Thought I'd start the December bus, who's on the naughty list this year?

Wow pebble they must be super fertile! But then again, you never know how long someone has been trying. We just have to suck it up and be happy for them, just like we hope they'll be for us eventually.

Girls I am like 6 days post ovulation, according to strips, I felt it was earlier. I bought some eBay cheapies, obviously being a mentalist I've peed on them and the little strips are all (obviously) neg but then this happened, came up instantly......I feel sick, shouldn't have done it x

Congrats on the BFP - it's definitely there! I can imagine you don't know when is clear to celebrate it though! Must have implanted really early, when is AF due? Congrats

I'm just not convinced as the strips were neg, and clearly neg, two of these have been the same, maybe a bad bunch? I aren't due AF until 14th, is this even possible? X

I think theoretically it shouldn't be possible because implantation doesn't happen before DPO 8-9. But then again, you could have mistaken your ovulation day and you could be further longer ahead than 6dpo?

It's definitely a positive though. I'd get a first response test to get some peace of mind, I wouldn't be able to trust the result either way until I did.

My opk was feint from last Monday and then pos Tuesday but in the morning, totally negative by Wed, I felt fertile from the Saturday with EWCM and ovulation cramps. Got a cheapy left for FMU then will get FRER. Did 3 the same and then one with tap water as a control which was neg.....I just don't believe it is possible

I'm on CD 30 and no sign whatsoever of AF or cramps or anything but did IC HPT this morning and it was negative :/

Is it worth doing a FRER tomorrow or no?

Congratulations carlotta ! Looks good to me. Is that the second BFP of the thread? Could try a FRER tinker remind me how long your cycle usually is?

They vary a bit, last cycle was 26, before that was 28 before that was 44 and before that was 33

some women start implanting super early (2dpo) so i guess it's possible if implantation has now finished and hcg levels are detected. The bfp tests - are they 10miu? they would be more sensitive than the standard cheapies (most are 20miu unless specified) so perfectly possible although rare

Yes the tests are 10miu, just eBay ones! The strips are meant to be too and nothing on them at all.

I'm CD18, AF due 14th, cycle 4......absolutely no symptoms whatsoever and more annoyed with my early POAS than anything! I just don't believe it can be true!

We'll see what FMU brings x

Don't wanna scare you Carlotta but could be twins! You get twice as much hcg so earlier result... See what happens tomorrow.

jellybabie AF arrived today. CD29 so 2 days later than usual, but at least a bit longer cycle which I guess is good, but I'm out for the year :(

Did allow myself a tiny thought that it might be my month but deep down I knew not. On to cycle 10... can't really believe it's taking this long.

Extra depressed because it means I go for an HSG hopefully this week, didn't really fancy that! And the cost of it with Christmas coming up ... But good to have some data. Will soon have results of AMH, swimmers test, bloods and this.

DH went off yesterday and I am officially in the 2ww now...
Are most people's 2ww actually 2 weeks? I only have a vague idea of when I'll be due AF - probs between 18th and 25th Dec (adjusted Ovia once I got my +ve OPK), so not sure when I'd be due to test.
This is my first month ttc so any help is much appreciated!

My cramps have stopped after 3 days. I have literally NO idea whats going on. I guess i hold out until 15th as app suggests for AF. Maybe i was ovulating late. No idea!

Carlotta could you have mistaken implantation bleeding for your last period? I think I read somewhere online that sometimes OPKs can also work as PG tests (but I may be completely wrong on that one)??

Bows I think standard advice is to test 12 days after OV, although for some people they might not show a +ve until more like 14 days after...this online calculator might be useful

Thanks Dichoto The problem is, I'm unsure of my cycle length so it makes it difficult to calculate. I'll just have to cross that bridge when I get to it, I suppose!

My period did only last a day but the line is still so feint on the tests that I'd be surprised if I was weeks along. We will see what FMU brings tomorrow x

Good luck Carlotta that's what my first cheap test looked like and there was barely a squinter on the strip tests even though they were both 10mui

I'm having to breath through some fairly uncomfortable cramping tonight, been on and off for a couple of days but really sore tonight. Also like a pinching on my cervix? If it wasn't so early i would be convinced af was lurking
