Full of cold here so no DTD action yet. I am on cd10 and also no positive opk yet so hopefully i will be feeling better by the crucial time!
I am busy planning lots of things over the next month so i can take my mind off things if they aren't looking good....

Sorry for anyone with AF - it really sucks.

I'm on CD7 and I'm getting loads of EWCM. I don't usually O until CD13 or 14 so I don't know why. I tried a cheapy OPK and it's negative.

I've been trying to hold back a Vom all night as was at a Christmas light switch on with DS.

DPs lasagne has just pushed me over the edge

Symptom spotting has reached new levels... feeling rather queasy this morning with a acidic tummy (totally pasta binged last night though) and my trip for a pee at 12:20am when I never wake up has been added... have evolved from grabbing boobs to "casually" using my forearm to squish them...

Ovia is also messing with my head having been due to test on Sunday it has somehow moved it back to Monday? Utter git of an app

I'm out this month ladies. AF arrived this morning. Gutted. I did everything right this month x

Sorry to hear that Catlover. I'm gonna stock up on supplies as I've a feeling af isn't too far away here as well. Onwards and upwards...im having a this weekend and will begin planning the next round of ttc - add a little Christmas sparkle to the whole process

Sorry catlover - I think the upset is always worse when you know you've done everything you could and it still hasn't happened.

I've just realised I'm 3 days into my FW according to Ovia and I've had no CM and I've just done an OPK and there isn't even the hint of a line. I'm currently on CD17 which is when I've had my positive OPKs in my previous cycles.

Me and DH haven't DTD at all so I will have to rectify that tonight.

I'm going to assume that as I stopped breast feeding last month my body and cycles maybe under some hormonal changes which might impact on CM and OPKs etc so I think I will just keep testing and see what happens...

Sorry to hear AF got you Catlover it's so disappointing isn't it. Have some and and I hope AF leaves soon so you can look forward to the next cycle. Would your next cycle have you testing around xmas/new years? That would be a lovely time of year to get a positive xx

I'm out ladies, AF came early this morning.
This this cycle is all messed up from the chemical last cycle as I only stopped bleeding 12/13 days ago and now I have AF. I knew from the bleeding lasting so long that I wasn't really in with a chance this month but still upset.

Anyway my brother is getting married tomorrow so going to enjoy all the wine

Can you pop me onto the end of the list AF is due again 20/12. Going to use CB ovulation kit this cycle and hope for the best.

Hi all. I stopped the pill about a month ago. Af started day 21. I'm now on day 8 and still bleeding 😞. Almost gone - down to dry black/brown blood yesterday then this afternoon proper blood started again does this mean my ovulation days will also move? so confused....

Yes it might jelly or you might not ovulate at all for a few cycles. Try not to worry. Use OPK if you're concerned about ovulating.

Writer, are you fresh off BC? Thick & gloopy is not very fertile. Have you done an OPK?

mouse - I thought as long as it was stretchy it was fertile? I could stretch it about 3" between my fingers?

I've only ever had the Mirena and that was removed 10 months ago.

I normally don't get my positive OPKs until about 2 days after I get the EWCM.

Hmmmm, might be on the edge. OPK is more accurate than EWCM for guessing ovulation. But I'd say DTD anyways. Even if it isn't. What Cd are you today?

I normally have EWCM on CD14/15 and then strong positive OPKs on CD16/17.

Today is CD17 so if this my EWCM I'm a few days behind schedule.

On my last cycle I had my EWCM and positive OPK bang on time but then 4 days later I had more EWCM and another strong OPK and took it to mean I hadn't ovulated on my bodies first attempt. In the week leading up to this I was away from my son for 7 days, who I would have been breast feeding 3-4 times a day, so I assumed that the hormones relating to this may have affected my cycle regarding my ovulation.

Following that cycle I decided to stop breast feeding altogether in case that's why I was struggling to conceive so I'm kind of expecting this cycle to be a bit off kilter due to hormonal changes since stopping the feeding.

i've developed several angry mouth ulcers the last few days, hoping im not coming down with something and getting niggles lower left & been feeling quite heavy like withdrawl af is about to appear, day27 post mini pill & cd39 altho irregular on pill (positive opk 16th)

Sorry to hear af has come for some of you lovely ladies - it's miserable . On the positive side, there's still time for good news in December and lots of hanging around the bus. and all round for now.

Am I the only one who doesn't get EWCM? But I've conceived three times. It's always puzzled me why I don't..

I think sometimes you have to go searching for it (if you know what I mean) Mine is isn't always that obvious, or of that particular consistency, but apparently it doesn't exactly have to be EW to be fertile, any sort of wet stuff is good. You probably have more than you think.
