Thanks all. Off to the doctors today. Not sure what they can do or say really but DH wants me to go and make sure it's on my medical record. If it's going to be a recurrent theme in our TTC journey, rather keep a track of all the hiccups from the start.

Probably being over cautious though.

Got into work today and saw my mate who's pregnant. Made me smile rather than cry. My time will come hopefully in the not too distant future. Xx

Sonnet18 · 27/06/2016 11:15

Aw, it sounds like you're taking the right approach to it all. I had a miscarriage before I had my first baby and it was awful but you get through it. Take care. Do take time to grieve though as you have had a loss and it is significant. X

Mammyashy1 · 27/06/2016 11:32

Wish AF would show now had spotting a few days ago and keep getting on and off cramps. Last cycle was 24 days and I'm on cd 25 internet cheepies are showing bfn I have 1 clear blue digital test but don't want to waste if AF is gonna show

Mammyashy1 · 27/06/2016 11:46

....and she's showed up ...feel ok about it never expected to get a bfp on my first cycle ttc now I can focus on next cycle fingers crossed for everyone else waiting x

LemonLimeTonic · 27/06/2016 13:56

Back from the docs. She's told us to wait a month before we try again. Half expected that to be honest. We don't want to try again next month away. We have a wedding to attend in a few weeks and I want to smash the ass off the free bar.

AlexiaB · 27/06/2016 17:15

Lemon sounds like a plan!! I'm sorry you had to go through a CP. Also sorry to those who got AF, wishing you all luck for your next cycles xx

Nothing much to report here. According to FF I'm 7dpo but my temp spike isn't great. Trying not to get my hopes up because I never get a BFP.

MoosMummy11 · 27/06/2016 18:18

Aw I'm so sorry LemonLimeTonic hugs (sorry I've only just seen my notifications)

My AF didn't stay around long so FX I can relax this month lol! X

Starmist · 27/06/2016 20:15

Sorry to hear that lemon Flowers

JammyC · 27/06/2016 20:48

Tentatively joining you if I may? Used the MN conception boards a lot when trying for my first, found it such a help!

Came off the pill over the weekend, so patiently waiting for first AF. Started taking folic acid. Anything else I need to be doing?!

I'm (almost) 31, TTC#2, have DD aged 2.4

Smile
TryingToStayRational · 27/06/2016 22:33

Sorry to hear that, Lemon Flowers Glad you sound so positive about it things, though. Hope you and DH are both doing ok and enjoy some drinks and fun times together at the wedding Smile

jennymac31 · 03/07/2016 14:11

Afternoon ladies. Hope you're all well.
Haven't posted anything for a few days so thought I would say hi.
Am in the tww and it doesn't seem to be dragging as much as usual. I felt a bit nauseous yesterday and had flutterings in my stomach, which have continued today, but don't feel confident that this month will be the one. Got another 10 days before AF is due so we shall see.

Starmist · 04/07/2016 08:18

Hi everyone. AF due in 2 days. Had some pale blood after we DTD last week & then some spotting the day after, it's been driving me crazy wondering if it was implantation bleeding. Probably wasn't knowing my luck. Been feeling sick but that's cuz I'm on some antibiotics for my spots & doctor said they can make you feel ill. I've got some tablets that are safe in pregnancy just in case.

AlexiaB · 05/07/2016 11:25

Hi everyone I just wanted to pop in and update. So this happened this morning! I'm still very cautious because it's quite a faint line but I'm anywhere from 13-16dpo.

I don't mean to rub it in anyone's face. I know how it feels to feel like everyone else gets what you wants so badly! I've been there many times. I've seen people get pregnant, give birth and have 4 month olds already! We've been trying for 1.5 years and I'm hoping finally this is our month! Good luck to everyone else in their tww xx

alexia I don't feel like you're rubbing it in at all, I think on the TTC rollercoaster its valuable to hear stories like yours to keep us going. Huge congratulations!
I've been feeling down so haven't been on much. Close friend announced pregnancy and it's all got a bit much for me.
I'm 4dpo but not hopeful for this month as only DTD one day of FW (2 days before ov) due to tiredness etc blah.

TryingToStayRational · 05/07/2016 14:02

Congrats, Alexia! Flowers

It's not rubbing it in at all - positive stories are great!

AlexiaB · 05/07/2016 14:32

Thank you so much Eva and trying, that's nice to hear :) I'm still a little cautious because it's a faint line. I'll update when I test again in 2/3 days. I've had nausea for a week so that's giving me some hope!

Eva sorry to hear that. I know it feels like a kick to the stomach but keep trying and you will get there. BD loads would be my advice! We found it a big struggle and sometimes DH would let me down but it appears to have worked. Fx for you xx

Starmist · 05/07/2016 18:00

Congratulations alexia that's wonderful news! I like to hear good news stories as it gives me hope.

Eva it's so hard isn't it. I'm sending you a hug x

Eva30 · 05/07/2016 21:44

Thank you so much alexia & starmist - funny how much that has made me feel betterSmile it's difficult because haven't told anyone about TTC and sometimes just need to vent!

LemonLimeTonic · 05/07/2016 22:44

Congrats Alexa!!! Not rubbing it in at all. Wishing you the best of luck. I love hearing good news stories! Please keep us updated. Sending lots of sticky baby dust!

AlexiaB · 06/07/2016 10:21

Aw thank you Lemon :) Still no AF here. I've had some bizarre pains and cramps (not like AF cramps). It's like a numbness in my hips and pulling/stretching pains. For the last week at least I've had waves of nausea and decreased appetite. Testing again on Friday eek!

Hope everyone else is doing okay?

Starmist · 07/07/2016 08:18

I'm wondering what AF will do this month. Based on my other cycles I was due yesterday or it'll be today (30/31 days) but last months cycle was randomly 40 days so who know what she'll do this month. Feels like the days are really dragging argh!

Eva30 · 07/07/2016 10:23

I'm 6dpo and have had sore boobs - mainly on the sides. I googled and it said this is common after ov apparently? No other signs so expecting AF on 16th July.
My chart is all over the place. I was on hol the first week so was getting up at all different times. I don't feel like it tells me anything until about cd13!

BertieBotts · 07/07/2016 15:42

I think I'm going to jump on this thread if OK with you ladies. I am on the July bus but we're taking a bit of a relaxed approach to TTC these two months as I'm concentrating on getting a promotion at work first.

I am still charting though :) I think I finally ovulated yesterday, it took forever this month. So I am CD22 but 1dpo (probably.)

I was on the last relaxed thread for mar/apr/may but unfortunately miscarried in April :( Been babybombed loads this last week. One friend due with twins right when my lost one would have been due and then my ex has had another baby and nobody told me until there are pictures splashed all over facebook! Typical! I don't care what he's getting up to but that's my DS's half sibling. You know? Ugh it's just stupid and complicated.

Starmist · 07/07/2016 20:54

Bertie I'm so sorry to hear about ur MC Sad xx

BertieBotts · 07/07/2016 21:14

Thank you Starmist, I am okay. Initially wanted to get trying again ASAP but now just looking at the bigger picture really.
