Good luck Bobo, hopefully get some answers.

Cycle 1 and cd33 for me today. Feeling completely normal so no idea when af will show up...no symptoms of any kind. Xx

Lapin387 · 06/09/2016 10:04

Sorry I went quiet for a bit after my mc. I have been following and willing you all on.

So I got my af on Sunday. More painful than normal and lighter, but first after mc so I didn't think too much of it. I got a bfn last week. Then the bleeding stopped overnight, which is totally odd for me so I did another test. Bfp! But there was proper bleeding and pain for two days, and pain worse on the right. Now waiting for my GP appointment because I'm worried about an ectopic 😕. I did go to work this morning but ended up bursting into tears and blurting it all out to my boss. She was lovely about it and sent me home. I feel like such a drama queen though.

Why is this not straightforward?! It's 6wks since my mc tomorrow.

Hi Lapin, hope you are ok. Hopefully the pain is nothing serious and everything is ok, I bet it's hard to get excited with the bfp if you've got so much worry in your mind too. I want to say congrats and fingers and toes crossed for you!! When is the gp appointment? Xx

Lapin387 · 06/09/2016 11:23

Thanks lucibee!
I've been referred to the early pregnancy unit. Now just have to wait for them to call with an appointment.

LuciBee231015 · 06/09/2016 11:50

Make sure you let us know how you get on! So exciting to see those 2 pink lines! Xx

MoonlightMojitos · 06/09/2016 18:26

Oh lapin I hope you're OK, must be a lot to deal with after every thing that's happened lately and im not suprised youre so emotional! But congratulations! You are definately not being dramatic. I hope it isn't anything serious and just take it easy until you find out what's going on and hope you get a quick appointment xx

cookie fx af stays away for you!

growcookeat · 06/09/2016 21:13

Hope you don't have too long to wait Lapin. I have fx for you that it's good news when you are seen.

Confusingly I'm now on my 5th day of positive opk's! I thought I'd keep testing just to check we'd caught ov and I keep getting smiley faces on my tests. Used some of this pack last month so I don't think they're faulty.

I havent really heard of having several days of LH surge. Has anybody had/heard of this?

BoBo90 · 07/09/2016 06:41

Sorry you're having a tough time Lapin, hopefully you will get some answers soon lovely!

Grow you can have multiple days of positive it's normal so just keep dtd until a few days after it goes 😊

My appointment went really well and I'm being sent for some blood tests so the ball is rolling 😄

Anyone testing soon??

OP posts:
LuciBee231015 · 07/09/2016 08:38

I tested this morning, I caved!! 🙈 Negative obviously... Lol. Cd34 for me today. I wish af would come alreadyyyyy!!!!! No signs of it at all though, still feeling totally 'normal'. 6 weeks off the pill on Sunday.

LuciBee231015 · 07/09/2016 08:40

Bobo glad your appointment went well love. Keep us updated on the bloods etc. X

HighHopes16 · 07/09/2016 16:03

Still no sign of AF, although the stomach cramps are back! :( Been doing some research and seen loads about Agnus Castus - has anyone here tried it?

LuciBee231015 · 07/09/2016 16:32

I was thinking about angus castus as well HighHopes, but sure I saw that it didn't do anything for BoBo. What do you think?

If your cramps have started up again maybe af is on her way? What cd are you on now? Xx

HighHopes16 · 07/09/2016 16:40

My miscarriage op was 9 1/2 weeks ago so technically I'm on CD66 :( I've had cramps and spotting on and off but no actual AF yet.
I guess its worth a try!

LuciBee231015 · 07/09/2016 17:02

I've read conflicting stuff on it. Some ppl swear by it and others think it's the devil! ...so I'm a little confused on whether to get it or not.

Where are you going to order it from? I might join you and we can compare notes x

HighHopes16 · 07/09/2016 18:06

Amazon have 100 1000mg tablets for £6.50 and the reviews are fab on there. Let's do it!! Grin

JackiePaper · 07/09/2016 19:01

Lapin, fingers crossed this is a sticky bfp, must be hard to get excited with everything that's going on. Fingers crossed AF is about to make an appearance highhopes, must be really difficult stuck in limbo. What is agnus castus supposed to do then? I know I'm only on cycle 2 but want to give it my best shot as neither dp or me have time on our sides. Got some Severn seas multi vits today so gonna start taking them, folic acid and vitamin D and B so hopefully everything I need, eager to hear of other supplements that could help tho!

BoBo90 · 07/09/2016 19:08

It's definitely worth giving the ac a try! My first cycle was 76days so I started taking AC on cd 1 of cycle 2 and it was a 35day cycle which is average-ish for me. Don't know if that was thanks to the AC or just luck but worth a try. I took it until cycle 6 but it didn't make my cycles any shorter so stopped (tbh I'm pretty sure I'm broken so doubt it could help much)
As an added bonus it made my period completely pain free so it's worth it just for that!! 😄

MoonlightMojitos · 07/09/2016 19:09

bobo so glad to hear they took you seriously and got things moving for you! Hope he/she was nice and it all moves quickly. When will you have bloods?

I've just been for a run for the first time in about 4 months and currently look/feel like a sweaty tomato. Taking me as long to recover as I ran for 😂.

Cd5, looks like af is gone so going to dtd tonight. Opks still aren't here :( hopefully tomorrow. Only been doing bbt for 3 days but pretty much the same every morning so far so that's good, I thought being a very broken sleeper might not work but seems to be OK. I've been setting alarm 30 mins before I actually get up, sticking it in and then going back to sleep!

highhopes when will you think about speaking to the Dr hun? I'm sure they can give you something as a one off to trigger af.

looby1304 · 07/09/2016 19:37

I promised myself I wouldn't do this but I'm madly symptom spotting already, and I'm only 5-6 days into the 2ww! Very tired, veiny boobs, lots of creamy cm (unusual for me) - you name it, I've convinced myself it's happening to me! Please somebody tell me to get over it and just get on with life for another week or so! Angry

HighHopes16 · 07/09/2016 20:01

Jackie I've read that Agnus castus is meant to regulate your monthly cycles, Kickstart ovulation & 'promotes' fertility.
BoBo what dosage did you take of AC and how often? I'm sure you're not broken! Flowers
Moonlight well done on the run! I've completely let myself go since my m/c, really need to get back to Pilates to strengthen my core again! I'm seeing the docs next week so going to mention it all then.

LuciBee231015 · 07/09/2016 20:06

High hopes, do you know the difference between Angus castus vitrex and just Angus castus?? It's the vitrex one that is £6.50...

LuciBee231015 · 07/09/2016 20:13

I've ordered the £6.50 ones and some one step of tests 😂 Why not?!

Johno85 · 07/09/2016 20:20

I used AC which I though shortened my cycle as was only 31 days. Unfortunately it's had no effect since and I've used nearly a pack of 100. Have now stopped and decided when I finish my seven seas I'm just going to take vitamin d and folic acid separately. Nothing to lose hey!
