Hi ladies, just catching up. I lay in bed this afternoon and fell asleep for three hours!! Oooppppps!!!

footprints it really does sound like PG symptoms you are having! When will the IC's arrive?

Apart from tiredness I have no real symptoms. Some creamy Discharge but that's it. Felt more pregnant a few weeks ago! Trying to stay distracted and not think too much about it but it's hard isn't it?

I'm so glad I did the opk yesterday. You saw the positive result. I guess I've ovulated as I've just done another opk and this is the result. I've not felt any different in myself, like cramps or ov pains. :/(

I'm glad I didn't follow my app as it has the dates muddled for expected ovulation.

Summerblush I don't think it stays strong til after ovulation. Could be wrong though? Mine where the same. Strong on Friday and lighter Saturday. I don't think I ovulated until Sunday though.

I love OBEM! I always cry too although didn't so much this week. OH knows it's being put on our tv at 9 on a Tuesday!

Still had a bit of bleeding but should be OK to dtd tonight. I did another opk and the line was a bit darker so keen to get on it as soon as possible. I only have 11 left so need to use them sensibly!

Don't know why the men are complaining. So ungrateful! Like you said, they wouldn't be happy if it wasn't there.
To be honest my OH is completely different and is down with the plan and when we should do it and makes sure we do it at the right time so we have more of a chance. Maybe it's because it's our first??
It's handy both of us knowing when to do it because then if one of us isn't in the mood the other one is like common!!

I probably won't last until 22nd not testing but I'm certainly not doing it super early again.

Summer that doesn't mean you've ovulated it just means the surge has gone so you will ovulate 12-36 hours after your dark one yesterday. It will go light the day after the dark one normally I would say xxx

Yes, Dtd yesterday, planned to do it again tonight. I will also plan for tomorrow and Saturday! How soon after 'if' pregnant do you notice any symptoms?

radders I wish DH was more like yours but he's like been there, done that but this is my first and I just want him to be a bit more excited about it

My partner is all for dtd and it's me who can't be bothered ha! Have to think of the end goal!

Feel bad for moaning about DH now, he came home and surprised me with a gorgeous underwear set (belated Anniversary!) and has spent the evening looking on the iPad for weekend hotel breaks!! Coincidentally he's looking at next weekend (ovulation time!) not that I've mentioned the fantastic timing! Yay!!

When I got pregnant I didn't notice any symptoms other than being really emotional and as it went further down the line creamy CM. I still had creamy when i miscarried.

Racja I don't think men get as excited as us go a point but I think from there point of view they kind of do it and that's it. We have the whole body experience to and looking for symptoms etc. So different for us.

I'm so tired and can't be bothered to dtd .... Yawn!

Ladies...embarrassing TMI post. I think I have haemorrhoids I have never had them before and they are sore and itchy. Trust me to get them when TTC. Now they aren't very big but anyone know how to treat them? Or what causes them?

I've never had them before either but i recently had a bout of itchiness there and looked into it and they said just get over the counter haemorrhoid cream. It went away on its own in the end but that's probably all you need to see if they go away.

That's terrible jod!! No idea really, but when I as a kid I remember there were lots of adverts for creams etc... I think it is inflammation of tissues back there? But really that is just a guess! Embarrassingly, I would get thysen to a doctor's!

I've had a temp rise this morning, and nearly positive opk yesterday (line was same as control line, just about but not darker). Only dtd last night and CD14, as was expecting to Ov more like CD22-24 according to FF. But as I said, I've been getting messages from it saying they can't predict what's going to happen with me! Perhaps I just tried to Ov, in which case temp might go back down... it isn't a real pattern yet. Will dtd tonight and saturday, just in case. but hopefully I haven't missed the egg!!! DH was having a hard time believing that everything had to be timed so perfectly - bringing up unwanted pregnancy, teen pregnancy as examples of how the timing can't be that precise... but then he dtd when I told him to anyway! Bless, I guess he does want this as much as I do!

Oh sorry jod. A friend of mine complained about them once and she just suggested you look up home remedies ((says it works))hope u feel better soon.

Dh is no longer my friend cd9 and wanted to start smep yesterday despite the headache but noooo he thinks he is too knackered and he is still snoring .i will get him back!!!

Morning ladies My temp shot back up today woo hoo! So your guess is as good as mine. I have no idea what is going on. Will do opk about 10 to see if still positive. No sign of AF today yet whatsoever, and clear CM which looks like fertile cm.

Mimi- poor you!! I know how u feel as mine was doing that last week. Well anyway I kept away from him for a few days.. It worked as last night he was "pants off in a flash"! Which was lucky! Yes I do wonder if I got smashed and dtd in his car or something it would work !

Jod- oh no, just don't want that do u! I had it when I had my first child- too much pushing! Anyway I was told by nurse if they are on the outside you can just slowly push them in each day and when they shrink they just disappear. It worked! Never used cream. I suppose the missionary pos wouldn't irritate them, as long as you bathed afterwards.

Physic- hope u catch the egg! Pin him down tonight

Jod- IC tests arrive between fri & tues.
Really don't think I am as I had that midcycle bleed medium flow for 24 hrs and now that is not normal. Was def more than spotting!Had pains in my right ovary and had fertile CM last night, did another opk and was positive. Dtd anyway!

Toast-* yes holding out til next week to test esp with all these ov pains and temp dips and spikes. I'm not v hopefully about this month.

Jod sorry to hear your suffering! It's not something I've had myself, but I know childbirth can play a part. Also if you've been constipated and straining? An over the counter cream will sort you out.
Physics sounds like you're covered to me! The temp rise could be a coincidental anomaly (you'll get a better idea as you continue to temp over next couple of mornings), otherwise the egg has been released within the last 24 hours! Even if it was as much as 24 hours ago, your DTD last night still would have been good timing. If it was as late as the early hours this morning, last nights swimmers will be waiting, and tonight's swimmers could also have a chance to meet the egg (I'd DTD ASAP today if I were you, jump him when he/you get home!) Either way I think you're all good, but definitely keep going over the next few nights just in case, and keep up with temps & opks!
Mimi sorry to hear your DH isn't playing ball, that really sucks. Although mine has come up trumps this month, I definitely had a few nights on previous cycles when DTD would have been perfect and he's just not cooperated. It's so frustrating!!

I tried to post twice yesterday but I guess my phone is playing up.

I've got some symptoms today, a bit of spotting and some cramps, and my left boob is sore. I have tended to have a short luteal phase so I may be finding out one way or another soon. Fingers crossed for implantation not AF

Jod I had haemorrhoids after my second pregnancy, I used some over the counter cream and eventually disappeared.

Good luck Physics after all the scare stories when we were younger about accidental pregnancies I can understand why your DH is dubious about the timing required.
