pasta now that is a proper bump, quite scary that we'll be looking like that in Sept/Oct

Lovely bumps all round really

Good luck with the scan trix

I was thinking imps must have a scan this week as mine is next week - I've just realised I was wrong - its 2 weeks until my scan!

loopy how are things with you?

Bumpie from me attached - my dress is tucked into my pants otherwise you wouldn't be able to see that I have a bump!

We are jolly well going to get and stay diffed this month and we are BROOKING NO ARGUMENT.
Imps9 · 31/05/2016 06:45

I hope you walk around at work with your dress tucked into your pants Beedles Grin

Yes Loops where are you with this cycle? Is ov imminent or is there still a while to go?

OP posts:
BeedlesPineNeedles · 31/05/2016 06:50

All the time imps :o

keepitgoing · 31/05/2016 07:11

That's a great bump beedle well done!

Aah pasta I don't have all that long to get huge. You do forget quite how big they get...

Loopyaboutmy2boys · 31/05/2016 07:44

I'm doing ok. Still had remnants of bleeding yesterday, hoping that it's finished with now. Not a clue when I might ovulate, guess as ov has been moving later and later since I stopped the clomid, this month might be back to my old normal length of 40-44 days so ov would be around cd26-30.

Am feeling negative about it all. Both ds's are now frequently asking about when we will have a baby again and both want a sister. Yet I have no faith that we will have a baby of any variety.

Meanwhile I've now lost 22 lb so only 6lb to lose until I'm the weight I was when I conceived the boys (daft bit of my brain wondering if my body won't work until I'm at that weight). And then if I can lose another 15lb I'd have a respectable BMI that would be the right side of 30. But I'd rather be a pregnant whale first before I lose those 15lbs!

BeedlesPineNeedles · 31/05/2016 09:09

22lbs is Amazing loopy well done. Sorry you're feeling negative, I hope that the extra weight loss will make the difference. Do you Think you will try the clomid again?

Imps9 · 31/05/2016 09:10

Just had a violent dry-heaving session but managed not to wee myself - yesssssssss! I have a feeling that today is going to be a good day.

Imps9 · 31/05/2016 09:11

Yes, well done on the weight loss Loops - incredible. Sorry you're feeling down. It's a crappy feeling.

Three cheers for your pelvic floor imps :o

ControlGeek · 31/05/2016 12:17

Apologies in advance - at work and posting without being able to reread posts so sorry if I miss anything!

Congratulations Countess! That you are both safe and healthy is what matters, and I hope you have a smooth recovery.

Imps I need to know your secret please. Weeing whilst vomming grew old very quickly. I do my pelvic floor exercises quite a few times a day but it all seems to go out the window in my hour of greatest need (well not literally but you get the idea...)

Gorgeous, gorgeous bumpies! Beedle you've got a proper one coming on there! Imps no way could you have hidden that one until 20 weeks. You've saved yourself a lot of grief by telling. Keep awwww I love that you've been asked that, and such a neat bump! Trix yours is getting there, what are you, 9 weeks now? We've all got such a way to go to catch up with Pasta's though! Mine is still definitely bloaty, with a teeny tiny bit of bump when I drag the fat/bloat out of the way.

I had my last intralipids this morning, which meant a night in a hotel last night, which meant vomming in a strange bathroom this morning, which meant a 20 minute clean-up job before we could hand the card in Blush The ms is definitely increasing in intensity - I'm wondering if it might have anything to do with me halving my progesterone? When I came off it for my week9 mc I went from mild nausea to massive ms so maybe it's been holding it at bay? Only three more days and I'll be off all the drugs completely. MW booking-in appt is on Friday, NHS NT scan is a week today, eek!

Imps9 · 31/05/2016 12:32

Oh I have just realised that it was Pasta who posted the majestic bump pic, not Trix Blush Sorry for mixing you up Blush

Maybe a pack of Tena Lady would be your friend Geek? I didn't get any, as the vom/wee combo didn't show its ugly face every day, but in hindsight I maybe should have done. Soggy pants (and trousers on a really bad day) is simply no fun whatsoever.

Final intralipid already? How does time go so fast yet so quickly all at the same time??

Ooooh meant to say that I ordered a JoJo wrap top this morning! Now I can look like the rest of you! £10 - absolute bargain.

OP posts:
ControlGeek · 31/05/2016 12:38

I'm wearing Tena maxis as a matter of course these days imps they're actually incredibly comfortable when dry BlushBlushBlush

I really must get myself one of those tops now I can flaunt my bloat at work!

BeedlesPineNeedles · 31/05/2016 12:43

imps my jojo top arrived via my mum yesterday, the Purple is a lovely colour, I also ordered a short-sleeved navy one (but full-price via a local website. What colour did you get?

geek sorry the ms is getting worse, hopefully you'll be down to occasional vomming and weeing soon!

keepitgoing · 31/05/2016 12:47

Wowee geek fab you're nearly off the drugs! Hope the m/s finishes soon, it does for most it seems

Glad you've got the bargain top imps we are all awesome

I am terrible at doing my pelvic floor exercises I hate the feeling for some reason

loopy what brilliant weight loss, well done!! How have you been doing it? Try not to take your DSs words too much to heart. Children say a lot of random stuff and we take from it what affects us. But they won't need a brother or sister, lovely. My friend with multiple early MCs had been diagnosed with lupus as well as a blood clotting thing and anti phospholipid syndrome. She's just pg again so hoping the aspirin heparin will help.

cartoontrickster · 31/05/2016 21:03

All good with the scan measuring 9+1, I thought I was 8+6 in line with the last measurement but it seems we've had a growth spurt. 9+1 agrees more with my period dates too so very pleased.
Sorry for all the vomming (and weeing!) Going on. geek hopefully you are just about to get past the worst of the sickness.
Great weight loss loopy sending as many positive vibes over to you as I can.

Imps9 · 31/05/2016 22:53

Fabulous news Trix! Good ol' little one, growing like a trooper.

Since yesterday I've been feeling Barry-Baxter move loads which is nice. They're the same sensations I've been feeling for a few weeks but stronger and more frequent. Hope he's enjoying himself in there.

Have you felt movements yet Beedles?

OP posts:
Imps9 · 01/06/2016 06:57

Morning everyone :)

Just flagging up a JoJo bargain for the Brooking Babies - I ordered one of these last night in red. Thought it might be useful over winter.

Just weighed myself - have put on 2kg in total which seems about right.

Any scans/drugs/eggs dropping today?

OP posts:
BeedlesPineNeedles · 01/06/2016 07:27

Great news trix is it 3 weeks or so until your next scan? Have you had your booking-in appointment yet?

imps no movements yet, I've tried being really still and concentrating to see if I notice anything, but my mind just wanders away - I'd be crap at meditation!

I got some nice linen trousers from mamalicious yesterday, underbump so I won't get too warm. And I've got a parcel to pick up from Asos, hopefully I'll like the dress that's coming as its really hot here at the moment, we even Went for a swim in the lake yesterday after work. Well there wasn't much swimming, more getting wet and coming straight out but it was nice in the sun afterwards :o

BeedlesPineNeedles · 01/06/2016 07:43

That's a really good price imps I haven't really thought further than babygrows and vests in terms of clothes for the baby!

When I weighed myself at the weekend I'd put on just over 2kg since ET - I haven't been vomming so I have been fit enough to go to the gym! (Not sure its made much difference though)

keepitgoing · 01/06/2016 08:17

Those are cute imps, what size did you get? We have a super cute bear suit, with ears.... for the early days.

Very exciting to feel movements imps. I must say I have felt way earlier and stronger than last time when I had an anterior placenta. Beedle mine kicks most when I lie on my back - probably saying 'go on your side, mummy!' I saw your swimming picture - how gorgeous!! Lucky you - is that near where you live?

OK how cute is kip, I sing her a song and cuddle her: "does the baby like the singing mummy? Is the baby asleep now? Night night mummy, i love you; love you Baby". Melts my heart.

trix wonderful scan news! Nice it's caught up, even though as we know the difference in days is minimal, it's still good to How are you feeling?!

Still only 3kg here weight gain, for weeks. Oh well I'll be pleased post birth...

Am getting my 24 hour tape (heart monitor) fitted today. Obviously hoping it's nothing but hope it does do the funny beats so they can have a look.

keepitgoing · 01/06/2016 08:26

Oh and get this - I need some blood tests done again as requested by the hospital. My gp surgery say they have no bloods appointment for 2+ weeks!! So told me to go back to the clinic. Ffs, primary care!

Imps9 · 01/06/2016 11:34

Blimey, two weeks for bloods?! Crazy.

I got 3-6 months - wasn't sure what was best but figured that B-B would likely get more wear out of a bigger size - he should be 3-6 months in Jan - Apr when weather can still be shite. Do you wise parents think 0-3 months would be better?? I'm so clueless at stuff like this!

OP posts:
keepitgoing · 01/06/2016 12:03

I'd say it doesnt really matter as bb will just be scrunched up inside things at the beginning anyway, so won't matter if it's too big. And it's for the pram really anyway

cartoontrickster · 01/06/2016 15:07

Ahhh it's lovely when you start to feel them moving around isn't it imps, will you find out the sex? I think you are right with 3-6months but it's so hard to know. We brought some really wintery stuff snowsuit etc which ended up being huge, even tiny baby was huge on him to start with, the midwife asked was I going to get him some smaller clothes I was like they are the smaller size! So he didn't end up using some of it I put him in the snowsuit once but it was too warm for it by then really and his arms and legs were still only came half way down the arm/leg holes. This one is due 1st Jan so lucky it's the same seasons and if it's another boy even better really because we kept all of Ns stuff.
I have another scan in just under 2wks.

BeedlesPineNeedles · 02/06/2016 08:25

Keep how has your 24hr monitoring been? Will you have to wait a long time for the results? Hope you manage to sort the blood tests too.

I Think I'm fed up of maternity clothes already! I keep ordering stuff that just doesn't fit/suit me. I can't seem to find a knee-length, dress that isn't either a tent or bodycon or made of polyester. I got this from ASOS yesterday and I just don't like it enough to want to wear it loads over the next few months. i'd also like a skirt (again not bodycon or mid-calf length), and some shorts that aren't hot pants or overbump. Clearly I'm just really awkward :o
