Try not to let people's EDD alarm you too much Jod! They may ovulate earlier or later in their cycle and only basing dates on LMP which will change when measurements are taken at dating scan. Although multiples are always a possibility of course!

Parney, I might pay for one. I booked into NMH today...online! They just send out the pack. I think there's a booking in appointment around 12 weeks but they likely won't scan at it. Unless I get lucky. They don't scan here til almost 20 weeks.

Jem that sounds painful hope you feel better soon.

Jod there's always a possibility of twins but like Parney said everyone is different with ovulation date and how much hcg body produces.

I'm so tired today and feeling sick, keeping having little melt downs at work. OH rang to see if could get scan in today but couldn't. I'm getting myself in a tiz. It's on Friday but seems so far away!! Can't wait to get that part over. There's no way I could wait until 12 weeks never mind 20!

Jodders- could b your dates and ovulation time as was just trying to work it out but say for example tee and I both fall preggers this month we are the same cd and both started our AF on same day but I ovulated a week before tee, so I guess if tested together on same day tee would be 2 weeks and I'd be 3weeks. Let's hope tee that this will be the case! Jodders- do u have twins in your family? Oooh could be that too!

Ps- I'd be walking like a penguin if I dtd as many times as u! My word that has got to be record! Your poor OH - he must have no sperm left well done though it definitely paid off.

No twins in family that I know of (strained family relationship so don't talk to a lot of them).
Maybe I did just ovulate early. Although I think I only DTD once at start of cycle straight after period. Also I'm sure that was implant spotting on 16th (6DPO). Maybe just strong hormones as radders said.

Alert TMI! Big glob of ewcm goo and a positive opk! On summer hols, oh where is my DH!!?? Dtd tonight, will give him a bit of a hint before though!

CD19, so perhaps will ov cd20? That will put AF due date as 19 July. Oh how I hope it never comes!

Hi girls what a day, am back home now and a bit mystified as to what is wrong. I passed out in a&e so they put me on fluid and oxygen, did an ecg took blood and ordered a ct scan. It all eventually came back with no obvious answer - they found blood in my urine and said my pelvis is inflamed but no infection, no kidney stones or anything like that. I asked about my ovaries and he said they look completely normal.

So I'm just taking paracetamol and resting. Still in pain and feeling quite woozy but not as bad as before.

Pretty sure I ovulated Friday so only a few DPO. In the back of my mind I'm wondering if something is going on with that, but it would be too early for implantation.

So I'm not sure! Can't help but worry that's another cycle up the spout...

Sorry to hear about your mom Kate; mine is the exact same. Waits until everything is fine before telling me - doesn't take away from you still feeling awful about it all though! But I think I probably do the same, just not to worry her!

Hi Nim, I've started temping now & putting all my data in, but I'll be damned if I know what it's all about lol. Keep trying to find information online but I guess I won't really have anything to compare my results to until the end of my cycle...

Ahhhh! All this waiting is a killer. Waiting for a positive OPK, waiting for fertile week, TWW, waiting to check my BBT, waiting to actually get pregnant!!!

Summer - DH is looking after me. I've just got lower abdominal pain and have been faint most of the day. Really odd totally out of the blue. I did notice tummy pain during sex last night, I wonder if all the DTD has upset something? Really hope this hasn't spoiled my chances this month - I was hoping cycle 7 would be the one.

Busta - yes the waiting I'm quite good at being patient but this really is a test!

I completely agree Busta! I'm currently waiting to see if AF arrives or I get a BFP when I test Friday.

I'm on CD32 no AF but have major sore boobs! And fair bit of creamy / lotion like cm - sorry tmi. Thinking I will come on soon.

Hey Busta, I'm CD 10 so nearly the same. I'm expected to ovulate between CD 15 and 19 ish. It is so much waiting. I had a few practices cycles temping as I had to wait ages to have my coil out (the strings disappeared). I was glad of the reassurance that my temperature did go up after ovulation but hated the waiting.

Looking for a bit of advice. We wanted to tell parents pretty much straight away when we found out. Only problem is that DH grandma passed away last week. Her funeral in next week. He is worried it is insensitive to tell his parents before? The only thing is I really want to tell my mum ASAP! Do you think we should wait or would they welcome news of their first grandchild?

His grandma was very old and although still very sad it was expected for a while...

Pepper- think I'll be caving in the week even though early cycle days I'll be 12dpo by Friday. Good symptoms for you pepper! I've also got creamy cm, boobs ok. Few cramps and hot flushes in the evening!? Which had last two days. I keep swaying for thinking I am to I'm not . Keep poking my boobs hoping they'll hurt !

Jem- hope u feel better soon. Maybe a massive egg popped out for you and made all this happen? X

Busta- I was gardening today and my back is very sore. Hard work.

I've made a deal with myself I can only test with FMU - so hoping that will make it harder to test before Friday lol! I don't think I am though think I will come on any day. Someone mentioned earlier they were on knicker watch - snap!

PS sounds to me like a bit of good news in the family would be welcomed? I'm sure you'd announce it in a very respectful way... Having said that, if DH isn't entirely comfortable, maybe best to wait. Surely you can still tell your mum, just ask her to keep it on the down low?! x

Morning all, hope you are ok. Took another test this morning, think it is slightly darker although panicked at first it wasn't!! What do you think? It this dark enough for 12dpo? Now I've compared pictures I think it's darker? The 11dpo test is now pretty dark but it has been sat for 24 hours, this pic is it after 3 mins... (I need to chill out!)
