All good :o 1 small black blob with a smaller white blob inside it all in the right place and approx right size. She didn't actually measure it but said that everything looked as it should. No sign of anything that could have caused the pain but who cares, I have a blob inside me :o

Oh and the screen wasn't turned away so we saw it as soon as she did, though I doubt MrB has been googling ultrasound images so he probably didn't realise what he was seeing till she said so!

I think I'm feeling just as stressed as I did yesterday morning. I had a little but of brown stuff yesterday evening and this morning, I'm telling myself its probably just due to the dildocam yesterday. But it seems that it would be even worse if something went wrong now. Am I going to spend the next 35 weeks worrying? I'll be a nervous wreck, it does get easier at some point right?

I have days when I'm more stressed than others. I think it's always going to be tough when we still don't know if everything's okay. I guess you never get that guarantee, but it's so tough when you have no idea whether it's even growing as it should.

The brown stuff is nothing to worry about and am brooking no argument. You have a sensitive cervix clearly as you had brown stuff in the v early days too didn't you?

Sort of, I found it easier after 12 weeks, easier once I felt kicks for sure as then you're not just waiting for scans!. As you say though the stakes get higher...

I'm sure it was just the dildocam making your cervix bleed a little

I've got conjunctivitis now to go with my cough and cold. Luckily I have a day off so have delivered kip to nursery and now back in bed

Am all hooked up to my intralipid drip. They're having trouble getting the canula into the arm of the woman next to me and it's making me feel quite queasy listening to it all. Poor woman.

Conjunctivitis is absolutely horrid Keep - you poor thing.

Have just had my GP appointment which I actually didn't need to have and in which the GP really irritated me by being patronising and making assumptions.

But have my midwife booking in appt on 30 March (that was also a palava to book and the receptionist was very unhelpful and made me feel really stupid for asking for a "MW appointment" rather than a "booking in appointment").

And I couldn't get a prescription for fragmin and progesterone as you did Keep! That's fine though, considering NHS will find our 3rd round of IVF - it would be greedy to expect everything for free (although I am a bit miffed at having to pay £8.20 for extra strong folic acid - I'd have thought that would be free)

Ah well, but imps you won't be needing round 3!! Good news on your booking appt. My gp didn't send my referral to the hospital which is why my scan appt hasn't come through ffs. Well now they have it so the letter should come through early next week

That was something BH told me to start taking after round 2 - not sure why, but I've just gone with it!

Come to think of it, I've never had to pay for it it BH! Weird.

Imps just to say you should get a form from your doctors so you can get a maternity exemption card so that you get all your preggo prescriptions for free - and you can claim back for the one today

I got my form from the midwife as down here the GP doesn't see you for pregnancy

Oh I see - I'll probably get that from the midwife. I just assumed it would be like getting prescriptions for the pill - you just ticked a box and away you went.

Anyway, am off on holibobs now and am aiming to switch my phone off. Have a lovely healthy week everyone!!
