Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (AF) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww. That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier.

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We like it when the grads stick around too. No question is too daft. We have opk experts, temp experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

LSFX for you jem !

HepKestrel · 24/10/2016 20:57

and you mrsG...

sk1pper · 24/10/2016 21:11

Hep - it will be good for you to focus on something else, sometimes when you stop trying things take you by surprise. ;) and I don't think it's wrong to obsess over something like exercise, it's a positive thing that will help you and your future baby xx

HepKestrel · 24/10/2016 21:16

skipper i'm just really surprised i'm enjoying it ! ok.... not all the time, but i am actually looking forward to my next run ! I am being happily distracted.

Notyetthere · 24/10/2016 21:27

London Yes the spotting stopped, Cm was back to white yesterday afternoon. It must have been very little that I could only see cm tinged with brown. I will put it down to implantation. Apart from cramping, more like a tightness and a strong sense of smell. Nothing else I can attribute pregnancy symptoms. Last time boobs were sore, even slightly bigger. Maybe other symptoms are yet to come. Only 4 weeks today.

Get in there with the treble shaggathonGrin. Fanjo preened and at the ready. I find the treble marathon is made easier when we both abandon other chores but focus on each other, laugh even share a glass of wine. LSFX.

MrsG that is one very neat line of opksSmile.

LondonJem · 24/10/2016 21:37

Hep you inspire me. Perhaps I'll have a run tomorrow..

Great news notyet hope all continues swimmingly

HepKestrel · 24/10/2016 21:44

jem when i struggle on the running machine i alternate between picturing me running over all the people who have annoyed me at work and thinking "if i finish this minute of running, I will meet my baby".

sk1pper · 24/10/2016 22:03

Anyone watch walking dead? That's probably the most uncomfortable tv I've ever sat through...
PS - keep it spoiler free in case someone hasn't seen yet

LondonJem · 24/10/2016 22:05

Skipper I haven't seen it but have thought about watching it. Is it good? Why uncomfortable?

WingingIt83 · 24/10/2016 22:28

Put me down for 7th Nov hep

DH's back pain is back which nearly scuppered our plans but this morning temp hadn't increased so I dashed home early from work and under the influence of a lot of pain killers he did the job bless him!

This is a bit tmi so I apologise but what's your post dtd routine? I usually stick a pillow under my pelvis for at least 30 mins and usually when getting up afterwards not much 'leakage' but tonight about 45 mins after dtd when up and about again I had loads of watery cm which was obv mostly his stuff but it did make me feel like I'd just undone all DH's good work from earlier! Blush

MrsG280516 · 24/10/2016 22:33

I've only been lying down for about 10 mins Winging, I figure if it's not up in the right place after that then it's never gonna be there!

HepKestrel · 24/10/2016 22:42

I usually fall asleep.....

Musicgrrl · 24/10/2016 22:47

Jem love your dtd planning. Think my egg is due Friday but annoyingly DH is out Thursday night and I'm out Friday night so going to need to do some well timed quickies. Have been trying to communicate this to DH but he clearly just thinks I'm weird for thinking it through this much! Grrr.

Winging and Mrs - 10 minutes for me with pillow to prop up. Don't have patience or time for more!

sk1pper · 24/10/2016 22:53

Jem - hard to explain without spooling it for you and others but one of my favourite characters died in a horrific way. Work is going to be fun tomorrow! Everyone watched it where I work Grin

I usually prop myself up with a pillow for 10 mins and then I go for a pee to make sure there is none in my tract. Was getting a ton of UTIs before if I just fell asleep.

purpleladybird · 24/10/2016 23:08

Hi everyone. I'm Purple. 32. TTC #1 since Jan. Went awol on the last thread as for once TTC wasn't taking over my life. But then the FW came and went with another jizzless cycle. I'm completely crushed by it. I want DH to go to the Dr but what would they even do?

In an effort to feel like I'm doing something I'm thinking of going for a private fertility test. Am I right in thinking there was one lots of you want to? Was it any good? I'm in the NW but I think this was a national chain?

Thanks in advance and sorry for going awol.

MouseLove · 24/10/2016 23:16

Oh my walking dead was brutal.

And now I'm thinking I totally don't prop up or wait 10 mins!! Well tonight I did probably wait 30 mins cause I fell asleep but no propping up... I thought that was an old wives tale??

Notyetthere · 25/10/2016 04:04

I propped the 1st time round but for this pregnancy, I did not bother. TBH I didn't think I would get BFP so soon after a mc. I was hoping to prop and stay lying down after 1st AF.

sk1pper · 25/10/2016 07:39

Well I can't say it's looking good for me, no real pg symptoms, all the usual PMS symptoms (painful boobs, insomnia, lethargic, big appetite) and I had quite a big temp drop this morning (though I had to do it at 5 not 7 because the cat threw up).

I do sometimes wonder what it's like to have pg symptoms, for me it's always so blatently obvious it's AF. Just feel all heavy and bleugh. I know I'm my out till AF shows but there's no way this will turn itself around.

And I've lost count of my cycles now...hmm.

EJ2009 · 25/10/2016 07:48

Oh skipper im in exactly the same boat. I actually just cried my entire dog walk. I dont have a single symptom. Boobs are fine, even tried poking them to check they dont hurt just a bit. Im due af Thursday/ Friday. Im still getting over thrush and im pregnancy symptomless so all in i feel totally miserable.

sk1pper · 25/10/2016 08:07

Wed/thu for me. Guess we'll know soon enough..

MouseLove · 25/10/2016 08:13

Ladies you're not out until the fat red lady sings!! Early pregnancy has the same symptoms as AF!!! Some women have nothing at all. I'm keeping my FX tightly for you all!! X

EJ2009 · 25/10/2016 08:23

Better this way i think than having syptoms & getting hopes up for nothing x

HepKestrel · 25/10/2016 08:47

skipper i really had no obvious pg symptoms until my bra didn't fit me ....

repeat after me..... Don't trust the boobs !!!

LSFX to everyone, what ever cd you are on. Is it time for another bfp dance ? come on everyone, lets get our hippy skirts on Grin

sk1pper · 25/10/2016 09:05

Loving your positivity girls!

Also, I can confirm that raspberry leaf tea definitely induces early AF. My cycles back to its normal length this month - phew.

Binkybunny13 · 25/10/2016 09:06

Oh ladies, I still have no AF- 6days late now and 3 BFNs. I am going crazy! Can I have just skipped a bleed? I don't know what to do Envy
