Can't believe we've filled that thread, hope you all find this one!

Ali - so uncomfortable isn't it?! But I like that I can feel it happening, gives me a bit of warning at least. Yeah, I'm expecting I'll ov Thursday/Friday now which would work out much better than Saturday so fingers crossed.

I've been silly Blossom and tested at 9dpo! I'm only 11dpo today. AF not due for a couple of days, so we'll see.

MoonlightMojitos · 10/09/2016 23:03

Thanks for the welcomes :). bee crap isn't it. Here's hoping we get upduffed soon!

Yes blossom I saw that recommendation and definitely think I'll give it a go next cycle if no luck this one. I don't get much ewcm so could definately do with the help! And yes I'm really going for it this cycle! Healthy eating, just started exercising again, taking pregnacare and evening primrose oil and doing opks for first time and bbt. I didn't think bbt would work for me as I'm a really broken sleeper but all looking very steady so far so it must be alright.

Where is everyone else on here at in your cycles? Fill me in with some stats so I can get up to date with you all!

Bee1234 · 11/09/2016 08:25

Bee: MC in May and BFP in July. Just keeping up with the ladies because their support and chats got me through.

Alibaba2 · 11/09/2016 09:54

Mel, do you normally get those cramps or is it something new?

Something that occurred to me this month is that when I sit (eg at work), I cross my legs quite tightly. I've been trying really hard not to do it as that must cut off the blood supply right? Especially post ovulation.

I've also been doing pelvic floors and doing high knees when I go up the stairs (not simultaneously)! I happened to be doing both these things when I conceived in March for fitness reasons.

Probably nothing in it but nothing to lose!

Thebean123 · 11/09/2016 10:18

Morning ladies :)

Haven't moved yet get the keys Thursday and it can't come bloody quick enough! I'm sure the amount of boxes I've tripped over must be some sort of record! My legs look like my DP beats me on a daily basis.....which I'm sure he sometimes feels like ha!

Moonlight....ttc #1, MC late July.....coming to the end of fertile week now so waiting game for me.

Yes mel I defo get that bruised feeling sometimes. It depends on what position we dtd in too....Tmi maybe but the "doggy" position always leaves me feeling a bit tender afterwards! Sorry for the horrific mental image you must all have now ha!

Alibaba2 · 11/09/2016 11:36

Ditto Bean. And we always resort to doggie when dtd becomes a struggle. Definitely ouch. I never thought about it but I think it is the cervix.

jinglebellmel · 11/09/2016 16:32

Okay at least it sounds normal, and yes it was that position so maybe that explains it!

Ali, I had them when pregnant with my son and in first cycle after mc, but not in mc pregnancy so doesn't seem that they are consistent with pregnancy for me. I hope it is something to do with fertilisation maybe though as you say.

My symptom spotting is totally messed up this moth as I don't really know how many dpo I am, so hard to know if anything is significant. Anyone else having any symptoms?

Hi ladies.....so it's been a very shit day over in bean land today. My uncle died suddenly thisafternoon, collapsed in my nans living room after a massive heart attack. He was an alcoholic and to be quite frank, we're all very surprised his body lasted this long. He was only 53. I was contacted by my aunt and had to let my mother know that her brother had died. Has been a very horrible afternoon. My poor mum has been very upset all day and I know she meant no offence by the throw away comment she made.....but she made it all the same. We were chatting in the living room and she said "I need some grandchildren...." I said "give me a chance.....you have two" referring to my step children who my mum adore.....she then quickly followed this up with "oh my goodness I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to be insensitive I really didn't" and I know she didn't. She was just upset and spoke without thinking. But it made me realise how much fertility issues and miscarriage really can affect a whole family in ways you hadn't realised.

Sorry to be a Debbie downer ladies but I just feel really really sad today.

Hope someone comes along with some more positive news or horrific dtd story to make me chuckle soon ;) xx

thatsnotmybear · 12/09/2016 06:51

Oh bean, my condolences, I'm very sorry for the loss of your uncle. What a tough time for you all.

I'm sorry about your mum's comment, she was probably in shock and spoke without thinking as you say.

Look after yourself today x

Alibaba2 · 12/09/2016 06:51

So sorry to hear that Bean. Alcoholism is a tragic illness. But it is an illness and it's hard to cure.

Your poor Uncle, Nan, Mum and you.

Mums do say insensitive things sometimes. I presume she doesn't know you're ttc? How long were you ttc before your MC?

Have faith that it will happen. Where are you in your cycle now?

jinglebellmel · 12/09/2016 09:35

Oh bean so sorry to hear all that. I hope that you get some positive news to lift you up soon xx

MoonlightMojitos · 12/09/2016 11:19

ali I really need to start pelvic floor exercises! It's one of those things I think about occasionally and do a few then forget again for days. Increased blow flow to the pelvic area has to be a good thing so good thinking!

bean I'm so sorry you're having such a crap time, condolences to you.

jinglebellmel · 12/09/2016 11:51

Ali you must be coming to the end of your tww now? Hows it going?

OP posts:
Alibaba2 · 12/09/2016 12:31

I'm having symptoms Mel but scared to put it in black and white in case I jinx it!

You?

jinglebellmel · 12/09/2016 13:00

:) wow everything crossed for you then Ali! When is af due?
No real symptoms here unflrtunately, not feeling like it's happening this month but I hope to be proved wrong.

Alibaba2 · 12/09/2016 13:16

Thanks, FF has me due Thurs but I think it's Weds.

I had no symptoms until 10dpo when I got the mucus.

Quite strong symptoms Sat then mild symptoms since then.

I have had strong symptoms before then came on late with a heavy period (early MC) so that is possible of course.

Have only told 1 friend and you guys. OH is oblivious! It seems crazily early so don't want to get hopes up too much.

How many dpo are you Mel?

Alibaba2 · 12/09/2016 13:19

Can you post your chart Mel? What's the confusion re ov date?

jinglebellmel · 12/09/2016 13:33

What mucus have you got Ali?? Can't believe I'm asking that!

It's either 9 or 11 depending if I have it in advanced or research, personally I think it might be 12 though!

OP posts:
Alibaba2 · 12/09/2016 13:41

Are those 2 charts the same?

So FF is saying ov on cd13? Which would make you 9dpo?

Is there another chart in the other setting?

Sat am I had a tiny blob of brown mucus then a bit more on Sun and ewcm! Strange!

jinglebellmel · 12/09/2016 14:06

Sounds promising! Yes meant to post them but I've done the same one twice sorry, hopefully this is the 11 dpo one

Are you going to test?? I wouldn't be able to control myself!

OP posts:
Alibaba2 · 12/09/2016 14:12

I would think ov on cd12 or 13? What do you think?

I'm planning on testing on Weds I think if AF hasn't arrived. I'm scared of getting a BFN.

jinglebellmel · 12/09/2016 14:17

I think cd12. May test on wed too unless I feel af is imminent, should be at least 11 dpo by then. Good luck and keep us updated x
