I never got a +tive opk but based on symptoms I am pretty sure I know when I ovulated
Test 1 - 12-14dpo - negative
Test 2 - 16-18dpo - negative
Test 3 - 19-21dpo BFP

Wow! So you missed a period all together by the time you got a BFP? How lucky are you! Most people would've just accepted they were just late for some other reason and stop testing

I've just taken an IC at 8/9dpo with second urine of the day and surprise, surprise, BFN

Why do we do these crazy things?

I only decided to do it because since yesterday afternoon I've had constant cramps in my groin and lower tummy area with some twinges too.

OVIA says my test date is in 4 days time which technically means I could use a FRER now....

soooo AF due today (according to an app) but no sign yet. I've amazed myself at resisting testing so far, but now I'm "late" I can't bring myself to do it.

Got my date wrong somehow, I'm due to test on the 17th/20th ish, not 27th!

I have no idea if I've ovulated, I'm getting very haphazard at this

I always wait until I'm late now. Because period due today could mean anything up to 11pm for me...

Just saves money on tests that way

LetsGo - maybe this cycle being different from your M/C is a good sign?? I know sometimes when something is wrong it can cause the hCG to multiply too much, not just too little, so that could have been the cause of early positives. Fingers crossed!

Lulu glad u like the book too - he has nicknames for everything, home is Base camp. My DH doesn't read much but he likes this one - and I think I'll borrow it too!

writer if you are in the right frame of mind the do another test in the morning - but if this is your lucky month, it is unlikely to show that early anyway. My advice is wait as long as you possibly can - and make sure you are in a good mood when you do it

Writer - three years ago I tested on 9dpo - 12dpo and got BFNs on 13dpo I got the tiniest of faint lines and on 14dpo it was a BFP! Still hope. Don't waste your money

Nearing the end of period here I think. Planning on hitting it hard this month (no pun intended).

Every other day until I get a bfp or AF comes.

Let the military operation commence.

Also ordered some cheap OPKs which should arrive today!

With my DS I was testing every day (sometimes twice) and didn't get a BFP until 14dpo.

With the pregnancy that I miscarried earlier this year I was getting really strong lines from 9dpo on any brand of test, not just FRER. It just proves there's no logic behind the lines.

I've got four more IC in my bedroom so I may just do one a day

Nothing news wise from me frer neg and all little strips still neg, definitely nauseous today but had a few drinkies last night so am sure it's that!

So hard having a completley irregular cycle. My last was 65 days long! (unbearable).

Horrible twingy pain on left side for me today and nausea after eating again. Still no AF despite 3 days of pain over the weekend. So due 15th. No more incidences of bleeding after dtd either.

No idea...dpo. Doing OV tests daily but my faint line has now disappeared so it's with the gods~

Adding to my list of imaginary symptoms:

Apart from 24 hours of twinges and cramps I have been having some palpitations today and not only did I fall asleep on the sofa this morning I also decided to have a little nap this afternoon and slept for 2.5 hours!!

flamin I bet you're feeling extra excited for Christmas now. Does that make it 2 confirmed BFPs on the thread so far? We need more!

On a side note, is anybody taking or planning to take baby aspirin?
