's nothing to be done. cant deny I'd prefer scan sooner though 😁

Yeah I told my boss yesterday and I told my HR today. Have to have a risk assessment on Friday but other than that it'll be kept private until I'm ready. The cp I had last year was very physical and messy so in that eventuality I wanted to make sure I had support. Also if not I've had a few serious knock me on my ass chest infections over the years and they have been less than understanding about time off for illness so I wanted to cover my back early.

Had to swig the night nurse last night and then Dh came home wanting some action! Well it was interesting.. I felt sooooo drowsy 💤. Hoping the sleepy laid back approach will work? I'm still queasy during the day with the new pills but I think it's improving. Not felt much happening in ovaries though.. had tingly boobs though?

Haha footy you're a trooper managing with night nurse and dtd! I can have everything from massively obvious ovary pain during ovulation to nothing but the boobs never lie about progesterone lol. As soon as that bugger is going up in my system my boobs turn into devil creatures.

I was talking to dh last night and he said it seems a bit better this time rather than last time. Last time apparently I was in a lot of pain with bad cramps (I don't remember it being that bad) but he says I was and he had a better memory lol. But then I stretched on my side/front in bed last night and felt like I'd ripped something in my lower stomach/groin. I didn't panic though I just relaxed and it eased and it's been a bit twingy but not massively. My tastebuds are way off though! Everything tastes like lemsips

Sorry to post and run just wanted to say thank you to you ladies for all your support over the last few days - we have an 8 week heartbeat! We both cried with shock!

Beagles glad that things seem little different this time. I remembered that my taste buds were horrid up until scan at 13w!!
Not in the clomid this cycle either so maybe follicles are a bit more gentler for me.

Wow I've missed a lot!! Dh whisked me away to Tenerife for half term and guess what!!? It's fw too!! So here's hoping!!

Can't believe what a shit time this is for this thread! So much anxiety and bad news! Think that was just what we all needed to hear Kiki!! Things work in mysterious ways so hopefully that is the end of all this bad news!!!

Wifi a bit spotty but hopefully this week continues well (even though I feel a cold coming on)... see you all on the flip side! Fingers crossed all!
