Morning ladies, just wanted to let you know that I had my early scan yesterday and all is well. Saw their little heartbeat and everything. So the spotting was nothing to be worried about.

Apparently I'm actually 5w + 5d which means I'm about 5 days behind where I thought I was. This means I ov'd on 7 August rather than 2 August and also means my BFP was only at 8dpo! So, even when you have your BFP, your body still likes screwing with you!

Anyway, I wanted to say thanks for all your support and advice while I was on this thread. I do keep checking in and I have my fx for lots of BFPs soon! x

Ah how wonderful Sarah. Congratulations again, and enjoy! Just goes to show we could be doing all this tracking and still don't know if our body is doing what we think it is, when we think it is! Xx

Johno I tested this morning with a Tescos test and nothing. Just trying not to feel defeated hoping I am only due next week and it was too early to test. Ordered a first response test online so should arrive today so will maybe test again on Monday.

It's the sucky thing ofor not being regular....so many months hoping for a bfp due to late af but just an irregular cycle.

Bobo will try putting something next to the test to focus. Starting to feel like I am only seeing a faint line cos I really want to.

Oh well. It's a waiting game again 😐

POAS this morning and got a BFN, so maybe the stomach cramps mean AF is on her way? Not sure why I'd get EWCM a few days before though?

Really felt like af was on her way Sunday - Wednesday. Now yesterday and today i feel absolutely fine... sigh

Welcome to new posters - lots of lovely people on here that will keep you feeling positive.

So AF came on 24th while we were away. As soon as it finished we started dtd. Got home on thurs and did opk on Friday on CD 10 -got a smiley face so dtd almost immediately (in fact DH couldn't wait till bedtime and carried me up the stairs as soon as he got in from work )! Timings fit with the shorter cycles I've been having so fx we caught it this time!

Back to work on Monday after the summer break so plenty to take my mind off things anyway.

Just thought I'd let you know I had my early scan this morning, there's actually a little bean in there with a tiny wee flickering heartbeat! We saw and heard the heartbeat really clearly couldn't believe it! I think I'd been so cautious had sort of convinced myself there wasn't going to be anything in there that I'm kind of now in shock! She said it was about 8 weeks which is exactly what I thought based on my loooong cycles and late Ov! Yikes it's all a bit real now!!

Hope everyone is ok and maintaining PMA!! Also, ignore Ovia and don't poas too soon!!!

Hey marmite that's amazing news. I'll be a complete sobbing mess whenever I get to the scan point. How long was the cycle you conceived on and when did you ov?

shit things just got real!!!!

So AF arrived in the night full force completely out the blue again. 23 day cycle. I no longer have any idea what is going on in there. Cycles before mc were around 29 days with ov cd 15 and a I thought the cycle last month was maybe just fluke short one as first one after mc but seems not. So my options now are I'm either ovulating really really early (like cd8?! For my lp to still be the same) or I'm not ov at all, or my lp has dropped dramatically which I didn't think was meant to happen. I was sure I ovd on cd13 this time going by ewcm and massive libido increase but my lp can't have dropped from 14/15 days to 10 can it? Definitely going to use opks this cycle to try and figure out what's going on but at this rate I'm going to have to start testing when af is still here!

Not that I know of, lucy! The sonographer only saw one in there. But she did say that doesn't mean there's not another one - they could be hiding! But right now it looks like it's a single baby. x

Ah, I see! I've had that a few times but it's hard. Don't want to keep saying "he or she" and I don't want to call them "it". Will just have to keep confusing people!

Shit really did just get real Johno!! Don't know why I'm so shocked there was actually something in there?!! I'd only had a couple of cycles off the pill but they were 37-39 days (!) and I Ov'd on CD20 the cycle we concieved. Was doing OPKs for the first time that cycle twice a day and was beginning to think I'd never get a second line it was so far into cycle! We dtd the day before and day of Ov, plus a couple of days before.

Just celebrated successful scan with takeaway curry was so yum! But cobra zero turned out to be awful!

Sorry about AF moonlight hope the OPKs help you figure things out for next cycle - onwards and upwards!

I'm cd30 today. No sign of af or any kind of symptoms. Feeling totally normal to be honest. BFN yesterday.

Morning everyone.
First Response Test have not arrived yetoday. Taken all my will power to not go out an buy a test. But no AF yet so starting too get excited.

I've just made a batch of homemade "fertility" granola lol. If anyone is interested: oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds (magnesium, selenium & zinc good for ttc, and vitamin e which supposedly has something to do with the fluid surrounding the eggs?), Brazil nuts (selenium again for estrogen production and antioxidant), walnuts (omega3), flaxseed (good for blood flow to the uterus, balancing hormones and aiding ovulation) and vanilla extract and honey (for tastiness). I'll let you know if it's worked in about 4 weeks time lol. Plus just bought pregnacare and evening primrose oil to take until ovulation. Just hoping the opks I've ordered arrive sharpish.

Ooh moonlight that sounds incredibly similar to the homemade granola I make that me and DH have most mornings, I had no idea the ingredients had fertility boosting properties but hey maybe it worked for us!! It's a tasty healthy breakfast to have anyway

seven - cycle day 50!!!! 😳 Do you feel like af is on her way or anything? I feel absolutely normal. Had some symptoms early part of last week so thought it was on its way, and now nothing. Hope your ok, how frustrating. x
