Does anyone here suffer from endometriosis?

Hi there! Although my pregnancy was a MMC in may last year i got pregnant after 10 months of trying, i was meant to have a laparoscopy to diagnose endo in june ‘18 but it was cancelled due to falling pregnant, i genuinely believe that because i relaxed massively and stopped “trying” because i knew i was having the op thats why i fell pregnant. I ended up having the lap
in Jan of this year and got diagnosed with stage 4 endo (i also have PCOS) because my bowel was stuck to the back of my cervix, they couldnt remove anything but he said because he knew i can conceive naturally that i should try again for a baby before having the op to remove it (he couldnt remove it the first time because of the risks and he had to speak to me about it first). My symptoms are: VERY painful periods, painful bowel movements, bloating, sharp stabbing pain in my ovaries, irregular periods and irregular bowel movements. Hope you all get your BFP’s soon!
