Ok so I'm on my way home from work. Think we might have some food and then nip out for a test. I kinda don't want to take it now. I know it won't be what I want to see. But at least I'll have my bloods back next week so if there's something else going on I'll be able to re-focus on that.

Heatherbaby · 21/10/2016 18:16

Ooh thinking of you Mouse! Great if it's a bfp but if not it's either still too early or your body is adjusting to post pill life... either way it's progress! Xx

BabyBeanCounter · 21/10/2016 18:33

Fingers crossed for you Mouse :)

Kaisha02 · 21/10/2016 18:42

Good luck Mouse!

OHMoll · 21/10/2016 19:08

Good luck Mouse 🍀

Blissfulignorance · 21/10/2016 20:22

Congrats to monkey and ymmv! Brill news!

AF got me this evening a day early too. Still hating life a little bit. But onto cycle 4! Not so many nights this month so hopefully this will be our turn.

BabyBeanCounter · 21/10/2016 20:33

Chin up Blissful. Best of luck for cycle 4 xx

MouseLove · 21/10/2016 21:26

Well that was hard. BFN ladies.

On one hand I think I already knew, on the other I feel so devastated. Everything was against me. My sister turned up and stayed for tea then didn't leave for another hour.

So we went to Asda to get a test. The first response ones were sold out. I got a pack of Asda tests. Then I needed a nervous poop on the way home. Went to the loo and couldn't pee!!!

I think I'll pee on the other one tomorrow just in case but I'm pretty sure I'm now on the wonderful and uncertain wait for AF, whenever she decides to turn up. We should take a bet on which day she shows. Today is CD36

Thank you to everyone who's listened to my rambling commentary this past month. X

BabyBeanCounter · 21/10/2016 21:40

Try again in the morning Mouse with a nice fresh sample x

Eva30 · 22/10/2016 07:46

Hi all, sorry I'm on hols so it's been a while, I've missed so much!!
mouse I'm so sorry. But remember it's only the first cycle and it takes a while to steady out and that's completely normal.

monkey and ymmv eeeeek huge congratulations!!! It was so nice checking in and seeing some good news. And monkey it definitely gives hope, especially over here on cycle 7! Wishing you both a happy & healthy journey. Of course stick around here.

Cd7 here and just awaiting ov around cd15.

Pyjamas81 · 22/10/2016 08:14

Sorry to hear that mouse - hope you're feeling better this morning and fingers crossed.

11dpo here and still no hint of a symptom and temps still looking rubbish (barely above cover line this morning). Don't think this is going to be our month Sad

Littlemisssugarplum88 · 22/10/2016 08:23

Hi everyone,

Congrats to those of you who have had BFP this month. And I have my fingers tightly crossed for those still anxiously waiting to test.

I'm CD 21; so I'm on countdown now for when I can begin to test xx

BabyBeanCounter · 22/10/2016 08:40

Hi Littlemiss. I'm CD16 so waiting right behind you xx

Littlemisssugarplum88 · 22/10/2016 08:58

Hi babybean,

Ooh you're not far behind me at all. When are you likely to begin testing?! I'm so desperate already, but I think I'm going to try and leave it as long as possible Grinxx

BabyBeanCounter · 22/10/2016 09:23

Hi Littlemiss. I would expect AF 4th November but 8 doubt I'll make it until then! What about you? X

Littlemisssugarplum88 · 22/10/2016 09:33

Af for me is due 30th October. It's my birthday on the 26th and it would be such a lovely birthday present if it happened this month xx

BabyBeanCounter · 22/10/2016 09:42

That would be an amazing birthday present. Fingers crossed for you. So do you think you'll hold of poas until 30th Oct ;)

Littlemisssugarplum88 · 22/10/2016 09:49

I'm going to try but I think I'll find it a little too tempting hehe.
Are you ttc #1?!
Xx

bassetmum · 22/10/2016 10:45

I am sorry Mouse that it wasn't the outcome you wanted.

Oh no pjs Sad sorry to hear your temps are misbehaving.

Well sodding tww hormones have got me good and proper. Off to a wedding reception tonight and my chin has erupted with really painful spots that are huge and red Angry nightmare!!

OP posts:
Pyjamas81 · 22/10/2016 10:52

Yeah it's rubbish basset - did a temp comparison with past months and it's a pretty similar pattern, so expectations are low Sad Seriously considering ditching the opks and temping next month and focusing on dtd every other day when possible. Am only on month 4 and already need a break! I may or may not be away for a couple of days during FW so don't want to stress out too much if I am. Just wish I wasn't 35, taking a month off would feel better otherwise!

Pyjamas81 · 22/10/2016 11:08

And on the spots issue - sounds mental but toothpaste works wonders for me! Dries them right out Smile

MouseLove · 22/10/2016 11:47

Did another this morning just to be sure. Still BFN. But I'm ok. Thank you ladies!! X Wink

LisaSimpsonsbff · 22/10/2016 16:46

Sorry to hear that, Mouse. Finally on my way home from my work trip but think I'm about 2/3dpo, so out for this month, boo.

bassetmum · 23/10/2016 11:47

Unfortunately on the spots front I am a nightmare for popping them. I knew I shouldn't but the idea of walking around with a big white head on my face is just gross to me haha.

Well the symptom spotting has hit big time today. Throbbing headache, boobs feel massive, a little bit nauseous (probably the headache) and I'm knackered. I know that I am only 7/8 dpo so still a bit early for symptoms really. Would it be okay for me to take some paracetamol for my head?

Hopefully mouse the cm is a good sign for you and your body is finally gearing up for ovulation.

Pjs 35 isn't old, keep your chin up maybe a relaxed month is just what the doctor ordered.

I'm sorry lisa that you think you've missed your chances for this month.

Blimey this is a bit of a long post.

How's everyone doing this weekend?

Am on 12dpo (CD24) and still no real symptoms (chart below). Temp back up today but not reading into it. AF due on Weds but am going to hold out until Sat and give AF a proper chance to arrive. Need head screwed on this week at work!!

Am also now ridiculously addicted to crochet! Love it. Can't wait until I can make a big chinky cosy blanket for winter Smile
