TTC baby number 2! December Christmas wish!

Hi Everyone!

Sooo stats:

I'm 28 yo
Have DS who is 2.7
Currently have a 26 day cycle (was much shorter but balanced out)
Casually TTC for about a year
Seriously TTC with proper tools Confused ie charting for 2 cycles

This month OPK says I ov'd CD13/14 so due AF around 10/12. I have always been in tune with my body/cycle but kind of expected it to just happen (naively) as it did with DS. Turns out it isn't that simple! Sad

Anyone want to start their tww with me or just share their stories?!

Hi everyone!

Sorry to hear about all the losses Sad Hoping for some good news on this thread soon. I'm now on CD27 and going slightly loopy. Don't have any symptoms and feeling like it's not my month. AF due tomorrow or Saturday. Just want to know now, so I can stop thinking 'what if...'! After 2 recent MC I'm anxious either way. Plus need to know if I can hit the mulled wine Grin

Does anyone else struggle to concentrate on anything else when it's coming up to test day? I empathise with all you early testers - I only haven't because I don't allow myself to have ICs in the house! Just have FRERs, which are so bloody expensive I refuse to test until AF is late!

Good luck everyone! Anyone else due to test this weekend??

I decided to take aspirin when I fell pregnant the 3rd time because on the previous 2 occasions I ended up having mc. I was very upset and shocked after the second mc and did a lot of reading and decided to take low dose aspirin if I fell pregnant again.

As soon as I got my bfp the 3rd time I started taking aspirin and continued taking it until 28 weeks with the knowledge of my midwife. I was considering taking aspirin now whilst ttc but have decided against and will only take it in the event of a pregnancy.

I don't know exactly how many dpo as I don't track my basal temperatures but I think I ovulated somewhere around the 29th November which would make me 11/12dpo.

Quick question:
If I had pains around 10am and bad a blazing positive opk around 1pm, if my OPK is negative tomorrow do I take it that ive ovulated already? Thanka

Can I join too? TTC number 2. DD is 2 but was an unplanned pregnancy so actively trying is weird for me!
On second cycle, currently 4DPO which means I can test on the 21st. My cycles are usually 26 days long so fairly short cycles.

The only thing I did this month was stop breast feeding my DS.

After 9 months of failed cycles alongside breast feeding last month I decided to stop BF'ing to see if that would make any difference - which clearly it has Grin

I got positive OPKs on cycle days 19 and 20 and we'd had sex on CD19.

So this BFP is a one shag wonder Grin

Ok so i did a clear blue non digi and as it was absorbing it had a strong positive cross which got fainter and all but disappeared.

Think i could make out the squintiest of squinters and i really mean that i had to get my glasses and do some serious staring but think i could see a line. Tore the test apart and tried to take a pic, am I being completely mental?! I will attach a pic of it on the case still too but it's sooooo faint if there at all! Even the test line isn't strong to be honest.

Help!!!

Af due tomo...argh will have to dash to Tesco tomorrow! Every other test i have done so far has been bfn so i'm hoping i just implanted late (12dpo today)

Will keep fingers crossed and see what tomorrow says Shock

Just entering the TWW again. I don't really know where I am as I lost my thermometer and didn't quite catch a positive OPK. After my first 26 day cycle, my last cycle was 36 days, so I wonder what this one will bring? Ho hum...

So i did another test this morning and got a confirmed bfp...thrilled.

Within an hour of this though I then passed a mucus clot (sorry tmi) tinged with blood, and now i am in awful pain and bleeding too heavily to keep my excitement. Praying it stops and something different has happened but right now i'm not hopeful and It's no surprise i'm sat in the bathroom crying and feeling thoroughly crappy. So guttedSad

Kski congrats on your BFP!! Keep positive, ive read so many times it can be normal to bleed in early pregnancy, I hope the bleeding stops and wishing you a healthy 9 months x

Thanks ringroads but can't help but feel like it's all over before it's even started. Got fingers crossed will keep the thread updated over the next few days but i'm not feeling good about it at the moment x

I'm joining in here.
I'm about to turn 30, have a DS who is 29months. He was conceived whilst I was on the combined pill (I messed up pills whilst on holiday). I've had a month off the pill, had a withdrawal bleed, seemed to ovulate CD13 and went on to have AF so my cycle was about 26days. Pre pill I was usually 26-28days. This is our first month TTC and I am currently CD7. Based on last month which isn't really an accurate month as I had come come off the pill I ovulate on Saturday (when we are on holiday at the in laws 🙄).

Sorry to hear of all the losses around here, your positives will come.

Hey I went missing off here for a good two weeks. AF got me down, just really want to see my bfp after my mc, the longer I go the more I think it's not going to happen. Also step dad of 22yrs died last week so if stress really does mess up ttc I'm probably already out this month! AF due nye I think, going to read though this thread now, I hope some people had bfp x

Still feeling rubbish really, luckily I'm working with a fairly close friend today, spookily she said she had a dream another of our colleagues guessed I was pregnant - kind of had a wobbly and told her what's been going on.

I feel pregnant but can't very well ignore the other not - so positive signs.

Did another cheapy test at lunch and got a very very faint bfp, going to use the clear blues later.

Not sure what to think atm!
