August Bus

Hi everyone here is the August bus carrying on from the one I was on previous month with u ladies.
Fx this is a lucky bus!
Had my implant out yesterday and gp said I should be good to go within a week.

Not too sure how to track so hoping af arrives to kick things off :-)

Cycle 3 or 4 (lost track now!)

Thanks blossom - DH is away Weds to Fri so tonight and tomorrow night it is! Will be exhausted by Weds and well in need of a break ha ha

When are you testing? I find it hard to keep track of everyone's dates!

According to FF I'm 7dpo, I might try testing in a few days to a weeks time. I think I already know the answer though, looking at my chart I think there's no way we've conceived. DH had some...um..."performance anxiety" shall we say, with that and me muddling up fertile signs/OPK's we missed the most fertile days.

So I think it's unlikely this month. I guess there's next month but after that we planned a TTC break for a month or two, we already have two DC born in the same month so we thought we'd try to avoid DC3 being born in that month too. Maybe that's silly, feels like it is. I keep feeling the clock is ticking, DC are getting older, the age gap getting bigger. It feels like someone's missing but I worry that we'll get to a point where the age gap feels too big and that someone isn't here yet.

Why do we onlylearn the simple 28 day cycle in school? Lol. Makes it all seem so easy & straightforward!!

It's all so confusing!! I have no idea when AF will arrive so have no idea when would be too early to test!

Ah - 6th August for me then! Which is a few days after predicted Ovia AF, but, who knows what AF will do next month - totally unpredictable!

I have been feeling pretty dreadful to be feeling less than ecstatic when people right, left and centre have been announcing baby news! I know it is petty but I have had to regroup and then congratulate afterwards.

I'm ok with baby bombs at the moment - mainly because I'm still 50% terrified of a BFP! however, I'm sure that would change if we're still TTC in a year's time. Who am I kidding - 3 months time!

Thanks doesn't sound silly monkey, DD1 is October and DD2 is October so we purposefully put off TTC until now so that number 3 wouldn't arrive the same time of year.

Ignore the baby bombs, easier said than done though I know!

I have had a shit day. Have felt sick all day and generally rubbish. Also getting cramps so either AF is on its way or a BFP, think it might be the former, although the sickness is unusual. Doesn't help that work was insanely busy, and along with how I was feeling wasn't really working at my best. Ended up crying on the way home for no reason. Hate TTC sometimes!

Forgot to day, ovia says I can test on the 28 the July but period not due until 2nd August so not sure when I'll test.

Midrog- I've been totally baby bombed today too- 2 friends announced their second pregnancy. I'm delighted for them but so sad for me, and my DH and DS.
CD 18... We're doing a version of SMEP but not opks. DTD 11, 13, 15,16,17... Going to have a day off today then try again cd 19 and perhaps 21.... AF due Aug 7th.
