Hi all, endometriosis and laparoscopy question!

I am 37 years old patner 33 with a little girl (his side all tested and fine) myself and my partner have now been trying for over 3 years with no luck. Now on the IVF cycle 1.

However I have stage 4 endometriosis, I had a laparoscopy over 4 weeks back from today roughly had the operation around the time of my ovulation for that cycle. However I am still waiting to get a period since the op. I believe I did get a positive OPK test only 9 days after the Laparoscopy surgery. We did have intercourse at this point over a couple of days.

Questions and please feel free to answer in as much detail as possible. Thank you so much

1. How soon after your cist removal or laparoscopy op did you get a period?
2. Has anyone actually got pregnant that quick after the op?
3. Any stage 4 endo ladies on here with a similar story and happy ending?
