Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount!

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. We have a register thanks to kats stats I am resident piss stick queen and if you don't test, you get a Starky's Star

When you post stats, add your predicted test/af date. We are currently running at about 49% pregnant with the grads thread over in ante-natal which we all hope to join soon.

WE SHALL WIN IN THE GAME OF SPERM MEETS EGG! IT WILL HAPPEN!

pug vix and feefs I have been quite good today food wise: baguette with a plain omelette and mayo, endamame beans, greek salad, mini pork pies, chicken I am definitely not staring at an eccles cake from M&S

Kwick709 · 01/04/2016 20:01

snowdog your wish is my command:
CoQ10 (am)
Vitamin E (pm)
Vitamin C 1000mg (pm)
Vitamin D 1000 whatevers (am)
Trying to have a baby supplement
Additional folic acid
Vitamin B complex

Try reading "It starts with the egg" - loads of advice there :)

FXskip LOL at your double bluff! I do those all the time & get confused too!

Island my pleasure!!! I feel very honoured that you took my advice. Glad to hear they are going to test your tubes :)

snowdog sorry about your low AMH. Great that you are covered for 3 IUIs - this will do the trick! Just think the magic potion does not have to race - it gets plonked right where it needs to be and exactly the right time. Remember you need PMA to help you through this minefield!
Also maybe you should try to get a hycosy too like island - I regretted not having that test done.

HepKestrel · 01/04/2016 20:04

What were the vitamins people recommended on previous thread? Folic+d+b's?

LovelyFishy · 01/04/2016 20:43

While we're on a vitamin in chat, what is epo? I've heard people talk about it in relation to cm?

StarkyTheDirewolf · 01/04/2016 20:50

Evening primrose oil capsules lovely

Feefeefs · 01/04/2016 20:54

Scrambled egg and beans -reasonably good
Brazil nuts-good
American burger chips and Mac and chees
1/4 Easter egg, glass prosecco -very very bad! Sad

Evergreen17 · 01/04/2016 21:18

Thanks inspector, I will stick to the EPO for a couple of cycles then add the Agnus castus I guess Confused
Snow sorry to hear about the added TTC challenge. This sucks.
Kat how very annoying Envy

Evergreen17 · 01/04/2016 21:21

Fishy is Evening Primrose Oil. I am taking it to improve my CV and I am seeing more this cycle Smile

Evergreen17 · 01/04/2016 21:23

Thanks to Facebook I know that my long term ex has just had his second child with the woman whom he cheated on me. So I am having all the wine and all the chocolate

Pugmummy87 · 01/04/2016 21:52

So sorry to hear AF has arrived Kat Flowers

Snow here's hoping the clomid/iui's do the trick. Sorry to hear about your low AMH.

Welcome ski

Jem thanks for the cravings tip.

My meals aren't too bad, although they could be better, it's the snacking on crap, especially in the evenings. I know what I need to do and how to do it, just seem to be lacking the motivation (even though TTC is my motivating factor and I want to do it!).

Day 6 of high fertility. Jem I use the clear blue dual hormone digital opks. It detects the rise in oestrogen and then the lh surge, I believe it's the oestrogen rise which gives the 'high' flashing smiley face and the lh surge gives the peak static smiley face. Essentially you put the opk stick in the reader. I'm testing twice per day at the moment to try and avoid missing the surge, I'm hopeful it's near though, the line is a lot darker this evening than it was this morning and over the past 6 days. If it doesn't turn peak after 9 days than its unlikely I an going to ovulate.
I'm also getting some very mild pinching pain on the right of my lower tummy, hoping that means an egg is getting itself ready to be released!

vixarooni · 01/04/2016 21:52

kwick pug feeds I've had sausage, chips and beans at the greasy spoon followed by fish and chips round my parents! Diet going strong!

snow sorry to hear that, but so glad you get 3 iui's. My fingers are firmly crossed for you.

Hi ski Im hoping your preggers!

ever what a dick! I hate cheaters with a passion, go ahead and enjoy the Wine

I'm wanting AF to arrive so I can stop thinking everything is a pregnancy sign. Wish the brain had a dimmer switch!

Pugmummy87 · 01/04/2016 22:03

Well if we're sharing our meals....

Breakfast -2 slices of toast with a thin spread of Nutella.

Lunch - Tesco chicken and tomato pasta and a bounty.

Dinner- Bung in whatever I have rice dish, which consisted of brown rice, steamed salmon fillet, red peppers, red onions, garlic, chorizo and soy sauce.

Snacks - Too many bloody custard creams when I got home from work.

I need to plan my meals. Stops me buying lunch and eating rubbish.

islandgirl99 · 01/04/2016 22:03

ever how much epo are you taking? I've been on some the last couple of months up to ovulation, but haven't really noticed any improvement. Also, try to remember you're better off without him, just means he's someone else's problem now rather than yours xx

Evergreen17 · 01/04/2016 22:05

Thanks vixarooni Smile I dislike dishonesty with passion too.
I am having more wine and got some action even though I am not on FWGrin I am liking this not tempting ... More fun (maybe less preggo)

Evergreen17 · 01/04/2016 22:07

Island I take 3000 a day. I have seen some CM this cycle but I still need some lube (preseed and conceive plus I use) I guess it comes with getting older...

Evergreen17 · 01/04/2016 22:07

And thanks for the words of support Smile

LovelyFishy · 01/04/2016 22:12

Can't just be an age thing Ever, I hardly get any CM hence why I was asking about epo! We're using Conceive Plus, but I was hoping epo might help me out too.

My DH's ex now has two children too. I hate that I'm not even able to get no.1 started yet!!

Feefeefs · 01/04/2016 22:14

What a prick ever! Better without him!

Pugmummy87 · 01/04/2016 22:18

Ever that's a shitty thing to see on fb. My ex also had he's first child with a woman he was also seeing behind my back last year.

I use epo, I did notice ewcm last month after using it, haven't noticed any this month yet. We also use conceive plus.

Ni4444 · 01/04/2016 22:34

I have a totally balanced diet today: healthy and unhealthy!
Healthy meals: breakfast Greek yoghurt, blueberries, low sugar granola, Lunch hummus, seeded pitta bread, celery, red pepper, carrot, Dinner: salmon fillet, broccoli, carrots, Peas, snack: pear, hot water and lemon
Snacks: slice of salted caramel chocolate fudge cake, half an Easter egg, chocolate biccies (I'm not usually that bad but work friends leaving cake and Easter wastage!)

Ni4444 · 01/04/2016 22:38

CD28...AF due 28-33. Not many symptoms, channelling my "must not get excited, must not get excited" mantra this month!

So, question...OH is now harping on at me to go to NHS doctor to get tested.. I keep saying "they'll do nothing til after 1 year of trying cos I'm under 35" (and they can see on my records when I came off the pill so I can't say I've been trying longer!). In fairness he got tested when I asked him to, so far enough he's now asking me....but are they really rigid re the 1year ttc rule?

Evergreen17 · 02/04/2016 07:18

Fishy maybe you are right, but I used to have a lot more
Island I think it can take up to three cycles to see a difference. And you can up your dose to 3000 but stop taking it after ovulation and start again when AF comes.
Of dear so all out exes have conceived!! Ahh life Envy

Evergreen17 · 02/04/2016 07:23

Ni I think that is a good diet! I have been terrible lately!!!
I am not sure regarding the testing. I get the idea that they wont test earlier from what I have read on line. I am turning 35 SadSadSad Next month and then I will be knocking on their door as it will be my cycle 7 Confused
But I am sure it will then take a few visits and referrals and months before I actually get some results Sad

I guess you can ask your GP?
