I believe I'm about due to
Ovulate today or the next/last few days (just going on dates as I haven't been tracking) and I have the itchiest boobs, is this a thing? I've been on the pill so long and was a teen when I went on it so I don't remember if mid cycle this used to happen?

Chocaholic88 · 10/01/2016 12:41

Nope, thinking of doing one tomorrow though! My son didn't show up on HPT until I was about 8 or 9 weeks... even the initial blood test from my dr came back negative so until my first scan I assumed I had caught after that... nope dating scan showed I was pregnant from when I first thought I was... crazy!! Don't know how common it is though?!

Omg little you're not dreaming honey!!!!

LittleBelle90 · 10/01/2016 12:42

Thanks guys. I have a clearblue digi to do tomorrow morning with fmu I'm about 19 dpo pink I did a pg test Wednesday when I would have been 15dpo and it was a bfn.

IndiX · 10/01/2016 12:45

Congratulations littlebelle deffo a line!!!!

Laurenrl · 10/01/2016 12:51

Zazzles- just reading back on the last few days posts and saw you were speaking about a cyst. I also had a huge cyst and actually had to have it taken out (had to sign that if they needed to take the ovary or both ovaries they could whilst I was under as they weren't sure it was safe, pretty scary as I was only 19! But luckily they just took the cyst) have always been worried since it would effect my chances but doctors tell me it shouldn't :) hoping yours doesn't cause you much pain mine was horrible when it flared up!

Runner05 · 10/01/2016 12:52

Little that definitely looks like a line to me. Maybe you ovulated a little later than you thought.

Either way, feel free to head over to the grads thread when you're ready Grin

drinkyourmilk · 10/01/2016 12:53

little big congratulations! Happy & healthy 9 months Flowers

lauren how big was yours? Actually mine they say isn't that big - only 4cm (but post-rupture so was a lot bigger). Never been in so much pain in my life when it ruptured Shock was back to back on ibuprofen & other pills & curled into a ball until the pain passed!

stark yep, dtd this morning Grin. Will try again tonight/tomorrow morning but won't have opportunity to dtd again after that, hopefully I've covered all bases.

Laurenrl · 10/01/2016 13:17

No idea zaz! They may have told me, was almost 7 years ago now and I was at uni and just wanted to get out of hospital and back to life so was just a bit like yep, yep ok to everything, I'd be so much worse if it was now worrying and asking questions. Mine was infected, then it twisted and ruptured and so the infection was at risk of spreading elsewhere so they whipped it straight out, was so so painful, the worst pain Ive ever had, I was sick because of the pain, had to been wheeled into the hospital etc, was all very dramatic.

Hopefully yours shouldn't cause you too much pain anymore as it's the rupturing that hurts the most, it's probably just annoying more than anything else now?! I've had no pain since it was taken out,but have been on the pill so it may have been keeping the pain etc at bay- we shall see :)

Huge congratulations little! Such an exciting time ahead Thanks

shelbTa · 10/01/2016 13:18

Cthulhoo · 10/01/2016 13:23

Argh, really wish I could edit my posts once posted. That was meant for Littlebelle - I can see a line on the test. fingers crossed

ElleSarcasmo · 10/01/2016 13:24

Congratulations Littlebelle! How exciting! Flowers

ElleSarcasmo · 10/01/2016 13:26

Anyone else clench after reading Zazzles' post about Kegels?! Blush

LittleBelle90 · 10/01/2016 13:48

Thank you everyone. I can't really believe it and keep checking to see if the line has disappeared. I really thought I was out this month. I didn't really have many symptoms, just really sore boobs and then the weird discharge. Oh and my dog kept staring at me and freaking me out, guess they do have a 6th sense.

LaraG13 · 10/01/2016 13:51

Yay little!!! Congrats!! Proves our mantra - you're not out until you're out!

StarkyTheDirewolf · 10/01/2016 14:01

Hey shelb how are you loverly girl? How's the bean? When is your due date now? How are you feeling?
Excellent work zazz Grin

I've been using Ovia to track periods and ovulation. This is my first month TTC. I've downloaded the Pink Pad too and both give slightly different fertile window dates. Does anyone find either of them to be more accurate?

Due next period on the 29th January can't wait to test!

Snowdog37 · 10/01/2016 16:06

So... FF now says I'm 3dpo despite no positive opks? I feel like I did ovulate, or at least I had all the signs, the ewcm, cramps, temps raising after... But is it possible to ovulate without getting a positive opk? I'm going to keep testing each afternoon and evening just in case but my temps do indicate cycle day 10. That's only 3 days after I finished the soy isoflavones. Hmmm. I'm perplexed. Either way I think we dtd the right times so fingers crossed. We will continue dtd every other day for another few days anyway. Our bodies are very confuddling.

drinkyourmilk · 10/01/2016 16:55

snow are bodies are indeed perplexing!! I've been lucky with ff, always been spot on so far. Though it's telling me not to test until 4 days past my next af predicted start date. No way am I waiting that long!!

Just checked my cervix. It's touchable(can't touch it quite a lot of the time), so low and closed/hard. Doesn't look good!

KatOnATinRo0f · 10/01/2016 17:08

Huge congratulations little!! I shall remove you from that feb bus as you got to your destination!

And this shows us... You're not out till you're out. And even when you think you might be out, you might not actually be out!

I still have sore boobs. AF due Wednesday, have some cramps so think she's on her way. But I'm not out just yet.

I haven't tried temping... That's another obsession I don't think I could cope with!

leoniethelioness · 10/01/2016 17:10

Anyone else's DH experiencing some performance issues since TTC? It's our second cycle and we've been having a lot more sex than usual. It all started out really well at the beginning of my cycle but he's been finding it impossible to ovulate a couple of times lately - which has never happened before in our 8 year relationship! I've obviously told him it doesn't matter and suggested we try different types of sex (ie non penetrative) so he gets that it doesn't all have to be about baby making, in case that is the issue, but I was wondering if there's anything else that might help. It all started after we found out DSis was pregnant so I think he feels pressure to get me pregnant, as we'd both really like a baby! He has had a bit of a cold this week too which can't be helping.

Any tips? We have managed to DTD nine times this cycle but it's tailed off and he seems to have a mental block about it now. I'm trying to just get into the habit of DTD twice a week or so but not sure whether secretly using OPKs would help. I think it would stress him out more if he new about them but the thing is, if we want to conceive, there are certain times when we do need to DTD more!

Just wondering if you can think of something I've missed... My sex drive wasn't that high while I was on the pill so what we've been doing is a pretty big increase on our norm (1-2 per week). No wonder he's worn out, eh?!

leoniethelioness · 10/01/2016 17:11

Obviously my DH is finding it impossible to ovulate and ejaculate! Doh!

leoniethelioness · 10/01/2016 17:13

And knew not new. I ought to proofread these posts first.

Congratulations little FlowersCake
