Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

No storm here which is a shame, love a nice storm

Much love for today hep xx

Si1ver · 16/09/2016 07:54

I think the storm skipped me too. Although I woke up feeling confused and managed to cock up my clearblue digital ovulation testing. No idea how.

Hope today goes smooth for you Hep and that it's all over quickly and painlessly.

marmitecheesetoast · 16/09/2016 07:56

Just wanted to say thinking of you today Hep Flowers

kwick · 16/09/2016 08:31

Oh dear silver will it work again do you think?

AliceScarlett · 16/09/2016 08:33

Storm woke everyone up in my house. Crickey.

My DH also says it will be fine, but then says "or it won't" and I'm not sure that makes me feel any better!

I am ready and waiting for my body to throw interesting symptoms at me and it started yesterday with an abundance of creamy CM, more than Ive ever has before. I laughed my cynical laugh.

Thinking of you Hep

My cat has come in from outdoors absolutely drenched and is now trying to rub up against me, trying to get under my coat which I left ready on the sofa. I'd be sympathetic if she'd got caught out in it, but she went out voluntarily whilst it was pissing it down. Get lost flea bag!

Mooseville · 16/09/2016 08:49

Mega storm woke us up too! Drive to work was a bit hairy too!!!!

Thinking of you today hep Flowers

AliceScarlett · 16/09/2016 08:58

Kwick when are you poas?

Musicgrrl · 16/09/2016 10:28

I am still trying to work out what my cycle is doing. Been off work all week with norovirus in what was supposed to be my fertile week Angry. My BBT sky rocketed and has been coming down over last few days slowly, almost at normal levels now. All OPKs have been negative and now they don't even have faint lines. Not sure whether O will just be delayed or won't happen this month. Have got loads of creamy CM but it's not changing. Don't suppose anyone has had similar experience before? Will be gutted if I have lost a month!

AliceScarlett · 16/09/2016 10:42

Music what cycle day are you on?

AlexiaB · 16/09/2016 10:44

Thinking of you Hep. Hope all goes okay FlowersFlowersFlowers

Yes Kwick - when is poas day? Hope you can skive/chill today.

Music illness can mess with ovulation so it's most likely delayed it. I don't have clockwork cycles and didn't O until cd23 this month. It takes a lot of patience! I would dtd every other day to cover all bases.

Congrats Art !

Musicgrrl · 16/09/2016 10:56

I'm CD22 currently. Would normally have expected to O CD19/20 so I guess I haven't waited long. Fingers crossed body will shift back into gear now that I'm recovering. Haven't been well enough to dtd this week but think I will be by this weekend so that's good at least. Being a late ovulater is so boring for the first part of the month!!

What day are you now Alexia?

Nicky883 · 16/09/2016 11:00

Hope everything goes ok hep !

Feeling very broody today i want a baby so much !

AlexiaB · 16/09/2016 11:21

Music I totally agree! I hate late ovulation. The stressful wait to ovulate is far, far worse than the tww imo. I'm waiting to see if my LP extends this month but I only have about 5-6 days left as I'm 4dpo. Hopefully you'll get some good BDs in this weekend and ovulate very soon. Fx Smile

kwick · 16/09/2016 11:50

Alice I already did this morning: BFN. I will carry on testing through until Sunday. But getting prepared to be disappointed.

Flight back delayed because of the storm Angry now stuck on plane in heathrow waiting for our stand to come free AngryAngryAngry

music norovirus sounds rank Flowers

LovelyFishy · 16/09/2016 11:58

Hep thinking of you today.

Kwick I'm keeping everything crossed for you.

I had to work through the storm, it was a wild one all right! Lightning literally all night!

LondonJem · 16/09/2016 13:22

music illness delayed O for 3 days a few months ago. I went a bit mental with opks but it came eventually. The good thing is you are aware and will be ready to DTD when it comes.

Keeping everything crossed kwick

Working from home today and just nipped to the cafe across the road to get a sandwich for lunch. It's PACKED with Mum's and babies on maternity leave. I'm the only one in here without a baby!! Fail!!!!

HepKestrel · 16/09/2016 13:38

Thanks all. All done and am back home. All straightforward with no complications.

I feel light headed with mild cramping (and heavyish bleeding) but other than that feeling alright ! certainly much better than after the medical management Envy

AliceScarlett · 16/09/2016 13:47

Pleased to hear it wasn't terrible Hep Your plan for the next few days sounds excellent.

Kwick gx

Jem Argh not what you want during AF!

LondonJem · 16/09/2016 14:23

Glad you are home and okay hep. I hope DH is looking after you. A day trip to York sounds lovely defo get stuck into Betty's xx

LondonJem · 16/09/2016 14:24

I was livid for a few days footy let all the rage out and rant away!

You will feel better in a few days promise. There's no reason to believe it won't still happen this month.

Si1ver · 16/09/2016 14:26

I've got no idea if it'll work again kwick I'll try again tomorrow and report back.

I came into town this afternoon and everyone is pregnant here as well.

Nicky883 · 16/09/2016 15:07

Londonjem in my first months of ttc i was daydreaming of having my maternity leave in the winter months snuggling in with a newborn ! Obviously not gonna happen !
