Russ- yes that's what I read to only take up to ovulation. It can cause mc after implantation. Some take it through the whole cycle, but I wouldn't want to chance it.

Physic- maca root can be used by men too. There was another supplement next to it for men only - which was called "horny goats weed". It's increases sex drive and boosts sperm!

Ladies get spiking our men's drinks! Hee hee

I'm still symptom spotting Jem!
Tonight my boobs are ultra sensitive first time in 43 days!!! Keep getting a gnawing pulling feeling - low in tummy.. Maybe anxiety.?
Again, feeling nauseous with meals. Strange

Change my date to Friday 20th as I have a wedding to go to Saturday and want to enjoy myself not be thinking am I am I not and is AF coming.

Going to try and hold out until Friday.

I've had various symptoms but don't think they are symptoms really. When I got my BfP last month I really didn't feel any different other than emotional but work was a bit pants so I wouldn't even see that as a symptom. 9dpo tomorrow when I got my BFP but I'm holding out.

Horny goats weed -hilarious. Doesn't sound very appetising though!

If I don't get BFP I don't know what to do because I certainly cannot up the adult cuddle time..

Hairdresser mentioned secret today - said it's brilliant. Is it a bit sick or something??

The Secret is based on a true story, the main character is massively creepy (James Nesbit). Hope I'm not spoiling for anyone hoping to catch up, but basically about a couple who have an affair and end up killing their respective other halves so they can be together and the fallout after all that x

Thanks Prints1, sorry to bother, but when do you actually start taking it? On CD10 prior your OV day, or even sooner than that?

It's reassuring to hear your only symptom last time was the emotion. I think I always thought I would just know if I was pregnant or it would feel majorly obvious. Kind of incredible it isn't really!

I think each cycle you have something like a 25% chance of getting pregnant. There's not an awful lot more you can do than have frequent sex which you already do.

Russ- take all from CD1, and stop Angus C and Evening Prim oil just slightly before u know you will ovulate. I ov anytime after CD14 so will stop around CD12/13. The maca root can take from CD1 all through cycle.

On the jar it says not to use if preg or trying on the ANgus C but after I researched it, is safe up to ov. My friend who's midwife says loads of patients take it who are conceiving so I felt must be good then!

Tee- haven't seen the secret but wanted too. I might watch it on catch up. Love a drama!

Well, well, AF finally got me this morning! I'll trust my boobs next time as they never let me down pre-AF arrival. I'll never know why my OV day shifted last month and why I ended up with 34 CDs this time! Due to change of countries, from Iraq, permanently returning to the UK, due to unexpected redundancy which was done in a horrific way which prompted me to engage a solicitor to deal with it, it caused me a great deal of stress and upset, I won't lie.
Disappointed about this cycle but must be realistic about this journey and be aware of my age. Became 40 last month. Oh well, marching on, head high...

So I'm still hanging around in the "wait".

Temp still high 36.56 Crazy huh. Nipples and breasts are tingly and def aching and looking a bit bigger. Cramps on and off. Still can smelly urine- smells like asparagus ??! But not eaten any. Very horny, and no haven't taken the goats weed ha ha. Not even had chance to start the other supplements either yet so god help DH when I do!

I think after evaluating my temp chart I think the ov date is slightly later but only moves it from 17dpo to 15dpo so I should still be showing a BFP by now if it were there don't u think? Missed FMU today but might try another IC later. Not holding much hope though..

Just want to see CD1 - never thought I'd ever say it.
Sorry to rant on.. You're probably getting bored of hearing it.

Sorry Russ for your AF arrival and redundancy. Two big let downs no wonder you are stressed and disappointed.

Hopefully you can plan your next month now with hopefully a bit less stress. Xx

Footprints you're not boring us at all. We are here for you to rant at etc! Some people don't show BFP until after 15 dpo so you never know. I can't see you're AF coming when your tempt is so high but could be completely wrong

Russ sorry to hear about redundancy and AF but keep positive. Hopefully if that's all out the way and the move is you will feel less stressed which will help.

Today my temp is 36.44 so it seems to have gone up a level a bit which is good. Still time for it to drop though!
I still have thick creamy CM too.
Had best night sleep I had in a long time last night.

Jem some people say they can tell their pregnant but I think that's those who aren't watching and waiting and are getting to 6 weeks or something.
I don't think there's anything distinctive to say right you are because all these symptoms I got when I wasn't trying too. Not necessarily for AF but I suffer with IbS so I'm used to a niggly tummy.

was thinking would be great to catch this month because they I can tell my dad he will be a grandad on 17th June

Cd3 etc 8 June. have been feeling very low and been practically crying the last two days. Tried vodka and lemonade (my favourite) last night but only gave me a headache. After 11cycles of ttc am just disheartened. But a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do,so upwards and onwards, cycle 12 here I come.

Footprints you're not boring us at all love, we just feel your frustration. Everytime I read your posts I think "she is soooooo pregnant" - but agree that surely that would be coming up on a test by now? Really hope you get an answer soon.

Sucha, thanks for the concern hun. I went after 6 months and because I have kids already, they don't seem to take me seriously. After this cycle will try and change doc and maybe I'll be lucky.

Footprints, we are here for you and fx smthng gives soon. Either a bfp or af, then you can at least plan ahead ((hugs))

I feel so tired today. I had such a good night sleep but just said to Oh think I'm going to have to have some shut eye.
My tummy feels funny too but that might be IbS symptoms because I didn't eat properly yesterday.

Thank you, ladies! Was half expecting it since everyone is talking about fertility issues after 35 and I'm 40! But not giving up. And now I'm at home full time, will get cracking on. Also heard about acupuncture helping while TTC. Has anybody tried it!? Your thoughts and experience are welcome

Radders funny you say that about Fathers Day. When I got my BFP in Feb, I ordered a double frame with the word 'Grandchildren' engraved. Planned to put a picture of DS in one, and sellotape a poppy seed with the words 'expected November 2016' in the other. Was going to be our Mothers Day present for my MIL on 10th March. Unfortunately had the mc before we made it to that date, but perhaps it can be a Father's Day present instead! May have to join you and Jem testing on Friday depending on how I'm feeling. Not hopeful though considering how little we DTD in FW, not feeling hot at all, and hardly any CM since OD.

Forgot to add 17th June is my dads birthday ... I take it it's Father's Day that day too?! You guys would've thought why hell 17th June if it wasn't! Haha

I feel really sick today. But again think it's IbS symptoms. If it weren't for my Oh I wouldn't tested today.

I have a FRER and morrisons. I only want to use FMU though so not doing it today. Every morning will be a struggle now! Will crack at some point this week
