Sorry to hear physics - is she definitely here?

Temp this morning 36.45 but I do feel quite warm in any case when I woke up.

Ovia said the egg would've implanted by now ... I've not really had any symptoms for that other than the dull cramps but that could be anything.

Got headache and painful wind this morning. Again I used to get this in any case from time to time.

Jod just do an opk today see how it looks. You may just not see the spike when you miss a day depending on where you're at in the cycle and when you ovulate.

Physics I would definitely start EPO! I recommend if even if not ttc. I started taking it when I came over the pill initially about three years ago as I suffered from bad acne when i came off. It helped with that but also its made my hair grow loads.

I took 2000mg a day before ovulation this Cycle and have definitely noticed increase in Cm unless that's just a coincidence

Oh no physics, well onwards and upwards. How long are your cycles? There are some papers about Angus cactus, I can't remember what supplements you take.

I'm CD 14 and positive opk today yippee. Dtd last night and plan to tonight tomorrow and Monday if I have the energy.

Working all weekend and planning for holiday so busy at the moment.

Day23, 8dpo I'm quite crampy now and my boobs hurt. Still too hot in bed at night. I have noticed my pulse being fast a few times but I've noticed that before. Who knows? I just have a feeling it'll be AF as usual next week. We will see

Nothing happening my side, temp 36.71 which is nice and high but skin still feels cool. Twinges tailing off a bit. Got quite a busy week lined up so hoping I'm distracted from all this.

CD43 think now maybe I didn't ovulate? Because nothing is happening!!grrrrr

So today temp still up but dropped slightly. No AF still. No cramps. No spotting. CM creamy but sticky.

Went to Holland and Barrett bought some Angus castis, and some maca root tabs. Hopefully will sort out this long cycle! The woman in H&B was so loud and announced at a packed till how good the maca root is for libido! Apparently a mild viagra effect. Was slightly embarrassed
On a positive note.. Woo hoo

Slightly different take on Brazil nuts.. I bought yoghurt coated ones today yum yum!

Yep should have an answer one way or another by next Saturday! I feel like I want to know now, but in a funny way I don't because, like you, I just think it'll be disappointment again. I'd be so happy to be proved wrong. This thread is long overdue to BFP!!

Yup AF is due Friday so if it doesn't come then I'll probably test then or Saturday morning.

radders I've read you are really fertile after a chemical pregnancy, I'm not sure how scientific this is but hope it's the case for you.

Fx for you too tee, I agree it's best to have lower expectations and be surprised.

I think it'll be another bfn as just all the same symptoms as previous cycles. But the symptoms all do closely mirror pregnancy symptoms so who knows.

With you guys on wanting to know though. This TWW feels slower than usual and still got 6 days to go!

For those ladies who wanted to know-

Vitex Angus cactus- helps regulate /balance hormones. It's suppose to help good ovulation and help release eggs in the ovaries.

Maca root- fertility supplement, balances hormones, works on the pituitary gland to help release eggs, increases libido, gives you more energy and helps with weight loss. Is an aphrodisiac which helps stimulates sex hormones. Loaded with zinc.

I'm just trying everything.. They all have good success stories. The lady in Holland and Barrett said how popular they are. Fertility experts recommend them too.

Suchajem-The yoghurt coated Brazil nuts were from Holland & Barrett too. They also do milk choc, White choc and dark choc!

Sucha, yes can take all of those together. The Angus C and EPO only up to Ov, the maca root can be throughout cycle.

Read lots of articles about it and yes sounds like we will be strapping those men down for a good bit of exercise those poor men

Still no signs of AF so far.

All's well here - feeling reasonably positive, though a bit crampy... Periods generally last 3-4 days, so it will be over in a flash! So much nicer than with copper coil!!!

Must look into maca root. Took the EPO that I had (though must admit, not exactly sure how long it's been in the cupboard!! I get so tired from work that dtd is sometimes a low priority... no chance we would manage every day - every three days or every other day during fertile window was difficult last month, so this might help!! great suggestion!!

So FF has told me AF is likely 16th of June, but depends when I ovulate, obvs... so it might change, as I am officially 'irregular'.

After all my rationalness I'm symptom spotting this evening. I've been nauseous on and off all day and was a little bit sick in my mouth earlier. I'm also quite sneezy and got a slightly sore throat.

Was managing to keep a lid on my hopes dammit!

Been feeling quite crampy this afternoon, but nothing else. I didn't get any cramping pre AF date with DS, but did get very crampy before BFP in March.
Not watching Eurovision, DH is out so catching up on all my favs. Love a crime drama, The Secret & Marcella etc... x

The Secret is massively creeping me out!!! I can't not watch it, but I really wish they hadn't made it!!!!!! In fact, how on Earth did they??? Who gave permission??
