Back to SQUARE ONE CD1! Anyone want to spend April with me?!

So AF got me this afternoon!! Trying not to get down in the dumps (although I just watched 'one born every minute' on catch-up and sobbed!)
Dusting myself off and hoping for better luck in April! A few stats:
Age-33
TTC-5th cycle
DC-1 DS (3.5 years old)
Anyone else at the start of their cycle and trying something new in the hope of a more successful month?!

You could try pillow under your bum but note put a towel on pillow as your hubby likely won't appreciate cum on his face when he lies on said pillow....mine didn't

jod I had that problem too with the app. It's a faff but I compose my messages in Notes and flick between so I can see what's been written. After DTD I lie down for a few mins but no legs in the air as yet!

nimisha thanks I hope so too. Lots of women on here post similar comments about their fellas not wanting to know about fw. Thing is for me it would be so obvious regardless - we NEVER have as much sex as we do in fw!

footprints I was told to expect some bleeding after my coil was removed. It had stopped for a day but started again.

Jem it's going to be really obvious when I'm on FW. But tbh things had got a bit infrequent anyway in the least couple of months, I was hoping to get some libido back.

I miss so much on this thread when I'm at work! Boo!

nimisha I haven't used the OPKs yet; going to start this month, I think. According to temping, I ov'd CD 27 and CD 22 in the last two cycles, so I think I might start about CD15? Just in case.... Will be hard to do as I generally don't get home till about 7! No chance at all at work!

This week is flying by! That is the good news about my work being so full on!

Jod any test action? If you did ov on March 28, as you suspect, then it should be picked up by a test!

Jod so funny about the pillow. We have done the pillow technique too although I'm so quick with the toilet paper in place that I have no leakage!!

I've still got CM but not really any other symptoms to report. I don't feel pregnant to be honest so think it will be a BFN this month but we shall see. Not long to wait now.

Footprints that's hilarious about falling off the bed! Can't say I've done the legs in air but I stay horizontal for fifteen minutes or so.

We did 5,8,10, 11,13,14,15 and 17 .... I mean common. If that doesn't fertilise an egg I don't know what will!!!

We haven't done it since ... I feel completely sexed out ...!

Ahh feeling very inadequate! So much doing of the deed 😂 I'll follow suit next month if no BFP! Guilty of the pillow thing too! Less obvious than having my legs against the headboard of which I'm also guilty the things we do!
Is anyone testing soon? I can't wait to see all the pics- all of which will be BFPS too! I can feel it I don't feel pregnant either radders! Although today at work I was chatting with a colleague and almost had to sit down as I could feel very slight pains- a stabbing/dragging like sensation up and down my right side very low down. I've never experienced it before! More than likely nothing though as it left as quick as it came!

Its shooting pains due to increased blood flow / stretching. I remember walking along the street and getting it and crying out clutching myself. It felt like I imagine lightening going through would feel like thus my nickname!!

Physicskate- I ov'd late last month cd23 but think I'm ovulating now at cd13, so I'm so pleased I started opks earlier. I guess it can change month to month? For me my body adjusting after pill.

Forgot to ask u ladies earlier but this might be tmi so sorry...but do you go to the toilet after dtd? I try not too but sometimes I'm busting, which is really annoying! Worried of losing any potential swimmers.

I do go because apparently it can cause cystitis if you don't go after and you need it but I make sure I've laid horizontal for 15 mins or so first!
There's always going to be some that escape anyway. I don't think it ever all stays in there!

I think my bbt is starting to drop but I'm not sure which means AF will be coming.

I sort of think I would feel pregnant by now if I was. And I don't. But then again some people have no symptoms do they I suppose

Radders I get some dips in BBT during my luteal phase, so you're not out until AF shows! It's meant to not drop below coverline, but mine sometimes does. One day doesn't mean much...

footprints I haven't been on the pill in about 8 years - and FF says to tell my doctor that my cycles are irregular. Pretty sure most people with regular cycles OV around the same CD (give or take)...

EVERYONE not going to the loo after can cause cystitis (which I sometimes get anyway). There is no cuddling after in my house until I've been! Some people get it more easily than others, but I HIGHLY recommend (as a resident science boffin) that everyone go immediately after DTD!!

This month I decided not to pee after and try to go straight to sleep I know that it can lead to infections though! Ttc makes me jealous of all the accidental pregnancies! Half thinking I should go back on the pill and miss one!! 😂
