I am 14dpo today and my period is officially late! I took another test (because I'm crazy and also have loads sitting in my cupboard!) and the test line is actually a bit darker than the control line. Is this normal so early on?!
Going to do my digital one in the morning and then if all is fine not test again. Just want to quadruple check before telling our parents tomorrow night!!

Tmi I had to get up it of beds most nights thinking I needed to go to the toilet! It was horrendous! Thank god it stopped after 6 weeks really hope it means the same for you Jem!

Tee I booked mine at 7 weeks because you should be able to see heartbeat whereas at 6 weeks it's hit and miss. I didn't want it any later as it'd be quite close to 12 week then plus I couldn't wait any longer!

Parney would appreciate if you can let me know as I'm going to book one for first week in August I think. I'll be about 9 weeks I think. Then hopefully the hospital do a quick one at 12 weeks and then will have the 20 week scan in October. I had private scans with my boys with DS1 I had it in harcourt st. And DS2 the Merrion Clinic.

I was thinking about the dip in temp at 9dpo being possible implantation, so therefore it's only 2days that maybe it's too soon for me to test, however I feel ok today so maybe it just didn't happen. Waiting til Monday now unless I get any further symptoms.

Can anyone recommend a good book for holiday? I like anything mushy, saucy and gripping!!

Anything by Liane Moriarty, footprints! Mushy, gripping and sometimes saucy! I stumbled across one a few years ago on kindle and have been hooked since.. I've read them all and patiently waiting newest release!

Thanks for orange juice tip Mimi, better than the can of coke and bar of chocolate that they're suggesting! I'm hoping i can make sex out Saturday Radders! Been googling 15 week scans and some are quite clear. We have 2d and 3d, DH against finding out so we won't be asking!! I'm so impatient!

Parney you can book a scan at 16 weeks to find out sex so you never know! :)
It must be difficult when one wants to find out and then the other doesn't.

This place have said they don't confirm sex until week 18. I love the idea of a surprise but I know when I'm there I'll try to figure it out!!!

I've actually just finished one and one of the characters are Ttc, and struggling with siblings who conceived instantly. Was just a sub plot but it reminded me of some other threads on here. It was 'Three Wishes'.
